Staff were welcoming on arrival. We had the ravioli which was very oily and the regret was not sending it back. The venison was mini Beef Wellington looking and whilst cooked well was mild in flavour to the point it could have been steak. Prices and quality did not match. A change of shift saw us forgotten and a severe decline in service. A disappointing experience.

I paid £50 for Eggs Benedict and a Crab Sandwich. The eggs had 1ml of hollandaise sauce and were over cooked. The sandwich had 1 gram of crab and 99% of it was mayonnaise in a Tesco bun. Worst value for money I’ve seen in London.

The Restaurant had only space in the garden which was fine if at 10.00pm the waiter was constantly coming to the table to ask us to leave We seated at the table at 20.30 pm brought us a cold soup and barely warm food and kick us out by 10.00 pm They rushed the food too reason why it was not cooked as the previous time

Absolutely loved my experience here. I booked it as a double celebration for two couples as we were both celebrating our engagement. From the second we entered we were greeted with a smile and warmth. Our waiter was so incredible the entire night, never rushing us, always friendly, they even surprised us with a congratulations dessert for each couple. The decor is lovely and spacious so it never felt noisy or as though we were sitting on top of other people. And they pretty much allowed us to stay until closing. The food was yummy as well, I had the cod as main and the sauce oh it was beautiful. Honestly will be coming back again.

Venue / ambience is excellent. Food was delicious but seriously limited options for brunch. And oh, don’t ask them to do scrambled eggs instead of poached eggs with your avocado toast as apparently it’s impossible 🤷‍♀️ HOWEVER, the thing that ensured am never going back is the rude service. The lady who was taking orders was simply not interested in serving customers. Definitely not worth it

We waited 1hour for our starters, both cold dishes and very simple to prepare, there must be a problem in the kitchen. The service was good, noise levels high and the restaurant wasn’t even full. A little disappointing as a dining experience.

Been on our list for years and very glad to have finally gone. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive and the food delicious. Great setting which was flexible enough to create a buzz even though the restaurant was not full. Highly recommended

Shocking service when we arrived - we had a booking and the restaurant was not full but we were left waiting for over 10 minutes at the entrance with a number of other diners in the same position as us. Food was good but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the hype. Waiters were very attentive once we finally got to our table.

Always loved visiting the outside venue but this time we sat upstairs. This is the first time we’ve had not great service. Our server seemed very annoyed to be helping us and one of our dishes was completely incorrect. Instead of apologizing about it, he made a ufff sound and went and got the missing ingredients and just put it in a a little plate to put on the ravioli (tomatoes). It then took 30 mins after we received our bill to get the debit machine and no thank you or sorry for waiting… really left a bitter feeling.

This was such a disappointment. We came here for brunch... - service was slow - food came out cold; my friend's toast was not toasted, whereas mine was, and we had ordered the same dish - food took 1.5hours to come ... and when we made this point to the waiters, they told us the kitchen had had a power outage... but we kept seeing food coming out! - way too expensive for what they serve... Disappointed!

Went for lunch, so many things had nuts on the menu - so not a great place for people with allergies. The food was very mediocre and so was the decor. Imagine it's all hustle and bustle at night because of its location, but this was my first time and I can't see what all the hubbub is about. Very mediocre place.

We love Bluebird for the ambiance and were excited to take our daughter there for her first time. We all loved it as usual, but this was the first time the food really blew me away. The fillet steak was some of the best I've ever had. Being from midwestern America, where some of the world's best beef comes from, that is saying a lot! Honestly, it was melt-in-your-mouth. I can't wait to go back and order it again!
