   Great food. Such a range of flavours and all wonderfully cooked. 6 small plates and 2 large plates between 4 of us with room for dessert. Attentive but not intrusive service and a nice setting. Not the cheapest place but still good value for the quality of the food.

   We had great hopes for this. The menu was enticing, the concept spot on, but it sadly fell short. Our starters arrived after our mains which was a bit odd but we could work with that. The Asparagus special, the asparagus was cooked to perfection but the polenta was tasteless. Ambience was shabby chic and pretty cool, a few plants and some warmth in the back dining room would be good. In short; overall, the food was ok, a 6/10, beautifully presented but very expensive for what it was.

   The food was really inventive and distinctive, the mushroom dish we had was quite divine. The decor and ambiance is great, really chilled. However the service was desperately slow, I didn’t feel well attended to. Maybe we caught them on an off night when they were short staffed in the kitchen I don’t know but there was a lot of waiting. Prices are above average I would say, the food is special but the service needed to be slicker…..

   The roast potatoes were over cooked and rock hard on the outside. The cabbage was overcooked too. I did like the roast celeriac dish and the pudding was very nice.

   What an introduction to Vegan food!! We were delighted with the welcome from Fiorella and with the beautifully presented and cooked food. What imagination. The staff were friendly and we did not feel in the least way rushed. We look forward to going back again shortly!

    This was recommended to us and it didn't fail to disappoint. Lovely, polite yet relaxed staff who knew the menu inside out and more than happy to chat and go the extra mile with drinks or recommendations. Food was delicious with a great variety of flavours. Portions were a good size too, never really sure when the menu says small plates but we had 3 and a large plate and that was perfect. Lovely interiors, try and get the upstairs window seat and watch the dramas of Western road unfold!

    This is the best food I have eaten ever ! I would definitely go back for a treat . For me , it is pricey , but at least you are paying for delicious healthy food where huge efforts have gone in to making the whole experience worth it !

    Who needs meat?? Such creative tasty unique dishes in a lovely setting for lunch. We loved the mushrooms,potatoes, Jerusalem Artichoke special, pavlova dessert and cheesecake. All plant based. We will definitely be back for dinner.

    Absolutely loved our experience at Botanique! The staff were friendly and attentive, every dish was delicious, the ambience was perfect. We ordered 2 natural wines and these were not my favourite, but not enough to pull the experience down. Would recommend!
