Bistro 8 at Universal Marina serves imaginative cuisine with a twist. It’s a gorgeous bar and restaurant where a small but experienced term prepare mains like lamb cutlets with chickpea, caramelised onion & smoked paprika mash. In this part of Southampton, British and European food doesn’t get much better.
