   This was the second time we dined at this restaurant. The food was excellent again. We had the 12 piece sashimi platter, the Gyoza and two of the steaks. The food was seasoned perfectly, cooked to perfection and the fish was super fresh. Our server was Deja. She always does all she can to make the experience worthwhile. We also met the General Manager, Ash, that took time out of her busy schedule to ask if everything was up to our expectations. This is truly a 5 Star restaurant!!

   Great service from Ben. Sushi was top notch. Made for a great pregame before the big west championship contest across the street

   We really enjoyed our early dinner of sushi, sashimi and various maki. Very tasty and a lovely setting. Sushi chef knew what he was doing and the "plating" on wooden boards served at the sushi bar was elegant.

   Kelly was our server and was very nice. We were there for happy hour and pricing is still pretty high for the amount you get. (food was very good)

   The ambiance of this fine establishment was superb, quiet and made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. We had a party of 4 with a wide variety of food selections. The sushi was among the finest I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed several rolls. My wife’s Chilean Sea Bass was excellent. The Shrimp Tempura was perfect - light, moist and slightly fluffy. Service was great! We’ll be going back again soon. Highly recommend.

   First of all the service was fatalistic! We were attended to even when we didn’t need service. The food however is not that great. The sea bass was overcooked. I often cook sea bass myself where the meat is soft & flaky. This was definitely a huge disappointment especially for our first time there. We ordered the chirashi bowl and it was suppose to come with 12 pieces of sashimi. Well we were definitely short changed as it came with 2 triangular pieces of egg. Yes egg and plenty of rice. I wouldn’t recommend getting that either. We were so hungry that we both had to order 2 rolls to fill us up! I would not recommend this place unless you want to spend lots of $$$ and still be hungry!

   We are locals and thought we would try this new sushi restaurant. Surprisingly , it was a fantastic experience. Since it is in the Green Valley Ranch Casino, I was expecting the usual high price and mediocre food. This was anything but. I had the sashimi platter with 12 pieces of the freshest and best fish available. We also had the wagyu steak and a side order of the wild mushroom fried rice. We even shared a green tea creme brulee for dessert. Our server Deja was incredibly friendly, upbeat and so professional that it made the experience wonderful. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

   Fresh and delicious. Sat at the sushi bar. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Masters at their craft. Very much recommend.

    Had the Surf and turf but subbed the skirt steak for the A5 Waygu cap steak. It was pricey but well worth it. Probably one of the best meals I've had in a while
