    Our server Antonio was wonderful, second visit to a Bills restaurant and food identitcal in different locations which was great to know.. more quieter than our time at Windsor restaurant but just as nice..

    I went to Bill at Richmond brunch. Recently I had manager called Antonio who took my order and serviced our table. He is extremely friendly and polite.

    We went on a Saturday early afternoon. There wasn't a free table. Full of families and hen/birthday parties. The noise was on another level. Staff we're amazing, welcoming and polite but very busy. Decor was great, food was amazing, all in all a very good experience.
