It took a long time to get our food. Our order was not correct, so we had to send it back. Our server didnt check on us very much, and our water wasnt refilled.
The food was very good, once we got the correct order.
Service was exceptional
Always a good choice. I think they were short servers and were a bit overwhelmed.
Made a reservation at 8:30 am through open table for the same day at 4:45 pm
Got a call at 4:40 as we were parking to say they couldn’t honor the reservation since I had just made it that morning.
I had to push a bit and they honored it.
So bit of an unwelcomjng start. Our server was one of the nicest and most attentive we’ve had a Bravo and dinner was good so we ended on a good note

We were pleased with our experience. Food was delicious and we had a great family dinner.

This was the worst restaurant experience in my lifetime. Our seating for 11 was at 6:30 and we did not get our food until 8:57. Our food came out undercooked and/or cold and we left. We were literally getting our own drinks and other tables were sharing their bread with other tables. It was a nightmare because we had family out of town. Our server was crying the entire time and the manager was yelling at the staff. It was terrible. We went home and fixed grilled cheese.
We love Bravo for holidays and other special occasions. Just makes those times even more special!
Simon did a great job taking care of our birthday party of 15. Orders were correct, kept our drinks full and gave the birthday girl a dessert and song.
Rating would have been better, but they were out of flatbread and stuffed meatballs. Not sure how you let that happen!
Our tradition for the last few years, is end of the semester & holiday celebration at Bravo’s. Dinner was good but was very disappointed with the appetizer. The calamari was not appetizing- thick calamari is not the same as the thin calamari. Other than that, we were pleased!!!
Know it’s an Italian place and most folks get pasta, but when I go, I get the filet-delish!!!

I initially reserved a table to 12 and then had to increase it to 19. I was worried but the catering department worked it out. Our server Stuart was very professional and patient. The food and the atmosphere was excellent. I would definitely refer my family and friends.
Great dinner in small party room. Perfect setting for a girls’ night out.
We were so disappointed with the food - the shrimp Alfredo was too rich and the shrimp wasn’t good. The calamari was like a fried order of something from Rally’s. This was one of our favorite restaurants but probably won’t go back.
We dined on patio. Service great and so was food.

Despite having a reservation, we waited in line for ten minutes just to approach the check in desk. Lots of waiting involved. The restaurant was very busy, and the food came out quickly, but the service wasn’t as fast as it has been in the past.
Stuart was outlet server and was very nice. This has always been a favorite restaurant for years.
The service was a little slow but the waitress was nice. My pasta was cold and the sauce was warm. One person at the table had the salmon salad and the salmon was not done. Another person had pizza and it was good.
It took 40 minutes to get a glass of wine...not enough help at the bar...just 1 bartender for the entire restaurant. Our waiter was a bit slow, but we think he was new. The food was good, so we were happy about this aspect.
There was no one at the front desk when my husband and I arrived. We stood there for over 5 minutes waiting. The phone was ringing off the hook and we were about to leave when the hostess finally came. The entres were good, but my husband's dessert was terrible. It was cold, dry, and tasteless. The baking paper was still stuck to the bottom as well. The waitress never asked about the uneaten dessert. We were not impressed, especially for the price.
Service was a little slow, but food was great! We always get the Pasta Woozie”, which is very consistent and delicious.
Have always had good service in the past but had to wait a long time to get waited on. My grandson even went to the kitchen to see if someone would help us and still had to wait. Didn’t do a great job of servicing us throughout the meal. But I’ll still dine there and hope it’s better next time.
We did not have the best experience. We were a party of 8 and got horrible service. We constantly had empty drink glasses. The salads took over 30 minutes to come out......and our dinner was an even longer wait. We would go 15 minutes at a time without seeing our waitress which I find very unacceptable. The food was the only saving grace of the evening.
We go to Bravo regularly. They had changed one of our favorite dishes, the grilled salmon, to reduce calories and the changed version was not nearly as good as the previous one. By ordering a balsamic glaze with it, the dish is now once again excellent. Service on 7-5-19 was excellent and the noise level was minimal. Excellent dining experience.
We had terrible service! It felt race was a major part! We were ignored by the server, had to flag her down by a nearby table. We requested things and it took 20 mins to receive. We were never offered bread or any other amenities. Definitely a terrible experience!
Waiter was very pleasant but took a long time to take our order.
They were WAY short on wait staff and when we ordered a Gin and tonic we were told after 15 minutes that they had no tonic. How is that possible? They crowded everyone in the place in one section and it was extremely loud! We have been a few times in the past and enjoyed the whole experience but this time was very subpar.
My tiramisu was frozen and that’s my only complaint!
As always the food was fantastic. I was pretty disappointed with the service this time as the waiter mentioned to me “they were not aware they would be this busy on Father’s Day.” Waiter only came to bring food and the check. No refills or checking on other needs. Will give another chance because the food and atmosphere were great but very surprising they were not staffed up for a holiday.
Food was fantastic. Went on Father's Day and it was busy. Our server was rushing and seemed a little stressed and wasn't as attentive in the beginning. He forgot to place our order for our entrees, but luckily the manager noticed and came over to apologize and removed our appetizer off of our ticket. We will definitely visit again.

My experience was amazing!!!!! Simon was the best server!! He deserves recognition for his great service. The food was amazing and the overall atmosphere was superb. This was the best birthday dinner I’ve had thus far.
Service was awful, food was mediocre, we will not be going back. Ordered a glass of wine (Valpolicella - off their "recommended pairings" section), waiter came back 10 minutes later to tell me they were all out of it. Changed to another off the recommended pairings list (Sangiovese), another 5-10 minutes, and the waiter came back with the menu to ask me to show on the list which it was. Another 10 minutes, and turns out they were out of that too. Finally ordered Chianti... By the time it came, we were almost done eating. Considering it was still early on a Friday evening, being out of anything on the menu is unacceptable. My mom ordered coffee and asked for cream, and they gave her skin milk instead. (I don't know if that was all they had, but why would you give skim milk when someone orders cream for coffee?) The food was OK. Nothing memorable, but it was passable. Expensive, considering it's about $5 extra if you want a salad with your entree. The bread tasted like it would have been good fresh, but I have a hard time believing it was baked fresh that day. I ordered the Pesto Spaghetti, and asked for a scoop of meat sauce over the top (if you've never tried this, you should - just not here), but instead, it just had a little bit of sauteed hamburger crumble over the top. The Pesto was fairly good, but I've had lots better. Mom had the "Pasta Woozy" - fettuccini Alfredo with chicken & spinach, which was dry and bland. Dad had the meatballs, and they were pretty good. Overall, though, a very poor experience, one we won't repeat.
Bravo is our favorite place for special family celebrations. My husband and I also enjoy quiet dinners there when we get the chance. The staff, service and food are always on point. Bravo Cucina Italian is definitely one of our favorite places in Little Rock!
Excellent food and service. I love this restaurant. The gluten free options are delicious. It's like being in Europe once you enter the door. Bravo!
