Bread Street Kitchen Ratings and Reviews
The resurant was a much bigger than I expected. Deco was industrial but very subtle and welcoming.
Food was delicious. My friend and I shared two different main meals pork and burger. Being so different we did not know what to expect. They were equally as good in their own way and we enjoyed both. The truffle, Brie mash was amazing.
Great wine accompliment and great service. Very attentive and observant staff.
We would go back for sure.
Second visit (third if you include Dubai) first with my son for his 18th, and this time with husband. Had said it was our date night (not bad for 20yrs marriage) and we had a nice little corner booth - lovely. Great cocktails at the bar. All the food was fab. Waitress (same as first visit) was lovely and the lad (who looked so young!) serving was lovely too.
A vibrant, high-energy wonderfully delicious experience for dining that could fit almost any occasion from a casual get together with friends, a formal business meal, and a quiet, intimate meal with someone special. Food was delicious, the service outstanding and atmosphere fun!!
We booked the Bread Kitchen for a quick business lunch for clients to eat at in between meetings in the St Paul's area. We received great feedback from the clients who were really impressed with the quality of food, service and turnaround. Also booking through Open Table made the process smooth, quick and painless! Highly recommended!
Thank you. For a wonderful evening engagement meal. Looked after from the time we stepped through the door. And handed over very well from member of staff to member of staff. And seated at a wonderful table. The waiter had wonderful knowledge of the wine list and food menu. And was attentive throughout our time at your restaurant. And topped off with a lovely suggestion of a congratulations cake n sorbeau.
Incredible experience. The food was just exquisite, and the service faultless.
Bottomless brunch was a little dangerous - so I recommend taking it slow as they do really like to refill your glasses as soon as they empty (not so good for the hangover!).
Nothing bad to say about the experience, except that I was a little gutted they used animal rind in the Macaroni Cheese and as a vegetarian I was excited to eat it, only to find out I couldn't. (The Brie Mash Potato was definitely a good second!).
The Food ist just perfect. the combination of flavours and Spices with the fresh ingredients is just wonderful.
Was there twice in the last month and will come back as soon as possible. Also the wine selection is very good
And than this desert combination ..... look at the picture. It tasted even better than it looks, can you believe it
Let's start with the starters. The tuna tartare was perfectly seasoned and balanced, a big fat winner! My wife's roast beef was sensational, tender and tasty. My roast cod was cooked beautifully and the bed of crushed spuds with a hint of lemon and other yummy flavours was also perfection. We had to try deserts and they also delivered. My wife who is a chef said the chocolate fondant was possibly the best one she had ever eaten. My lime inspired wobbly thing ended a near perfect meal. The food is not pretentious, just some great cooking going on!
From top to bottom this was an excellent dining experience. Between my wife and I, we had steak, chicken and lobster. Everything was delicious and the truffle Brie potatoes were amazing. Great ambience and attentive service. Would definitely recommend.
What a find! I tend to stick to Bank area restaurants when dining in the City but in future will definitely head to St Paul's now I know of this place.
The food was really fabulous, and I mean REALLY fabulous e.g. the soy salmon starter which was a joy to eat it was so bursting full of delicately balanced flavours. It's also worth mentioning the bread served pre dinner which it took a lot of self restraint not to guzzle it was so delicious (!) and the decaf coffee was the best I've ever drunk.
Great looking venue, attentive but not intrusive service and a buzzing ambience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
