​​​​​​​We are positively giddy with excitement to announce that we'll be opening this Autumn in bustling Peter Street! Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse.

We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.

    With service, quality of food and value for money combined I’d rate Black lock as the best steak restaurant I’ve been to in Manchester. In a time where I feel company’s are trying to up their prices it’s refreshing to eat somewhere very reasonably priced.

    First time visiting Blacklock Manchester WOW what an experience, the food was good quality very tasty and value for money. The staff were amazing we was served by the most wonderful server called Kelly who was the best server I have ever met she was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We have already booked for there Sunday lunch and can’t wait for our next visit.

    really impressed - the place is lovely & has a good vibe - the staff were friendly & very knowledgeable - the food was really good - also for a city centre the prices were very reasonable - we will definitely be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    We had a gorgeous evening! From gin at the bar, to pig cheeks, steaks, apple crumble and an old fashioned to finish! Our sever was fantastic and we have a beautiful date night. Thank you!!

    What can I say - a most splendid addition to Manchester's excellent restaurant scene. Wonderful, polite, friendly and efficient service. Top notch food. Really good (and very affordable) wine and cocktails. The interior is beautifully done, retaining many original features. It's difficult to believe that this branch of Blacklock has only been open for a few days! We are massive fans of the Soho branch, and this gave us that same feeling. Can't wait for next time! Thanks again!
