It felt just a little bit quieter than usual (less of a buzz) but that’s to be expected in these coronavirus times. Food was excellent, and a good wine recommendation. We’ll be back!

We visited on the day the lockdown was lifted and I was impressed with the creative ways this restaurant avoided physical contact e.g. having online menus instead of physical ones. Not to mention the thorough cleaning of chairs and tables. The food was absolutely delicious, we went for the beef wellington to share and it was cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and attentive. This restaurant is on the pricier side but I think it’s worth the experience, quality of food and service.

Starters were good, and came in good time but once cleared we had nearly an hour’s wait for the main courses. The burger and curry were apparently good but the ribeye was tasteless, unseasoned and inedible. Not what I’d expect from a restaurant of this level and most disappointing.
Must say that the supervisor(maybe) Ania did come over to apologise and amended the end bill accordingly.

Frankly slightly disappointed with the experience since definitely was not up the standard of a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

Service was at first too attentive up until the point of 1st order where then we had to ask for our bottle of wine 4 times (which then also was double counted on our bill. It was also hard to call service for extra water for any point of the stay. Upon arrival of the food, it was placed in a rather rude manner, disturbing the convo with an abrupt, unannounced service. The waiter also placed the dish in front of a wrong person and upon seeing us switch, still did not say anything. Would have given the service only 1 star had we not been served by a different person later on.

We all had a Sunday roast which was nice, the pork belly was particularly well seasoned, moist and crispy. Chicken was however bland, with no colour, crisp or excitement.

Visited on a Sat evening in February. Restaurant was busy but not completely full, but had a very lively atmosphere. Overall the food was tremendous - pork belly outstanding (and a lot of it!), cod cooked perfectly, spice of the tuna tartare was just right - so this can't be faulted. The only let-downs were the quality of the service (a number of mistakes, slow drinks, felt too much like a mid-range restaurant for the price of food) and a totally OTT air conditioning system that meant that all the diners around us were putting on coats!

Our whole experience was adequate: adequate welcome, adequate table, adequate service, adequate ambiance (quite bad acoustics in the restaurant actually so hard to converse). I was expecting to be impressed and entertained as I have been at all of Mr Ramsay's other establishments but something was lacking. I liked the menu, a mixture of American and European. I had the Caesar salad with chicken as a main and it was good but I am not sure it it was worth £23. My husband opted for the burger, medium rare. It came more medium/well and looked rather lonely on the plate. My daughter had butter chicken and loved it. So for 3 mains, bottled water and carafe of wine, including service the bill was £140 and the food was no better than my local gastro pub. In no way was the food or service "bad" but really at those prices I am expecting something better.

A perfect meal that started with signature cocktails and moved on for my birthday event. Slightly tired and intermittent service but on the whole favourable. Noise in the background was more old club tunes that may me think where was the dance floor, but it was not live. The food of braised beef with truffle mash was superb and had all the taste you would wish for. The super salad starter was slightly ordinary however they had a very good range of gluten-free and vegan menus separate from the main one. Very satisfied that our last two experiences here have been good so would recommend to friends again.

It is quite overpriced, when all is added up and service charge on top was £30 which I thought was quite unfair and put a real sting on the experience. It is nice to say you've tried a Ramsay restaurant. The starters were very tasty. The flavours and presentation was good. It is a good place to flash the cash, even though it was relaxed, it had a fancy feel

I can’t even begin to explain what a wonderful experience we had at Bread Street Kitchen! We were dining with our Autistic son, he loves to eat out which can often be a challenge. When we arrived he was having a bit of a meltdown so my daughter and I went in and they allowed us to choose a table which was most suitable for him. We managed to get him in but he then saw the space ship, cue another meltdown! We got him to the table and the restaurant manager arranged for him to have a little 5 minute sit in the spaceship between bookings. He wanted garlic bread for dinner which is not on the menu so the manager spoke to the chef and he made him a garlic pizza bread, anything my son wanted they bent over backwards to get him! The food was lovely and the staff (all but 1) were so kind and patient which we really do appreciate. The manager then gave me her card and said if we ever want to eat at any Gordon Ramsay restaurant she would personally take care of it for us. These sorts of experiences do not happen often for us, we have eaten at many restaurants, some have been Autism friendly, some not so much but this was by far the best

Bread Street Kitchen was an average experience at best for my friends and I (a group of eight) this Sunday.

Service was very slow, drinks didn’t arrive and inexplicably certain service staff couldn’t take orders for drinks (we had a round of coffees, one bottle of wine and two beers between us)

The food itself was nice but lacking in quantity - this was particularly pronounced by how expensive our meal was, where the cost of drinks (including a small bottle of Diet Coke for £4.50) significantly adds to the bill. I’d be comfortable with this if the rest of the experience felt like a premium one, but unfortunately it didn’t.

Service was extremely poor, as a couple they squeezed us into the smallest space even though the restaurant was empty. A very attractive menu which had us excited. However, too much choice on the menu meant decision making took longer than usual. The state's was good and filling. Im hoping to go back again in the future but would love to see some other options for mains. There were some choices that I had seen on the menu previously, such as a pork belly but that had been moved to the Sunday lunch only.

Service was great, very attentive and polite. The ambience was great too and I especially liked the modern electronic music choices as opposed to pop or classical
