Brasserie Paul Bocuse reasonably provides the dishes created by the philosophy passed down from the great master of French Cuisine, Mr. Paul Bocuse. Brasserie Paul Bocuse Ginza was designed based on the imagery of "Fond Rose", the highest grade restaurants among 8 brasseries in Lyon, and the restaurant has a casual , but at the same time has a calm and a graceful atmosphere. The concept of the dishes served by the restaurant is "Tradition & Modernité"
Our young chef cook, Akihiko Hoshino finishes dishes in sophisticated and stylish way, by introducing modern essence to the genuine French Cuisine arranged by traditional cooking method. There are four faces in the restaurant. The first one if a casual brasserie area with open kitchen, and the second one is the table seats with calm atmosphere surrounded by the view of Ginza, and the third one is the stylish counter seats, and finally, a private room partition off by curtain and shade.
