Really good food and great atmosphere. I think the distanced tables has done the restaurant a favour as it was a bit crowded and shouty before. I can really recommend the slow cooked beef rib!

Took an hour for the brunch to be served. Other people came, ordered and left before we got our food.
When I complained I was told it was a new chef and the head chef had left him on his own. Two of the meals were cold when they arrived and they were taken off the bill.

Great food, but the service was awful. Ordered our drinks and then watch the tables surrounding us get served there drinks before us, despite ordering after us.

I like bill's and have gone many times, however it took an hour to bing out our means from when we sat down, they were cold and quite frankly very poor and not the same as I've had on many previous occasions. Because our food took so long to come and then so long to get anyone's attention for the bill which I had to go up and ask for we missed our evening reservation else where and lot our money. Very disappointing experience.

Was probably the nicest place we visited during our stay in Brighton, staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. My only criticism would be that in my opinion the prices were to high and I really objected to having to pay a 12.5% service charge, but apart from that I would thouraghly encourage anyone to visit bills.

I love Bill's and the specially the menu choices, but twice I have been to the one in Brighton and the service has been unacceptably slow. I don't know if it is the size of the kitchen that is an issue or staff but on this occasion we were in the restaurant an hour before we got our main course. We skipped dessert simply because we ran out of time. Food was good but only warm at best although the kitchen was 10 foot away from our table. Just disappointing and with so much choice in Brighton it's just not somewhere I would go again.

We went on a Monday as we were on holiday but it was extremely busy probably as they are still offering eat out to help out. Firstly we were stood outside until 6:20 when our booking was 6:00 waiting to go in. People ahead of us didn't have bookings and they were letting everyone in. They clearly didn't have staff levels to cope with this many people so service was poor. We waited over an hour for our main course which when arrived was terrible food unlike bills that we have had before. It was a shame really as it was way too busy and that impacted on our experience.

Customer service not the greatest, not very busy Sunday afternoon, many people on the floor but we been waiting to be served 25 min, been in Bills before, never Brighton though. Not comparable experience.

Perfect breakfast spot ... ticks all the boxes for service , choice and excellent food and coffee. Definitely my number one spot in Brighton for the best breakfast. If you can, sit upstairs for a quieter experience with a view of what is going on .

Our reservation, although confirmed through open table, was not confirmed with the restaurant who did not have our reservations. They apologised and luckily we could get a table.
My partner ordered poached egg and it was served cold. It was sent back to the kitchen to be made again and we sat and watched as the new plate was paced under the heat lamp for 7 minutes and was again served cold. We had a train to catch and did not have time for a third pate to be prepared. Thoroughly disappointing as we had eaten there at the same time the day before and it was an absolute joy, hence our wanting to re book for the next day.

My dinner was burnt, when this was brought to the attention of the manager he brought back my fish pie and said it was only over cooked by 25 mins .
Should I change it it would be a long time, resulting in me not having dinner.

Our table was ready on arrival. We observed it to be cleaned prior to us sitting down which was appreciated due to current pandemic. The service was swift & attentive. Food was tasty & of good portion size

Quirky and eccentric set in an old bus depot.Totally recommend staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing went back the following day dor breakfast again

Entrance was fine Customer Service was also not to bad the main thing we did not like was the food the chicken actually had no flavour. The Stake was not to bad but not what we also expected we have had breakfast in Bill's a couple of times which was brilliant but the dinners have actually introduced us to not come back.

Lovely staff and environment but my main of miso salmon was recommended by the waiter and I have to say it was borderline disgusting. Won't be ordering again and felt a bit ripped off!

I was a bit cautious, but Bills' safety provisions were spot on. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Service was efficient, nice waitress. Food well cooked and delicious. My partner doesn't normally choose anything vegan, but he liked the look of the vegan breakfast. Kept raving about it afterwards !

Ordered the Bill's Brunch and was disappointed to find that it was not seasoned at all. Salt and pepper is provided on the tables however there should be some cooked into the food as well.
