Fabulous food , really nice to be back at Bombetta thanks to Jo and everyone for making us so welcome, the food was delicious the fish superbly cooked, the fried Zucchini are a must!
Absolutely disgusting experience, would not recommend at all! Customer service was appalling, management was so rude and argumentative.
We ate food in a freezing cold alley way, asked for a heater, did not receive one for about 20 minutes as we had to we had to ask another member of staff to get us one.
There were blankets on the benches that we sat on which were there from the previous customers which is NOT Covid safe.
We also had no light on our tables, we had to use the torch on our phones to see the food we were eating. No napkins were provided and when we asked we received a tea towel to clean up with.
If I could of given a 0 I would of.

The food was very good, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Limited menu, overly priced and some of the younger staff didn't seem to know what they were doing? My friends waited for most of the evening for a water glass and cutlery!

Always a pleasure to eat here. Really tasty small plates and Bombetta and good wine. The portions aren't huge mountains of food but are delicious, specially sourced ingredients that compliment each other well and bring a smile to your face and aren't the usual stuff you find in restaurant chains. The menu changes regularly so there is always something new to try. A fab place to catch up with friends. The Bombetta team have done a great job in making the outside space welcoming and pretty and staff are attentive. We'll be back soon.
Had a fantastic meal, it was good to be back. The service was great and food amazing. All COVID precautions were in place .
Straight forward enjoyable food, although all a bit chaotic. Admittedly the staff appeared new to the job, and everyone did their best to keep us warm and fed. A great atmosphere of enthusiasm.
Always a pleasure. Service has gone down hill a bit. I was given a grappa with an ice cube in it because the glass was hot. £32 for a £6 bottle of rose Prosecco and £10 for watered down grappa is not cool. Bread used to be better. Food is as amazing as it’s always been.
Thanks for coming to us. We were closed for 3 1/2 months so its lovely to have guests back and we are delighted you enjoyed the food. We have been extraordinarily busy, despite the temperature outside dropping to only 5 degrees in the evening. I'm sorry if this meant that we we're playing catch up with our glass washing. The food is ok although I do find it very salty.
Another fabulous meal at Bombetta. So impressed with the efforts they have made to have more outside seating that is stylish , safe and comfortable.

Really great setup for covid precautions. The tables are spread apart outside and the heaters they have are really strong.
As ever lovely food and staff, always exceptional.
Lovely evening, cold but table heaters good idea. Service a little slow but to be expected on first week back after lockdown.
The food here was lovely but the service was very slow. Had to chase them up to order and then the food took a long time to come.
Delicious fresh food. Very tasty options to share. Took trouble to serve the children first with their choice, which ensured we enjoyed ours.

Great rustic and authentic Italian providing diners with a different experience from usual Italian eateries. The ambience and feel, even in the outdoor areas, made it a lovely family sharing meal experience.

Outstanding as always! We've been regulars at Bombetta for years now, and they've risen to the covid challenge magnificently. The new outdoor areas are really cosy. The bombette are just as good as ever, but you also have to try the new roast lamb dish 👌
A bombetta is a glorified pig in blanket, which is fine if that's what you like - it is tasty - but it's hardly the interesting culinary experience that the restaurant would claim
Bombetta is a name of a product from Puglia (meat, cheese and cured meat all wrapped up and cooked on a skewer) so your comment is rather like calling pizza a glorified slice of cheese on toast. Short of explaining what a Bombetta is & the provenance of some of the ingredients (all imported direct from Slow Food producers & farmers based throughout Italy) that we use for our small plates, we don't claim anything, although we do hope people enjoy the experience. I am sorry it wasn't for you.
Well spaced, good polite service, pleasant atmosphere. And the food is very good. I will be going back.

This is one of our favourite little restaurants because it’s a bit different and the food is so good. We took our little boy for the first time as we wasn’t sure if it was child friendly as we have only ever been of a late evening however they literally couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. The service was truly outstanding and we recommend highly.

Was told about it by friend and gave it a go on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Not a massive menu but it didn't need to be. starters mains and desserts what absolutely lovely and great service too. Would happily recommend and will definitely go back for another visit

Always good for a local atmosphere, nice to hear they are expanding and I am sure the locals will support.
Only popped in shortly as we had some time together while I was in the area. Atmosphere was lovely. Prosecco even better. Bruschetta, delicious. While we were only in there for a fleeting visit, it was lovely.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. It’s family friendly, relaxed, unpretentious and the quality of ingredients used is always second to none. It’s our favourite restaurant in London!
