2star for not accommodating pregnant lady option to swap alcoholic drink from set menu to soft drink. Very disappointing. The food was nice but was reserved seating was squashed next to another table terrible considering the times we are in.
Good relaxed atmosphere. Great menu choice. Perfect for a special lunch.
Pancakes for breakfast which were just perfect, not an easy location to find but worth it when you do
Lovely meal, food was delicious with lots of choice. Drinks service was a bit slow but overall a lovely pre-theatre dinner
Really nice place, great decor, good location and lots of variety for food and drinks.
Great place for breakfast. Good atmosphere, good staff, great food with large selection, decently priced too. Will definitely go back.
It is difficult to get a table off the cuff from this chain and I was expecting the experience to be amazing when we finally got a table, but it was very ordinary. I loved the styling of the restaurant but the service was slow and not very attentive. I think if they sped up a bit they would get more covers and sell more drinks if they communicated more. The food was nice but nothing special. The music played very grating (reggae/scar).
Excellent service, great food, I would highly recommend. Reasonably priced for London.
Great service very quick and tasty meal.
Nicely lit restaurant.
Good veggie options
Nice cozy place with good value for money. Kids menu was also great, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
Great decor, bustling & pleasant environment. Food tasty for a quick pre theatre meal
Loved it would definitely go back.
Amazing restaurant. Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely food and decor
On arrival, after booking weeks in advance, it was if the staff didn't believe us, kept us waiting outside and in for 10 mins with no communication got one order completely wrong and the pancakes were very dry and I don't class one chopped up strawberry and 4 blueberries as fruit
Small and cozy terrace, perfect for a rainy, cold night.
The lobster linguini was soooo good! The dimplings amazing! Súper nice place to go and very capable staff
We enjoyed our first visit to Bill’s. Music was really good and not too loud to chat. Quite a limited menu but there’s a benefit to being really good at a few things. Food was tasty but could have been delivered to the table hotter.
Cocktails tasty but limited in choice and I was unable to have my first choice. The staff were friendly and quick with requests. We will go again
Superb service, amazing food, amazing drinks and perfect price. Location is superb too. Will be back again ASAP.
We arrived fifteen minutes early, on a cold evening, expecting to be allowed to wait by the bar, at our table, or at least inside somewhere. Instead, the head waitress (I believe) told us that we were too early for our reservation and that we would have to go away or wait outside for fifteen minutes, before closing the door, quite literally, in our faces. No smiles, no flourishes. We were shocked but wandered around in the cold, as we were told, and when we turned up on time discovered that the couple in front of us, having overheard our conversation, had also been met by the same rude treatment and had been taken aback.
Once in the restaurant, all other members of staff were polite. However, dietary options were beyond poor, especially as Bills is usually more accommodating. I am dairy intolerant but eat meat, but was told I could only have vegan options. Food was nice but my choices were disappointing!
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Varied menu. Delicious food.
Food was really tasty but unfortunately it wasn’t very hot 😔
Really lovely, child friendly restaurant in the West End. Very accommodating and attentive staff. Would revisit.
Lovely meal, our waitress was so lovely. Only thing that could improve is the toilets needed to be cleaned more often
Excellent service and management
The food was great
Amazing food, wonderful service in a perfect setting !! Will be back for sure
had a lovely meal and the staff were so attentive. the only problem was our table was very close to another and my son sat very close to the people at next table and the other side of our table was an exit that staff used and there was a lot of coming and going which meant a draft and spoilt the ambience.
The food was delicious
the only pain point was the location of the table, close to the entrance and you could feel cold air every time someone opened the main door.
Our table was right by the door and it was absolutely freezing. We had to sit with our coats on to eat dinner
Nice food good service have been to Bills in Cardiff and now in London
Lovely food in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
We booked very last minute and luckily got a table. The waitress was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Have been before and would definitely go here every time I visit Covent gardens. The service was slightly slow but we were there for lunchtime and just before Christmas so was very busy.
We enjoyed the choice of food available; the quality of the food was good, the fish pie was quite a small portion but the steak and eggs was very good. We went to Bills at lunch time before going to a matinee performance at the theatre and would have had dessert but our server, whilst a very friendly affable person was not very attentive so we ran out of time to have dessert.
Great Ambiance. Great service. Celebrated my birthday here for the first time in the UK and it was a blast. They gave me a complimentary dessert.
Lovely staff and nice food - great for dinner with friends !
I love Bill’s. I have been to Bill’s in Lewes, Brighton, Soho and Covent Garden and have enjoyed every moment in each of them. Thank you.
It was really good, me and my family enjoyed celebrating my graduation there.
Vacation from Boston. Go someplace else. It’s impossible to rate the service because it was nonexistent. Food was fine, we had the mojo chicken skewers. Ambiance is shabby chic
We've been to Bills Covent Garden several times and it never fails to provide good quality food and service. The manager was excellent when we gave some feedback ....
The service is very poor from the people at the entrance to the waiters. Very rude, slow and unwelcoming. The food was not great either.
