A great location for a lunch or early evening relaxed dinner. Quite noisy though so not good for a business discussion in my view.

I put instructions that we needed a baby seat and had a gluten free guest. I had to ask for the baby-chair and a gluten free menu even though I re-infomed the host. Not a great start. Some of us did the bottomless brunch and we had to flag staff down to refill out drinks and bring more water. It's a VERY big venue. The staff were very nice though. The food was good except my English Breakfast had no toast - thought that was really strange. The coffee was lovely. I think they probably just need a few more staff members for such a huge venue. Would definitely go again.

The food and atmosphere were above average, and we greatly appreciated the abundance of vegan and gluten free options, but this was overshadowed by our server, who was very impatient with us from the moment we sat down. She didn’t walk around the table to serve each person, but reached across the table and even shook a pizza at someone, saying “take it,” rather than setting it down. We tried to be very polite, but she acted like we were ruining her day by being there.

The quality of the food was beyond disappointing for the cost. We have had better meals at 24 hour diners and yet this meal cost more than £120. Beautiful deco and we were prepared to pay that much (or more) for our evening, but we were so disappointed in the meal itself.

I have been before a few years ago and everything was great. This time a fair few slip ups made for a disappointing experience. Firstly our waiter was no where to be seen, finally got hold of a waiter going to take payment to a neighbouring table to ask to order. Our food arrived before our pre-meal olives. We ordered curry and it was luke warm! And the chicken even colder. For a £20 curry I think there were about 3-4 pieces of chicken. The issue was rectified however it was an expensive lunch for not a great experimented. :-(

Great feel in the place accept it felt just too big.
Almost like a a large pub group!
Staff were great. Friendly and chatty but the food let the experience down.
Went for the taster experience with the best wine selection.
Wine was good just not enough to match each coarse.
Ended up buying another bottle....maybe thats the plan!
Starters were a selection of good pub grub.
The beef wellington was soggy. The mushroom wrap around the fillet was like compressed grass trimmings.
The fillet itself was chewy however lovely and rare but had a 'raw' taste to it.
Given the rise of some excellent new restaurants in London....I think Bread Street need to think about upping thier game

I have dined at Bread St Kitchen a number of times. It has a buzzy atmosphere. Food is good but it would be good to see as a different menu as it doesn’t seem to have changed in a long while.

The Bread Street Kitchen has the same feel to it at Plane Food in Heathrow T5. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere whilst enjoying wholesome, delicious food. Great touch with children eating for free off Tilly's menu - well done :)

Good meal, nicely cooked, busy restaurant and a good choice of wine. Steak was nicely cooked, probably a bit expensive for what it was, and what didn't come with it.

Restaurant booking online spoiled somewhat by having to phone them to confirm the booking, and when you get through, you hear Gordon Ramsey saying."did you know you can book this online in 60 seconds"....duh!

The worst service ever! Waitress struggled to use the iPad food order pad and her English was so poor we had problems understanding each other.
We waited half hour for my soft drink order and after 45 minutes had to stop a senior member of staff in order to find out what had happened to our food order.
Finally the food came...not overly impressed. I think it had been sitting waiting to be collected by our waitress.
As a result of the delay, we were offered complimentary dessert, but as my daughter’s lunch hour was over by then, she had to dash off.
Again, the waitress struggled to understand our order of coconut ice cream.

I will certainly not be recommending this restaurant to anyone!!!

This was our first trip to London from Northern California and we had a amazing time, including all the dining! We love food - my husband is a chef. And we are big fans of Gordon Ramsay. This was everything we thought and hoped one of his restaurants would be. From the ambiance to the staff - front and back of the house. We highly recommend it! And if you get the beef Wellington, be ready for a generous serving. We were absolutely stuffed but it was amazing.

Underwhelmed. Toast was delivered 5mins after my breakfast and I had to ask for it. Wrong coffee served and staff generally looked very unhappy. There were no smiles. Not a happy camp in bread street.

Gordon needs to give this a little attention I think.

Food was good, however both the Yorkshire pudding and the baked potatoes were a little too hard. The meat was great, which was slightly diminished by the other two items. Service was good, however prior to coming, I was phoned several times by the restaurant to confirm, was told at least once by email that I could only have the table for a limited time, which created a sense of being rushed - which given the relatively low numbers of diners when I did go (Sunday evening) just created a false sense of anxiety, which was unnecessary

We've been several times - occasionally it's outstanding - like 12/10 - and sometimes it's about a 7/10. I wish it were outstanding every time - the meat on this occasion was quite tough, thickly sliced, and quite fatty. Not enough to complain about I guess - but just not quite up to it's usual standard. WE had company so didn't want to cause a fuss.

Overpriced and far too noisy for what is priced as a top end restaurant. Extremely loud music in the restaurant interrupted conversation . Sirloin steaks were very good but really expensive side dishes that were over cooked. No explanation on the cheese plate so had to ask twice what they were. Only 1 bottle of wine of the type chosen which was rather odd. Over £125 per head for a mediocre dinner - would not go again - there are far better places at half that price.

It's sad but every time I go here the service gets worse and worse.

Last time here my friend and I ordered a drink at the bar and 20 minutes later the same bartender came up asking "What will you have?" with no memory of taking our order.

This time the waitress left us alone for ten minutes, then came and took our menus and walked away without taking our order. After ten minutes of not seeing her, I went to find the manager and asked for menus, five minutes later she brought them back, then left them with us without taking our order again even though we were ready. I went and found her again, and she came back and took our order, then walked away before I could ask for the wine list. After yet another search for her I got the manager to bring the wine list so we could order. After that everything was fine.

I don't have any problem with this happening once in awhile, but it's been the same experience last four times I've been here - not sure I can go back for a fifth.
