Been living in Chelsea a long long time and wanted to try. Nothing wrong with the restaurant ... waiters were very nice and food was good. It was just a very boring place, with boring food, nothing that justified the price we paid... nothing special , inventive or unique, would honestly not return unless for a drink.
Went for a pre wedding brunch, service was amazing. Only flaw is that there wasn’t many breakfast type options mostly lunch items. Great atmosphere and lovely tables.
Lovely food and drinks and great atmosphere.. Will be returning! x
We love it here has something to offer for any occasion at any time of the day / week / night
Management of the restaurant is completely rude and incompetent. Service at the table was good but we had to pour wine ourselves as waiters ignored us.
Great food and staff
All measures in place for safety.
Great night out.
Nice ambience. Service left a little to be desired as a bit slow and slightly overpriced. But would recommend.
Fantastic service even though every table was taken. They know what they are doing and were very attentive. Lobster and burger were not fantastic as well as the drink suggestions!
They have come out of the lockdown in a way that is thoughtful and gives you a sense of a new normal we may want. Food was great and service impeccable.
Very pretty but very pricey
Great brunch with friends visiting London fir the weekend.Service was excellent.
Just perfect, wonderful place. My wife was si happy
All great, food , service atmosphere, will be back soon
Had a lovely time, food was ok & ambience great.
So great for a brunch!
Great buzz and fantastic meal with two friends and a catch up
Very good. Nice staff. Noisy customers with young children were not good.
The Bluebird remains a great place to go for a lunch, being convenient chic and consistent in its quality.
Great cocktails and atmosphere around bar before we enjoyed a delicious dinner with very attentive staff at a table that was just the right distance apart.
As usual amazing location for every occasion.
Enjoyed the Sunday Roast. One of the group has an allergy which Bluebird asked about and we were confident that they took this seriously.
Good menu, spacious space with plenty of room between tables.
Food very good value, wine expensive but that's often the case so it didn't surprise us.
We would go again.
Saturday evening meal. Had to work hard to get attention of waiters on a busy Saturday night.
Amazing food, lovely service and attention that it was my daughters birthday. Great place to dine and will definitely come back.
Always excellent. Good food in a well designed venue. And excellent service.
Overall, the food was alright but not memorable. The service was patchy and the ambience was lacking. One plus is the Cafe (ground floor) section is dog friendly.
Food was really delicious.the service was outstanding.
Always love the bluebird great food and cocktails but the service yesterday was appalling... hoping for better next time
A warm welcome on arriving for a spontaneous Friday lunch.
Interesting decor so asked my waiter for details of the restaurant's history - he and the manager kindly provided details of the 1923 Bluebird Garage with links to Malcolm Campbell, 1997 Bluebird Restaurant established by Terence Conran that since 2006 is one of the DandD restaurants.
The executive head chef has added his specialities to a broad menu supported by a good selection of matching drinks. My experience was so good in ambience, quality & value that I apologised to the patron of my art for running late and he came by taxi from the RA area to join me for drinks in the bar. So glad it was raining while queuing to enter a gallery as Bluebird was a great alternative and provided creative ideas.
Thank you Valeria, Rolando, Karim, Harvey and the team and I look forward to seeing you on the last day of 2010s & first day of 2020s, James
Hi there, Thank you for your lovely review. I have passed on the kind words to the team who made you feel so welcome. We all also love the history behind the Blue Bird. We hope to host you again soon Many thanks
Atmosphere great as always but the food served for brunch was very average and extremely expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it.
We had a great business lunch. The duck salad starter was outstanding.
Very good surroundings to have a working lunch and being well looked after by the staff.
Dear Cheng, Thank you for your wonderful review. Your note of the duck starter has been passed onto our chefs We look forward to hosting you again soon
Fantastic food, excellent service, relaxing environment!
Thank you very much for your lovely review We look forward to hosting you again soon
We had a delicious meal here with a group of work friends and a colleague visiting from India. We had the Christmas set menu which was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you for your lovely review! We hope to host you and your friends soon
Good food, amazing venue
Thank you for your kind review. We look forward to hosting you again soon Many thanks
Was good although refused drinks standing at the bar and was a long wait to be seated .
We didn't like where we were seated- behind us was the kitchen with all the noise and we could see it because of a see through curten. It was cold & unpleasant, you could feel draft, so we sat with our coats on. There was lack of warmth from a lady who served us. It was very noisy, we had to shout to be able to hear what we said. The duck in the salad was too dry/ overcooked, one of tuna stakes was undercooked, another overcooked! So disappointed with everything!!! And it was my hubby's birthday lunch. And too expensive for what it is.
Always a great buzz, and especially at Christmas! Festive set menu great value.
Thank you for your lovely review! We hope to host you again before next Christmas! Many thanks
A very stylish dining experience with attentive service. The space is rather noisy on a Saturday evening! Having more than one dairy-free dessert option would be good.
Food & service was great but it was very noisy, making conversation very difficult.
