Service was very slow. At one point we waited 35 minutes for someone to take dessert orders. In the end, I went and found someone! Later, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the bill. Again, I went and found someone. Spoiled our evening tbh!!! Food was nice!

Family of 7 including 5 children. Staff brilliant & particularly helpful with food intolerance. Food was served promptly & was enjoyed by all. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! Thank you for being so warm and welcoming to my family and I. The recommendations were delicious, especially the doughnuts! Special shoutout to Yanta (I think that's her name ) for the lovely anniversary wishes, dessert and lollipops for the children. We can't wait to return!

Try to trick you into tipping twice. Don't share tips fully with staff. System designed to make it awkward to ask about and change anything about how tips work.

One of our party is a wheelchair user and the staff were so helpful. We were able to get in with the use of the ramp. The accessible loo is up another two steps and we do not perfect. But the service was exemplary.

Daughter loves the cosy atmosphere and the smiley faces. It actually says a lot as she is quite mindful of other public places. It is such a lovely experience every time we go! Thanks guys ❤️

Fine location, service on arrival was fine , as was the drinks service, food for both of delivered separately , zero interest shown by staff , until someone saw our displeasure and apologized for one meal being late. Food quality vs price very disappointing, brunch burger with cheese consisted of squeezy bottle cheese and for 17 or 18£ I think one should expect better. Been a big fan of Bills in the past at other locations but this did not tick many of any positive boxes.
