I would like to meet the couple at the next table for great to talk to maybe you could give them my e pail of email@example.com
Lovely cosy place with good food and a great wine list. Never disappoints!
Not too much too choose from , but all food was tasty. Good ambience, staff lovely,
Service charge added so don’t add extra like we did!
Toilets could do with a revamp
Great atmosphere, both really enjoyed what we ate, went for the crab pasta, portion size on the small side. Had to have a dessert as was still hungry after main, but the dessert was really tasty so glad I had it.
Great service and fantastic choice of wine. Very relaxed place to go for Sunday lunch.
Tasty food if a bit pricey. We had three courses and a glass of wine for £50 each. Atmosphere in the restaurant is young and buzzing since it's a wine bar.
3 of us had an enjoyable meal. Excellent service. Small place so not too noisy - didn't have to strain to hear each other. We were given a table as requested ( seats available at the bar too). Good menu. Wine rather on the expensive side. Food tasted good. Plaice in bisque - very tasty but would have liked more bisque; onglet very good; pasta with crab - needed more crab. Portions on the small side (especially the pasta) - definitely needed the veg side dishes we ordered. Starters and desserts all good. Would happily eat here again. Cost £80 a head for 3 courses, 2 glasses mid price range wine & tip (more than half of bill was wine).
My absolute favourite Restaurent! Recommend highly!
Just a great local restaurant ,with a charm .
Very high standard of cooking and very comfortable interior
Lovely evening at Blandford Comptoir. Delicious food and no pressure to leave the table. Good service from friendly staff and great ambiance
Good service, food and wine was excellent. Would definitely go back.
The ambience is wonderful and food delicious. There was a low buzz, but nothing to keep us from hearing each other across the table. I will definitely be going back.
I love this restaurant and it’s fast becoming my favourite place to eat in London. Great intimate atmosphere, lovely food and really charming staff. What more can you want?!
Always wonderful food and great service!
Very good service, food was excellent. A very enjoyable lunch.
This place is great - lovely area and good price point for after work yummies
Fabulous evening would definately go there again. Delicious food very good service and great location.
Perfect place for a light lunch. The set lunch menu changes regularly and offers great value with a starte, main, a glass of wine and a coffee for £20. Real food, there is a chef who knows his stuff in the kitchen. Delicious quail last week.
Great food, nice spot, informal. Not cheap but worth it. Not a fancy setting.
Michelin starred cuisine at bistro kitchen prices. Amazing wine list: try the cheapo Hungarian you won't be disappointed. We can't wait togo back!
This is one of my favourite restaurants. It happened that the lamb loin I ordered was tough. My lunch companion agreed that his was as well. Unfortunately, this will probably be his last time at the restaurant, based on his experience. I will return, because usually the food is better.
Oh, I don't want to share this, because I don't want the restaurant to get too busy to book, but this is our new go-to place. Great food, warm ambiance and welcoming service. We had the sharing-plate of steak and bone marrow. My picky husband says this is the best steak (and his new favorite, marrow) that he ever had. The ambiance is so nice - just a few cozy tables. Enjoy!
We enjoyed a delicious meal with well recommended wine. While there is a little room for improvement we both enjoyed the experience and shall return.
Blandford Comptoir is a very well run French Rhône-style bistro with good food and a comprehensive regional wine list. Service was polite and attentive. Food very good - everyone enjoyed their dishes. Cozy ambiance.
The food was super delicious! We had the set menu and both me and partner really enjoyed the food, sometimes the set menu food isn't as good as the normal menu but not in this case! TASTY! This place is known for its wine list and it did not disappoint. It is very reasonably priced, especially for this part of London. Some of the wines on the list are cheaper than if you went to the supermarket to buy them. The wine list is so highly thought of that there was a Master of Wine (less than 400 in the world) dining at the next table! I should finish by saying the staff were exceptional, attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout out to the sommelier, Andy, who made our evening very special!
Delicious food and excellent wine list! Very cute restaurant. Great for a date or friends catch up.
Nice food and wine
I absolutely love this place. It is without question my favourite wine bar in London. The staff are always so helpful (and patient) with wine selection and I have honestly never tasted a bad wine there. I now just go with their suggestion. The food is delicious and they often change their menu to keep with seasonality of produce. Cannot recommend highly enough.
First time . Good all round . Left to chat and get on with it with no over attentive or pushy staff . Food service could have been faster but it's all cooked to order so no probs . Smarten up toilets a bit and it would have been beyond reproach ! Well go again- a great venue for family/friends parties
Very small portions though
Made it less good value
High quality of food but main reason to go is for the wine list and Sommelier. Both are outstanding. Many stunning wines are available the glass or carafe.
If I had to pack one negative thing it would be that the portions are relatively small but that is more than made up for by the sheer quality and freshness of the dishes.
To be honest it wasn't a negative in the sense that as I had lunch there I didn't require large portions.
Very unhurried. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff
Great night, wine list is well thought through, great advice received and the food was both original and very good. Great value and excellent place for get together !
My new favourite Marylebone haunt, couldn't fault a thing. Food and service were both impeccable. It was a quiet bank holiday lunchtime, so pretty quiet, which suited us, though I can see it being a great buzzy place in the evenings. LOVED it.
Good but expected better. Most disappointing was the pasta dish which looked good but hardly contained any shellfish. Staff were great and we had a nice table. I’m sure the restaurant can do better so we will go again to see!
This was our third visit and we now recommend it to all our London friends and visitors. The food, as always was excellent. The Octopus and the crab pasta are both must try dishes. Our server and Sommelier were both wonderful and the wine suggestions where amazing. A really special meal and we will be back!
Excellent service great value set lunch
Great sweet spot to catch up with a friend or go on a date. Delicious food and cozy atmosphere.
Very nice evening . Lovely booth seat for 4 and friendly non pushy relaxed staff . Excellent short menu indicating fresh produce which seemed to be the case . All very happy with all food choices and wine . Pleasantly surprised by pricing and final bill for West End -all very good value Last to leave and would give it 9 out of 10 if option a available
Consistently good quality food.
