Unfortunately we had to wait for some time to be seated when entering from the One New Change entrance. Coffee took 15 minutes to arrive and our breakfast was cold (eggs benedict).

The food was very good and the quality of it was pretty much comparable to the price of it. The scenerio of the place was very uniqe and I would describe it as a sight to behold. But on the other hand a waitress could help us with the spilled drink and she did not because of not seeing it and for us thats the only thing to corect

Food was incredibly overrated and overpriced. We had the burger and the ravolini - both underwhelming. You can get much better food elsewhere for cheaper.

We were really excited about this dinner, however our experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant is not very easy to find as it’s on the second floor of another Ramsay restaurant and there are no signs or indications. Walked into the restaurant, we waited some time before someone came asking if we needed help. Had the feeling there was a bit of disorganisation/not enough staff. We had a couple of starters, the beef wellington and one of the drinks. Beef wellington: The pastry was raw, and as soon as we moved it from the tray to the plate it all fell apart. The quality of ingredients was just delicious and fresh , but we definitely did not expect the raw pastry and the wellington to fell apart. As starters we had wagyu meatballs and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese were quite bland. Same for the drink, we were not impressed. We gave our feedback when the waiter asked if we liked the food, however the staff attitude was very passive. Considering the price, I wouldn’t go back, which is a shame as we love Ramsay.

Coppia: 3 antipasti, 1 beef wellington, 1 acqua, 1 bottiglia vino Petit rose.

The food was, ok not the best but definitely not the worst. We had fish and chips. The chips were mixed some cold and soggy, some piping hot and crunchy. The fish batter was soggy on one side, ok if you like it that way. The cod dish was beautifully cooked The toilets needed to be checked better, most were missing paper and one was blocked.

I had a meeting in the City and had to bring my dog with me. Too few places allow dogs, but BSK were hugely accommodating. It helps that he's a nice dog, but they could not have been nicer to us and it got me out of a tight spot. Thank you.

My wife and I came he early on a Thursday for a credible burger and ended up with an amazing experience of excellent service and flamboyant expression. Our waiter Andras was the warm-up act professional welcoming and engaging. He made ordering simple burgers feel like relaxing with a friend. But then when we spotted a sommelier (Nicolas) we took the chance to call him over to recommend a red. This was a master class in wine, that felt like I was getting the burger for free. He helped us novices navigate a hundred different options to land on a reasonable, yet exceptional wine for our meal. Then our amazing finale was Raphial, a huge personality with amazing attention to the detail of service. We have already experienced the best meal of the year and we didn't even make it out dry January thanks to Nicolas and Raphial

Good location and food, friendly staff. A reasonable amount of choice on the menu, but it's certainly become more expensive in recent months. I do think that adding (even an optional) service charge of 15% on to the bill is a little high.

We went 11:30am on 1st jan and asked if any chance of having more breakfasty options. They said they cant help anythinv outside menu or cant even serve pizza from downstairs. Owned by same company if you didnt know. W All stuff we wanted on menu like cibatta wasnt available! Who eats steak 11:30am post new year, its a joke. Lots of stuff in menu wasnt available. Waiter was very unwilling to help anyway. Orders were missing wrong or uncomplete. Its a great venue but a usual chain failing in service miserably.

This was a terrible New Years Eve experience. Inedible food, bad service and overpriced food. We booked the table for 10pm but did not get seated until 10.25 with no apologies. The menu was not the same menu as advertised on Open Table but almost double the price. The tortellini was inedible as it was really salted and also the cauliflower cheese could not be redone. Due to the delays with the food our NYE was ruined and we could not see the fireworks. Gordon Ramsay - I watch your programmes avidly and have been to your other restaurants. I expected better!

