   We drank every drop of the bramble berry gin cocktail and the espresso cocktail! We loved the poppyseed bread basket too. The cod was divine as was the ribeye. The perfect ending to our meal was the toffee pudding! Thank you for a memorable night out in London!

   Juicy delicious burger, pork belly was soft and delectable but expensive as you had to add side or would just receive two slices of pork for over £20. Bill was £75 and we had no drinks except water and a complimentary prosecco. Very kind gesture, staff were great.

   Very disappointed in the quality of the food , quite bland and the steak was not properly seasoned as in no seasoning. The creamy mashed potato side was like cement. The Server was good but overall management was poor. Maybe our expectations were too high, but I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

    Have dined in many of the GR restaurants. Had been here before when it was an Italian Restaurant. Our reservation was at 18.00 so was very quiet, staff very good as was food.

    Interesting menu with creative choices. Service a little slow and inattentive. Menus all had calories with no choice to omit. Not helpful not to have a choice. Would return if in the area.

    Food was not as good as hoped. Steak cut was very low quality and wasn’t cooked as requested. Caesar salad was very over dressed and not proper Caesar with anchovy in the dressing. The drinks were good and service excellent but for a Gordon Ramsay place, was very disappointed. Also included 15% service charge!

    Overall a disappointing experience for the price. I had been bought a Sunday lunch voucher as a gift, the staff seems a bit vague about accepting it. Only beef was available for the roast, which was a shame. We weren't asked what drinks we would like, I had to ask for drinks. For the roast, overall it arrived a bit cold, and the Yorkshire pud was cold, a jug of piping hot gravy may have helped with this, the potatoes were not crispy. The saving grace was the cocktails were delicious and the sticky toffy pudding was wonderful. Gordon you needed to do better than this for £150

    Nice atmosphere, good food on the (very pedestrian) menu, but overpriced. A little bowl of curry for £22? Cheapest steak £37? Come on guys…. Icing on the cake was when I saw that I’d been charged £16 for one small glass of wine! To their credit I was refunded but these prices have put me off coming here again. London is full of great restaurants, offering memorable food and good value for money. Not sure this is one of them.

    He food was good, hot, well presented and delivered in a reasonable time. The service was efficient but not smiley or welcoming . The ambience was poor, it was noisy, despite being half occupied , the background music was pointless. I probably expected more from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant

    Booked 2 groups for celebration but when we arrived nothing ready so had to sit apart. Industrial look taken too far; floors damaged make chairs wobble. Service inattentive, and dishes came out not together..!? Food was ok but nothing special!! On plus they can make more drinks than advertised on menu,.. you’ll need them.. Not a place I would recommend or go back to again.

    Nice table tucked away in corner of restaurant, food was great quality and overall good value, although £5.50 for fries is pushing the boundary a little. Service wasn’t great unfortunately, took us 50 mins from seating to get drinks, and no attention paid to refilling glasses etc.

    We waited half an hour for our order to be taken. After over an hour I asked where the starters were and we were given bread and olives as an apology. (I don’t eat bread). Starters arrived 25 mins later then no mains. 2 hours after arriving we cancelled the mains and asked for the bill - but as we put on our coats the food was put in front of us. It was too late and we were too far gone to enjoy. The staff were apologetic, gracious and clearly under strain, I do not blame them, but it was an awful experience.

    Ordered the beef wellington. It was an absolute disappointment. Had the one in Savoy before, very different. It was chewy and the cook was medium instead of medium rare. The crispy duck salad was nothing amazing, not worth the price. The highlight of the meal was the sticky toffee pudding. It was nice and sweet, complement really well with the ice cream

    I visited the restaurant to try the beef wellington. I have tried the one at Mayfair and Savoy and they were excellent. As I wanted to have a casual dining, I visited the outlet to try the beef and it was disappointing. The price is the same as Savoy but the quality was very bad. The beef was very tough and I had to spit it out. The mac and cheese was bland and my 5 yo would not even have it. Kids eat for free which was good. However, the bill did not reflect the free meal and I had to ask for it. Ordered the brocolli which did not come but billed to me.

    Service was good but every course took ages to come. It didn’t matter too much as we were a table of 7 so lots of chatting and none of us were in a rush, but there was a massive gap before each course. A few staples were also missing off the menu. Great big circular table though and nice food.

    Disappointing. Have eaten here many times - very happily - and been pleased to introduce friends to it. But this time the food was very disappointing. The salt & pepper squid was the only choice I could find on the starters list (which is unremarkable) but was completely underwhelming. Why is this unimaginative dish even offered here. It belongs in a fullers pub! The cod dish was so bland. I’m very very sorry, Gordon. I am a fan and like Union St a lot. I think the menu lets the venue down! I will be back as I’m sure I will happily eat here again! :

    Being Covid we expected it to be slow.. slow would of been an improvement this night for this location. When your out for a night it’s the ambience that can set a mood and it was so slow that the little staff that was on was packing out Christmas decorations and trees while we were trying to dine. The food falls short what you would expect being good, but not, wow that’s unreal and I can’t wait to go back. Cocktails were well prepared but hardly worth the £15 for a basic old fashioned made with house bourbon.. save yourself the disappointment and watch Gordon on tv, it’s much more entertaining than a night out at soggy Bread Street Kitchen.

    Food was very good but otherwise not a great experience. Despite ticking the “birthday” reason for booking and mentioning a birthday both in the booking text and to the waiter on arrival, it wasn’t recognised at all - probably the first time ever. Also, exacerbated by us being the only people there, the staff just weren’t interested. They kept disappearing and at times we were the only people in the restaurant. When we left, they were just on their phones at the bar area and didn’t even say goodbye. I’m not sure they even noticed us leaving.
