Had a lovely time, lucky enough to get a booth which was great. Pumpkin soup and salt and pepper squid were delicious. Pork belly main was good. I had a sirloin steak cooked medium but was a bit too rare for me
Enjoyed it nevertheless
The breakfast was terrible. The coffee was cold and the eggs Benedict consisted of poached eggs that were hard boiled and not runny in the middle. I would not go here again for breakfast.
Have been to Bluebird on multiple occasions and always had a relatively good experience. However this time we struggled to get served for food, the waited bought the wrong meals left them on our table and then came back and served to another table. When we asked for additional sauces and drinks we were met with rolling eyes and huffing.
The service was fine but the food looked awful on the plate and tasted bad. My husband ordered the lobster roll and it was pitiful. No meat, maybe one piece with a lot of sauce on a small roll. I had the chickpea patty with rocket. There were maybe 5 strands of rocket under a dry patty. Not a place I would go back to again!
Wine or prosecco deal makes it great value for money
Would I recommend...maybe. Service needs to improve to match the food
Great for a Sunday Lunch. Bottomless red wine or processo available as well
Terrible service and hollandaise arrived curdled!
Lovely decor. Service & food was great. Super close to White City tube station.
I had such a lovely dinner with my parents. The set menu was perfect, the food tasted amazing and portions were a good size! I would definitely visit again in the future.
Went for 'ladies do lunch' Beautiful summer terrace. Good service. Would recommend the Pavlova, if wanting something very sweet. Enjoyable afternoon in the sun. Will be back to eat inside and enjoy the bright modern deco.
Nice interior but disappointing food and service. My friend had the lobster roll which arrived in a stale roll. It was sent back and reappeared with a warmed up roll, which softened it but was most likely still stale. Service was slow despite it being quite empty. Not good value for money.
Really nice place, food on point and evening standard menu very good value for money.
Good service, however food is good, but not good enough to warrant the price. There is an evening standard offer, which we didn’t order from that is incredible value - £20 for 3 courses and a glass of wine! My partner particularly wanted fish and chips, which wasn’t included, which is why we didn’t opt for this.
Efficient service, good food
Nice place and good value for money.
Had a lovely evening. Love the decor. Staff were friendly.
Overpriced food and average. Ambience is good and friendly service.
Totally Rubish place
I rarely write anything like this but this place was the worst I have ever been. First of all we had a booking , the waiter lead us to a table which was not even ready, just dropped a second chair and left. After nobody came to the table at the next half an hour, seriously I am not joking, we counted the time. We shared a starter which spoused to be a beef tartar, but even my cat food looks better than that. For the main we had cod and chicken, my wife said even she could make a better food. The cocktails was quite ok, except one with some Off taste. After all, we decided not to have any dessert because the whole dinner was a culinary disappointment, ended up with a £115 bill for two, and ruined our wedding anniversary, which they also forgot. The waiters were absolutely unprofessional with a fake, shy smile. This is D&D service unfortunately.... Never again.....
Lacks atmosphere a little perhaps due to location. Food is fine but nothing too exciting
Early bird menu. Very good quality food and good value.
Great time again 3rd time around. Only quick coffee and pudding but still, service great and food tasty
Enjoyable meal on the evening standard menu
It was fantastic and amazing staff! They took my dining check which was also a plus! Recommend 100%
Excellent food. Really delightful staff. Great addition to W12.
Lunch was great
Bottomless processco and red wine helped the lunch party
Enjoyable. Fairly expensive for what you get, even with the evening standard deal, but good Atmos and great service.
Great value brunch menu. Food delicious. Bottomless Prosecco topped up regularly and service friendly and efficient. Perfect spot for an alfresco brunch. Will be going again soon!
Went here after Show at TV studio. Amazing service and great food. Bonus was a 20% discount with my ticket
After theatre dinner
Great food, great service, great location, reasonable prices
Lovely place to eat, wonderful decked out. Food was really taste and good value. The service was a little cold and slow but that did not put a our experience down
Very friendly staff, great summer terrace and the food is fresh and delicious!
The food and service was excellent. I had the butter chicken and it was very authentic to taste. Cocktails were good too.
The staff are really nice but the food we had was not good value but it was all fresh. Started with crab toast which was quite small for £9.50. And then a Caesar salad with a pile of lettuce and two bits of anchovy and a bit of grated Parmesan. The ratio was 80% lettuce! Really.
The only negative point was the lack of ambience due to the restaurant being almost completely empty. This was a Sunday lunch. The ‘lift’ music was therefore more evident and too loud.
Parking is a problem as Westfield is cumbersome, time consuming and expensive to park. £9.00 for 2 hours .
I liked this place. I ate from the brunch menu, it all looked appetizing and my final choices were really tasty.
Good presentation on all of the dishes.
I'd recommend making a reservation as it started to get busy around 1pm.
Very quiet restaurant for a Sunday.
Had very attentive waiter.
One main arrived over cooked and quickly swapped for alternative
Great, interesting food, wine, terrace for drink to start in front of imposing and attractive refurbished television centre, and comfortable table (booth) for meal, pleasant helpful staff.
The atmosphere was fun for a Friday night. Cool vibe and good background music. Food was very nice and the service was also good. Only criticism was I felt the meal was a bit pricey.