We booked Bread Street Kitchen St Paul’s for a festive family treat for 5 people, having been before and retained memories of sumptuous lamb, and fun Halloween themed feasts, and in response to tempting Christmas menu promotional emails from GR Restaurants. We had all checked the Christmas set menu on the GR website beforehand and were excited to try it. Upon arrival, the restaurant was quiet, yet the staff sat us at an atmosphere lacking table next to the bar and main walkway, and gave us the regular menu card. I asked for the Christmas special, and the waiter said “we have run out of turkey, and besides, most of what’s on the Christmas menu is from the main menu”. Our hearts sank…disappointedly we looked at the main menu for something festive (which was totally lacking). I ordered a bottle of wine. This too was out of stock due to “supplier issues and demand at Christmas”. I did not book a GR restaurant and expect to be told that neither the meal I had come for, nor the wine were available. We felt so let down. we ordered fish & chips, burger, and pork belly not at all seasonal - all of a quality consistent with an average restaurant. The wine we ordered sat in a bucket two feet away from the table, and once the sommelier clocked off for the night at 9pm we had to resort to retrieving it and serving ourselves. We selected a premium restaurant for a rare, special family occasion at Christmas and received an experience to forget, faced with a cancellation charge of £30 for leaving the table or stomaching an alternative very un festive meal we opted for the latter but felt misled by the marketing, let down by the restaurant’s inability to order sufficient produce and generally underwhelmed by the service for which (it being Christmas) I paid the full 15% already added to my bill . We sadly wouldn’t return to what has been a favourite restaurant in the past with so many better more reliable options available, and certainly won’t return for Christmas again.

We booked it in quite in advance before our trip to London and we were looking forward to Gordon Ramsay’s famous Wellington that we once tried in Dubai and it was amazing, but this time we were quite disappointed with the food. The Mac and cheese from our little girl was not really tasty and the duck salad we ordered for starter had in our opinion too much chilly peppers and was difficult to eat. The Wellington unfortunately quite disappointing, not what we were expecting.

Service was poor - restaurant was half empty but after being seated it took 15 minutes to have our wine order taken and we then had to wait another 15 minutes for it to arrive. Bread and olives only arrived 5 minutes before main courses. Main courses (fish and chips and butter chicken curry) were enjoyable but the experience was already marred by the inattentive waiting staff. Dessert was disappointing. At the end of our meal we were asked to vacate the table despite there being at least 20 empty, unused tables in the restaurant. If we had run over time it certainly wasn’t our fault and being asked to leave was just plain rude.

All of our party enjoyed the food - it was outstanding! We were seated in a quieter part of the restaurant but it was still unbelievably loud. We spent most of the evening shouting at each other so we could hear one another above the music. Our waiter seemed to be rushed off his feet (there were a few Christmas parties in) but that meant we were lucky enough not to get rushed by him and had our table for slightly longer than the allotted time. Would come here again but at a quieter time of the year/week as the music really was too overwhelming for having a dinner with friends.

Well this is out 10th or so visit. I have to say the food was very good as always. However some negatives: 1) Took nearly 20 minutes to get a drink order in from being seated 2) The drinks were plonked on the table, apparently pouring the tonic into the glass at the table is now a customer duty 3) First bill was incorrect (had items from other tables on it) 4) Second bill was incorrect (despite having corrected it once) 5) Hurrah, 3rd bill was correct. Overall, food was OK, but the whole service experience has steadily got worse over the years we've been going.

A little disappointing. We went for the Sunday lunch option but had various problems during our visit. 1. There was a delay in ordering our drinks. 2. The incorrect wine was delivered to the table - we ordfered white and got red. 3. The wrong dinner option was delivered - we ordered a Pork and a beef and received 2 beefs 4. The roast potatoes were really poor and felt like they had been cooked well in advance and then kept warm - zero crunch. 5. The gravy amount was tiny but wew noticed other tables were served extra with their meals. 6. The Broccolini was hard - well under - not even close to Al Dente. On a positive it was our anniversary and the restaurant served us a mini dessert and written message. Overall it should be doing better. On a Sunday there is no excuse for having poorly cooked potatoes and veggies.

Good atmosphere but the menu is not very inspiring and it's all very overpriced. Tends to be very popular with London tourists and having Gordon Ramsay's name probably is part of the reason why it keeps filling up. One main, two starters, olives and five cocktails came to over £160, which is a heck of a lot considering there was only two of us, we didn't have any wine and realistically only had one course.

Good food, but not especially good value for lunch. Service attentive, but for the price, did not feel special or different.

Mediocre food, lacklustre slow service. No acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary. Wouldn't recommend.
