This was an underwhelming experience. Food was forgettable. I found plastic in my food and the manager did make it right, so that was a plus. We went on to dessert. Tiramisu was frozen in the center. Crust of cheesecake was attrocious. We had ask for refills on water. It was not worth the money that they charge.
Excellent food, good service, nice ambience. A good place for a special dinner.
Order my steak medium well, got that well well done. Got sent back and I still got my steak well done. I did not return it because they were taking forever.
We arrived at 130 for a 2pm reservation we were seated at 2 we didn't get our food until 3pm The pasta was dry food and service was horrible the waitress said that they were short-staffed and that's why we were waiting we had to ask for certain items repeatedly before they were brought to the table it is definitely a place that we will not visit again and NO I would not recommend it
The food was awesome and the service was as well.. since it was Valentine's day weekend it took a little longer to get our food but it was well worth the wait. I will be back real soon..

The event was for brunch however they discontinued brunch for about a year now however we will indulge in dinner this month. Actually looking forward.
Positives: the Sausage tortelloni was excellent, despite being portioned too small, the server was friendly and visited our table regularly despite being overwhelmed
• we were sat next to the take out door— cold air rushed in every time someone entered, the take out phone was ringing with no one answering constantly
• the portion sizes for the price were awful, it seemed to be a lunch portion of the sausage tortelloni and the chicken Alfredo. We left still very hungry
• we only received bread once even though we repeatedly requested it from our server. He kept saying he would be right back with it for upwards of 30 minutes
• the drinks we ordered had obviously sat at the bar for some time, as the ice had melted - making them taste watery
• the alfredo sauce basically made the dish a soup. It was too liquid to call a sauce
• despite our reservations, we stood at the entrance waiting for almost 20 minutes along with many other guests
We tried to be understanding and even tipped the server well, as this was Valentine’s Day dinner and slower service is to be expected, but overall this was a negative experience, and the restaurant could improve its peak capacity service by a lot.
We love Bravo at the Promenade! We were there on one of the busiest nights- Valentines and the wonderful staff and hostess’s did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived to the time that we left, everyone seemed calm and professional. Brittany was our server and she was amazing! She was extremely busy, yet smiled and made sure that we were well taken care of.

My meal was cold. The manager was very nice and took the meal off of my ticket. My wife’s meal was perfect and our server was awesome! Overall great experience!
Great atmosphere, amazing food, and excellent service. I highly recommend the fried ravioli appetizer.
Good food, good service
I was there for a birthday dinner. our waiter was very nice and patient so I could appreciate that part but the food overall was terrible. They were out of everything. I had to send my pasta back because it was over cooked(noodles) and they still charged me for them. Ill never come back.
We had very good experience and time there. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our food and the service was great. I will be back again good job to my waiter who name I forgot and the cooks for there service.
They were obviously short of staff, the bartender was the only person waiting on tables. (In her defense, she was doing the best she could) The bread they served was stale, food was greasy and not very well seasoned. This is our second bad experience with similar circumstances, short-staffed, nasty food. I can see why they don't have lines of people waiting to get in any more. I will never go back to eat here!
It took a long time to get our food. Our order was not correct, so we had to send it back. Our server didnt check on us very much, and our water wasnt refilled.

Got a call at 4:40 as we were parking to say they couldn’t honor the reservation since I had just made it that morning.
I had to push a bit and they honored it.
So bit of an unwelcomjng start. Our server was one of the nicest and most attentive we’ve had a Bravo and dinner was good so we ended on a good note

This was the worst restaurant experience in my lifetime. Our seating for 11 was at 6:30 and we did not get our food until 8:57. Our food came out undercooked and/or cold and we left. We were literally getting our own drinks and other tables were sharing their bread with other tables. It was a nightmare because we had family out of town. Our server was crying the entire time and the manager was yelling at the staff. It was terrible. We went home and fixed grilled cheese.
We love Bravo for holidays and other special occasions. Just makes those times even more special!
Simon did a great job taking care of our birthday party of 15. Orders were correct, kept our drinks full and gave the birthday girl a dessert and song.
Rating would have been better, but they were out of flatbread and stuffed meatballs. Not sure how you let that happen!
Our tradition for the last few years, is end of the semester & holiday celebration at Bravo’s. Dinner was good but was very disappointed with the appetizer. The calamari was not appetizing- thick calamari is not the same as the thin calamari. Other than that, we were pleased!!!
Know it’s an Italian place and most folks get pasta, but when I go, I get the filet-delish!!!

I initially reserved a table to 12 and then had to increase it to 19. I was worried but the catering department worked it out. Our server Stuart was very professional and patient. The food and the atmosphere was excellent. I would definitely refer my family and friends.
Great dinner in small party room. Perfect setting for a girls’ night out.
We were so disappointed with the food - the shrimp Alfredo was too rich and the shrimp wasn’t good. The calamari was like a fried order of something from Rally’s. This was one of our favorite restaurants but probably won’t go back.

Despite having a reservation, we waited in line for ten minutes just to approach the check in desk. Lots of waiting involved. The restaurant was very busy, and the food came out quickly, but the service wasn’t as fast as it has been in the past.
