The food wae okay at this place but the staff were very poor indeed. Too quiet for the level of noise in the place, food wasnt exactly fast but understandable when they are busy. What we didnt appreciate was being rushed to leave. Our booking was at 1 and we did arrive a little early but had no issues with waiting till one. They got us sat early but then as soin as our food was taken away we were given the bill. We asked for a little time before we paid but only a few minutes later what seemed to be the manager came over to give us the bill again. We told her we wanted some time to sit and talk to which she informed us we only had a hour slot for the booking. It was 130. We arrived at 1245 so even for the hour slot we had 15 minutes. Not exactly the kinda thing you want for a relaxing sunday treat

Its a nice place with good staff my only thing was a small choice on the menu. We opted for chicken 2 ways which was nice but there was no veg only cress and a small amount t of mashed potato.

Service was a bit hit & miss. Food seemed to come out too quickly and the chicken shawarma did not seem freshly prepared. Flatbread tough and houmous had obviously been left out for some time as it had started to dry up. Burger was ok but overall a disappointing experience.

Got one of our drinks orders wrong. Then a meal came with dressing after asking for it without. We ordered a side of fries, when they didn't come out with the meals we raised it with the server who said she would go and fetch them. We then didn't see her for the rest of the meal, had to ask for them to be deducted off the bill

We were seated upstairs. Very noisy due to lack of soft furnishings and exposed ceiling pipes. Food was mediocre, drinks were expensive but service was fast. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going again.

The food was cracking and something I’d recommend with lots of vegan options. However the service was slow, forgetful and really let the place down. After getting seated, there was a lengthy delay in ordering a drink. This just felt clunky and an easy fix. If you have time on your hands and like things laid back to the max, then the food is worth it.

Had a lovely meal at Bill’s. 4 of us on a reunion, had the set meal which was good value. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Didn’t rush us even though we sat drinking & talking long after our meal had finished. Would definitely go back again.

On arrival seated quickly nice waitress took drinks order quickly we ordered a bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon - food turned up within 20 mins turned up before the drinks that was suspicious not fresh cooked of turned up in 20 mins it wasn’t hot - we sent the sauce back for the crispy chicken as that was cold - drinks turned up fetched wrong wine then didn’t have the wine so we opted for another drink which they said was on the house .,it was advertised as a raspberry/strawberry gin - no fruit or berries didn’t drink it awful Then after we water the sides of hullumi fries turned up deep soaking in Grease sent them straight back . Huge shame it should of been better than it was won’t be going again

Beautiful restaurant and bar with a great voice of food and value for money. The service was excellent and the staff very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely return to this restaurant again the next time I visit Leeds from York.
