    Overpriced! So dissatisfied with the whole experience. Rip off! The waitress was nice! That’s all they had going for them. Surprised that they got 4 steaks wrong!!! It’s a steak house apparently!

    It was our 3rd time visiting the restaurant. We always enjoy a good steak with my fiance. However, this time the service was a bit lazy. It was not busy, only 4-5 tables occupied. They forget to deliver one of the drink we ordered, i had to ask them again.

    The location, food and staff were very good. I was disappointed with the meat platter for 2/4 people, but the rest of the plates were also ok. I recommend for any event.

    Food was good, but service was shockingly bad Lets start with the positive food good only exception was sauces very sweet and not meant for for a steak. Now to the negatives booked for valentines dinner and 1 starter came while I had to wait 15 minutes for my starter, as I finished my starter the mains came to the table no consideration from the staff to ask if they could bring the mains or if we done with the starters. We were never asked if we were okay the time we ate our mains even after I did tell the staff that the sauce was sweet. Waited 30 minutes for our dessert order to be taken, and another 30 minutes to get the desserts which was cheesecake and a creme brulee both of which were taken from a fridge and brought to the table. Valentines menu was the items from there normal menu with nothing different or special that was strange as if I ordered the items individually it would have been cheaper that their valentines menu I would have understood if something extra was added like a pallet cleanser or a glass of champagne but nothing just a £5 mark up from their normal menu. Was told they not doing their normal menu but one server offered me the normal menu to order my desserts very confusing for me as a customer. The highlight was when I asked for Baklava and was told they out of stock as they share the desserts with the cafe next door which is fine by me but when the Cafe next door has no customers not sure how they don't have stock of the item unless they person in charge of ordering messing things up.
