BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Towson

Everything was great. Our reservation was for 5. My daughter had a group of 12 to celebrate her 17th b-day. The female waitress was okay, a little sarcastic, but okay otherwise. Lisa was awesome, very accomadating and patient. I sat at the bar just to be close but away from the kids. The bartender Anna was awesome.
I had the shrimp tacos and a Berry Hard Cider, they were delicious.

We had reservations for 7 at the movie theater and we were done by 6:35; giving us enough time to take pics and go to concession before the movie.

It was a great day.

The food and service were good. The only issue was the number of juveniles loitering and running around outside. It makes one feel uneasy getting to and then leaving the restaurant. It is also a distraction while in the restaurant with them running around outside and walking on top of the planter walls directly in front of the windows. We will no longer go to the neighboring movie theater because of those individuals that make for an unpleasant experience. BJ's is probably already losing business as a result and it will just get worse if they are not able to ban together with the neighboring restaurants, elected officials, and police to prevent these gatherings in front of their establishments.

Everything was perfect. Walked in, got our seats. Got our drinks and appetizers quickly. Love this place!

The food was good - served promptly - flow of the meal was a little off-everything tasted good and was hot. Our server, Jewel, did a good job, though sometimes she would not be visible in the dining area so we could get refills, other items needed.

With all the COVID restrictions these last 6-7 months, it was important that we really celebrated my daughter’s birthday but in a safe way. The entire staff followed safety protocols, guests were seated a safe distance away from each other, good food, good value, excellent service! It was a wonderful birthday celebration at BJ’s!

First time at this location. Very impressed. We will be back!!!

Enjoyed our visit, will return for dinner. Prices are a bit high, for the portion sizes. Parking could be a little bit closer and free.

Our dinner at BUds was great! Our server Omar did a wonderful job - taking care of all of our needs. Our food was delicious, tasty and hot when served - prepared just as we ordered.

Overall food and area was good. However our server was just ok.

We were the only customers in the restaurant, so that was a little strange. But as always, the food was delicious and our service was first rate.

The best thing was using open table to avoid the wait. The table we were seated was dirty and had request it be cleaned. The server was slow overall. The food was brought out but no silverware, asked server and other servers for silverware to hopefully expedite matter since food were present. One tea was never received and the other tea did not include the ingredient to make it a peach lemonade and asked for another one that was delayed in arrival. The bill included the tea that was never received and the reward number was not included. This is my second time visiting and each visit in Michigan and Maryland were not good experiences and the food was ok. I may try one more time and hope the third time is the charm!

Tried the CAULIFLOWER & QUINOA POWER BOWL WITH BLACKENED SALMON. It was delicious. I might go back again just to get it and am trying to recreate it at home. Service was great. Perfect place to go pre/post movie.

Overall, the experience was okay, but we wouldn't be in a hurry to return. The restaurant wasn't crowded and the noise level was low which made for a nice atmosphere - very comfortable. Some of our party had been previously and appreciated the large and varied menu and food quality.

Our server was friendly enough, but throughout the meal, we still felt somewhat rushed. The restaurant wasn't crowded and no one was waiting for a table, so there was no reason to rush us through our meal. Not a big deal, but noticeable.

The appetizer was very disappointing. We ordered the nachos with chicken and received a plate of chips with barely a sprinkling of any toppings. We even questioned whether there was any chicken. We found a few tiny pieces. One half teaspoon of sour cream. Maybe a teaspoon of pico de gallo. Maybe a tablespoon of cheese.
It was truly pathetic. The appetizer sets the tone for the whole meal and it felt like a complete rip-off. For the price charged, it was.

Our meals were enjoyable enough and made up for the lousy starter. But still everything seemed overpriced for the quality and quantity - the side tomato and mozzarella salad was tasty but an expensive add-on. Chicken sandwiches and burgers were decent. We enjoyed the cookie desserts, but again, low value, high price. Our overall experience was just okay, not great.

Santa Fe salad was delicious – service was Very attentive – cool atmosphere and great spot for a casual business meeting

Waitress brought the wrong drink

All of the staff are friendly and courteous. We had a great time dining and drinking at BJ's.

Our server Jul was over the top with service and kindhearted. The food is always great and we love the atmosphere. The only thing we can say is it is very low lit, so seeing the menu and surroundings is a bit difficult. Besides that overall a great place to dine in.

Love BJ's menu eelection and variety. Enjoyed our food selections but they weren't as warm/hot as they should have been - may have been sitting waiting to be served. Our server, Omar, seemed to have a lot of tables all over the restaurant so not as available as needed. We'll definitely be back.

She did take our order, others brought the drinks and food. She gave us our Bill without asking if we wanted desserts.

The server was NOT attentive. He seemed disorganized and distracted. The service was slow and the food was ok.

This should have been an easy night but it turned out to be anything but that. I was very specific when I told the server that I had a gluten allergy so when she put my order in, after checking with the chef, I expected it would be fine. But it wasn't it. All dinners were served and mine had to go back. I waited for more than 20 minutes while my two dinner mates finished their meals. Finally the manager came over and apologized. My meal was coming and it would be free along with a free dessert for the other two. That really helped and the salad was delicious, but I'm not sure I'll be back there any time soon.

The food was delicious, as usual. And a $3 pazooki is the perfect finish to our meal. FIVE star!

Staff at door were a bit distracted because of a large party. Open table thought I did not keep my reservation. Food was good and waiter was good.

Food was not good. My pregnant fiancé received an uncooked burger. I won’t be coming back here again.

This was my first time at BJ's and I will be back. The menu is enormous and we had trouble deciding, but my sister and I both loved our choices. The food came quickly and our waitress was terrific.

I went to BJs recently for my birthday with friends. The waiter called me by the wrong name and age at least twice, screwed my meal up out of everyones at the table (there were five of us), and it took twenty minutes to get a second beer, as well as the correct meal. No discount was taken off my bill. I am a waitress, so I would understand if the waiter was more apologetic, or if it was the weekend and the restaurant was busy; but this was not the case. Very disappointed.

We were here a few months ago and enjoyed a good meal. It was our first time there. We had just watched the Avengers movie this past Saturday and decided to eat there again. Our experience this past weekend was nothing like our inaugural visit. We did get right in despite being about 20 minutes early for our reservation. They were pretty busy so it took a bit for the waitress to approach us after we had been seated. It was understandably ok. Since we knew we may not see her again for a while after ordering our drinks, we ordered both drinks and food at the same time. I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a wedge salad. My wife had some shrimp special. Wedge salad was good. Our entrees were promptly delivered. My dish included mashed potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes were pretty good. Broccoli that was not under the two chicken breasts was cold. The chicken itself was very dry and bland. After our waitress delivered our food, we never saw her again. We never did get water and, given how dry my meal was, I could have used it since my beer was gone. She never stopped by to see how our meal was.

Given the restaurant is batting .500, we will probably give it one more try before omitting it from any further consideration. I'm normally ok with the service being bad if the food is worth it. In this case, it was a loss on both sides. If they can't get it right on our next visit, we won't be back.

It's a good restaurant with several choises. The only issue we had was that the service was slow. It might have been the time that we went. Would try it again. Beers are great.

We went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't too crowded, which was nice. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the fries. I ordered an American Mule and it was great. We will definitely visit here again.

Food was just ok, dessert brownie was almost raw. Would not visit again.
