Very very slow to get food, got our order wrong twice, re orders took even longer. It took ages to get plates cleared, but the food itself tasted lovely!

The location and atmosphere and the look of the restaurant was stunning, loved being in there every second. The food was absolutely gorgeous, some of the best burgers ive had. We also ordered some cocktails which were absolutely amazing too. The staff made us all feel very welcome, especially the one staff member, 18 year old girl, glasses, curly hair, she was absolutely lovely and made our night. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice night out

I booked Bills as a treat for my birthday. I had the breakfast with 2 extra sides of black pudding and fried potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the fried egg. As it was quite a nice day I sat outside. It was very busy but my good came quickly. Staffas always were very polite and actually looked like they enjoyed their job. A perfect start to my busy day.

Lovely sat outside in the sun Good service , however food average , and we got the wrong order so I didn’t get to eat with my partner and wasn’t offered and compensation for this

Tiny tiny tiny portions!!! We ordered a garden platter £14.50 and it was tiny. My son has chicken and chips and it wouldn’t have been enough for a toddler. Disappointed.

I fancied a cooked breakfast but didn’t feel like cooking so went to Bills for their big brunch. I wasn’t disappointed ,it was cooked to perfection. Not many places can cook fried eggs to my liking but the fried eggs I had were perfectly cooked. Very enjoyable meal and as usual the staff were very friendly and efficient, it was very busy but I didn’t have to wait long for my meal. I’m a regular visitor to Bills, sometimes alone and other times with friends and have enjoyed every visit. My friends who had never visited Bills asked when we were coming back. I’ll be back very soon.

Never had a problem with other Bill's for breakfast before, but Bill's Cardiff Bay on 29/5/2024 was very disappointing. Two of our cooked breakfasts were so overcooked and dried out they were sent back. The replacements were only marginally better. Impression was of a breakfast you might get off a self-service buffet where the eggs have been lying under a warmer and gone solid, toast rock hard, bacon dried out rather than crispy, baked tomatoes been lying around too long, and overall the food only lukewarm. It didn't help that juices were forgotten, twice, and tap water not delivered. We won't be going there again - plenty of other options at the Bay.
