Food was excellent and staff were very good. However I phoned that morning explaining that one of us was on crutches and would we be able to have a table with a bit of room. We were shown into a small table in the very top corner which was very tight and dark and the tables were full. After pointing out that I couldn't get in there we were shown to a table for 4 which was good but the tables around it had been stripped down and it wasn't very pleasant.

Disappointed in the service over all not offered drinks. Glasses werent collect all of the evening. Service so disappointing for our annual Christmas event. I did feed this back sadly no one could even speak to us about it.

Fantastic food as usual. Tempura Chicken (starter and main portions) ,soup and Melon were all lovely, fish and chips was lovely and really large, macaroni was nice. We love going to the restaurant.

Delicious food. Husband had three course meal, actually don’t know where he puts it ! I had a main & sweet, which I shouldn’t have had as absolutely full after main. (Both had the peppered chicken & haggis bon bons. That’s what we had last time we visited & couldn’t not have had it 🤣) Will be back. Definitely look forward to next visit. Compliments to the chief.

The service was outstanding tonight, which was a breath of fresh air. The server noticed that it was my birthday and had Happy Birthday written on my dessert plate in choc sauce. She also remembered what each of the party of 4 had ordered and didn't have to ask. First-class!

We had lunch here for our friend's birthday and it was lovely. Quiet enough to talk and hear each other to enjoy catching up after not seeing each other for months. The food was delicious and looked great too. Nice touch with Happy Birthday written on my friend's dessert. Will definitely be back.

We regularly visit Blues for a meal but it was our friend’s first time. They loved it. Not rushed away from our table and food as usual was delicious. Wine is a bit expensive but I guess that a hotel price for you. We will always come back
