Lovely staff, great service! Found out it was my birthday and they made me feel very special - candle in the scone and free piece of cake! Will definitely be back again!
Afternoon tea great value for money, good service, good food. My son loved it as a birthday treat!
Always a delight.... a sanctuary in the madness of the a West End.
Very good tapas menu. Had A great lunch with excellent service! Lots of winter veggies on the menu.
Lovely Afternoon Tea! Could have done with more savoury and less sweet stuff but all was an excellent quality!
Great service and nice food 😄
Calm atmosphere , good place to have a break from shopping . Friendly and good service.
We only ordered finger sandwiches and they were good .
Had the afternoon tea
Took many sweets and not enough sandwiches but everything was lovely
AMAZING!!! The food was so good and cost efficient. I would highly recommend
Was a very pleasant surprise!
Best avocado and poached eggs on toast!
Always made to feel welcome, efficient service, great food, we will be back!
A hidden gem that I use regularly. Sanctuary in the hectic Oxford Circus area.
Ideal for a simple meal with a friend whilst shopping. We were very well looked after by a dedicated and polite team. Great champagne !
There is room for improvement in terms of the service
The tuna salad was SO cold, tuna was fine
The chocolate pudding was also so cold it had ice crystals in it
Sorry but it was a very poor meal, so easily could be made better
Afternoon tea set has too much sweets and not enough savory
My daughter and I went for afternoon tea at my favourite place, I must say that I’m so glad the original menu is back!
The service is as always great! However, on this occasion we felt that our waiter was not as attentive as he could have been. Overall this is my favourite place for a quick bite to eat and even afternoon tea!
A little gem in the hustle and bustle of the West End! Exemplary service.
Lovely space for a quiet peaceful lunch in the busy west end
Love this restaurant. Perfect for meeting friends, quiet , calm ambience; delicious simple food and charming service. Long may yu continue!
We were a group of old school friends, who try to meet up every year, and we could not have been happier with our choice of Bond Street Kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was just great. my smoked salmon on top of a potato cake was really yummy.
A wonderful calm charming experience with attentive staff who care about your enjoying your meal. The food is excellent in flavour and quality and plentiful as well as good value for the high quality. A great experience!
The main course of cheese soufflé was very disappointing. The presentation of the dish was dreadful as the rather heavy soufflé sat in the centre of a very large bowl completely drowned in cheese sauce which was far too heavy for the dish (particularly for lady guests) and was also slopped over the side. That being said, the service was excellent and the other dishes delicious.
Everything was perfect.. the service amazing .. the food so fresh and beautifully presented..I would eat here every time.. a peaceful haven in a mad world.. go there you won’t be disappointed...
Lacks ambiance but good for a meeting when you need quiet
A lovely place for lunch. Nice food and good service
Excellent as ever, thank you! The service was superb, the setting was lovely and the atmosphere was good. The food was delicious too of course!
Very good food and excellent staff service
My friend never had an afternoon tea before and therefore I was delighted that we had such a nice atmosphere...I was just a bit surprised that no one said something of an additional service charge of nearly 6 pounds, that I have to say should have been mentioned before.
The staff was very kind and friendly and the whole package was otherwise fine for us.
The service was very pleasant but the food was dreadful. It was tasteless and a waste of money
It is a shame because the staff are pleasant and it is nice place to meet for lunch as my husband works nearby
We have been disappointed many times before but this last time made it definitely the last time
Excellent food, great service, polite staff, brilliant value for money and all in a lovely setting. Will keep returning!
We enjoyed our lunch at Bond Street Kitchen. It couldn't have been more convenient and a lovely setting. The food choices were good and we had a lovely lunch!
The environment is nice - it's a good place to have a quiet meeting over lunch. However, we looked at the set menu and were only told at the time of ordering (rather than as soon as we sat down) that all of the desserts offered on the set menu were not available....we were instead offered something from the cake selection (not at all the same thing). I had chicken with a bearnaise sauce - it was luke warm, rather than hot. All in all, they need to up their game.
Lovely food and reasonably priced. Service quite slow but not a problem this time as we were in no hurry.
Very friendly but professional service and great food!
Lovely food, most enjoyable lunch. The staff were very friendly and gave attentive and very efficient service. The manager was looking after everyone.
Service poor, food expensive and average. Comfy restaurant and quiet.
A most welcome hub of charming service, delightful atmosphere and good food in Bond Street / West End. Great for breakfast and lunch. Very stylish and restful.
Booked in for afternoon tea with friends. Waited ages to be greeted and sat. Were then ignored without menus for 10 minutes. The prices listed for afternoon tea did not match their online menu. Food was not great. Everything just tasted dry from the sandwiches to scones to cakes. We waited so long to pay we ended up just going up to the counter to pay and the waitress seemed annoyed that we had done this but was a ridiculous wait.
They didn't seem to be very busy so not sure why the service was so slow or the food such a low standard. Would not come back.
Very clean table cloths from photo looked bigger this was a birthday catch up for me hugely expensive for my friend to pick up the tab ,
One tomato juice
One glass of white wine
Two open sandwiches No side salad or dressing attached
Oh and they forgot the chips had to ask and they were cold!
Though we did attempt to eat them !
Otherwise central and convenient
Love Fenwick’s I worked 6 years here some years back
This as a memory!
