I was ashamed to be there with my friends, specially after saying that I would like to show them a little bit about Brazilian food and our traditional dishes. I would never expect to have this kind of food in a restaurant. I can’t understand why they have such good reviews. Either they are paying to people or who write these reviews have never ate in a restaurant in their lives. Absurd. The “grilled meat” looks like was boiled, all the fried things, absolutely no colour. We had to ask twice to make more crispy. No forks on the table and no one to follow the service... anyway, was a long list. Definitely never again...

Good food, the ambiance comfortable and nice. Food came fairly quickly and had a great taste specially the chorizo. Staff was really nice, although the service as a whole was hit and miss ... as a whole we had a lovely evening and enjoyed it a lot

Recent discovery and my current favourite restaurant. The service isn't the fastest but that's because they take care to make the dishes special. This place also does excellent brunches from traditional Brazilian to full english.. but always with the Brazilian touch.

I had a lovely time enjoying a lunch and drink with work colleagues. Friendly, helpful, efficient service and good quality food with a menu offering plenty of choice. I enjoyed a healthy and filling chicken salad while the other went for steak and a mixed grill. Portion sizes are generous and offer good value for money. I love having a Brazilian restaurant in the neighbourhood- the cakes and pastries also look delicious. I will go back!

The name of the resturant is a bit misguiding. This is not a gourmet restaurant. Its more of a nice brazillian resturant with ok food, good service and a very small seating arrangement. We were only five persons, book a week ahead. But the seating was not very good. This is the kind of place you would take a girlfriend and sving by on the way to the movies. Great atmosphere, but not in the gourmet-range - at all!

I finally got here and it didn’t disappoint. Most of my group opted for the tapas and they were generous portions and delicious. We sat outside which in summer was lovely, although the seating is a bit cramped if you have longer legs, but the pavements are tiny. The inside looked very quirky and was told that it was all decorated from reclaimed stuff. Very cool. I’d definitely go back.

The Brazilian Gourmet - Nothing Gourmet about this. It's probably the worst restaurant in London. We had booked for 18:00 on a Saturday and on arrival were told our table wasn't ready and would be 10 minutes. We got shuffled into a drafty bar where no tables were set. After 15 minutes we were told we could eat in this bar if we wanted as the people in the restaurant were all paying separately and this could take some time. Also they needed to clear the tables We ordered a couple of beers. I was seated on a small stool with my back onto a counter of cakes - no glass and if I had leaned back they would all have stuck to my jacket. It was uncomfortable and drafty so after 30 minutes we complained and said we wanted our restaurant table. They took us in to the restaurant and to the most disgusting site I had ever seen in England. Every table was piled high with dirty dishes and wasted food. It was now well over 30 minutes since our table should have been ready. There were no apologies and the woman (assumed owner) talked to her waiter colleague about us as if we were not there. Fussy impatient and a few other things. I said we would just pay for the beers and go. £10.50 but as an apology for our 'experience' , ten pounds would do !! We went next door to the fish and chip shop.

Service wasn’t great. We had to get up and get the menus ourselves. The place was completely disorganised. We weren’t even given a bill to our table so we had to go up and pay. As we weren’t given a bill we didn’t realise that we were overcharged. This is not the first time I’ve been overcharged there. Maybe it’s because they don’t get much business they try pinch you for some extra cash. Food was mediocre, just some chicken with cheese and tomato sauce. Online price is cheaper than the actual menu so it’s very misguiding. There’s better restaurants near by. Try the Lebanese place next door.

I stumbled upon this gem while searching for a Brazilian eaterie that didnt involve skewers of meat and an all you can eat salad bar !! What a find !! Gorgeous home made Brazilian specialities (We had the calabresa , coxinha , bolinha de carne and the mandoca frites ) . It was so good we went in for seconds ! We made the fatal mistake of sitting at the table in the front right by the sweet pastries and had to take 3 or 4 of those home for tea . The space is excellently designed and full of character ... A real hidden gem and we all cant wait to return .. don't tell anyone tho !!!

Lovely cosy restaurant with a wide choice of dishes and drinks. Good authentic Brazilian food. Excellent customer service. Dont go in for a quick meal as the main dishes need 20min to be prepared.

Absolutely shambolic and pathetic place. All our orders took more than an hour to be delivered and once they arrived, dishes were cold and they messed up our orders. The management even tried to charge us for the service 😕. The lady who served us had blood pouring out of her forehead.... Literally. No apologises or any remorse shown for the very poor show and ruining my wife's birthday. Avoid like a plaque.
