   Our server was attentive, but a few tings to note. Check your dishes for cleanliness. We had two glass cups come to our table dirty. It took 15 minutes to get fresh glasses after we reported it. Our appetizers came with our food which took a long time. We were hoping to snack on them before our meals came. Our server was nice, but she may have been new.

   Had a great time relaxing in this restaurant while eating their delicious food. Our waitress was superb and friendly but there was a waitress or 2 who never smiled.

   Took an hour to get our appetizer, took two hours to dine 85%of the time just waiting, very long time between service, table next to us got their food first even though we got there and ordered first. Not great night.

   I took my wife and mother out for Mother’s Day. My wife’s plate was cold and the waitress ordered her a new plate with fresh/ hot food. My mom’s plate was okay. Mine was tepid, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it, probably won’t go for Mother’s Day again.

    Great night once again. A few little hiccups in the beginning but the waiter picked it up towards the end and the manager who awareness was great, did an awesome job. Food was phenomenal as well.

    Dined here on a Sunday night to celebrate my sons Confirmation. There were 7 of us and they clearly were of the kind to cram as many patrons into the restaurant as possible. The result was we got a table where one of the seats was actually IN the aisle and partially blocking ingress into the main dining area just near the arch. I of course took that seat wanting to spare everyone else from the inevitable bumping from people and staff coming in and out. The food was merely ok. Ordered the bruschetta sample and calamari as apps. The type of place where the calamari appears to have plenty of squid but in fact, 1/3 of the fried pieces are breaded and deep fried ring pepperocinis. It took FOREVER to get drinks and actually place our order. I decided to go with the either chicken or pork parmigiana. So forgettable that I can’t even remember which it was. The pasta came out on a bed of dried out marinara that could have passed as tomato paste. The chicken or veal or pork or whatever it was was dry as a bone and could have been under a heat lamp based on the texture of it and the cheese on it. I ate about half of the dish and when the manager came out to check on how everything was, I told him out dry it was. Normally, I usually just say great, good or “fine” but was so disappointed that I had to say something. What I really wanted to say was “never again”. This was our first time here and we came because my kids love Italian food and wanted to try somewhere new. Brio’s had a high rating so decided to give it a shot. The only plus of this place is the prices are ok so I don’t feel like I wasted too much money. I’d rather have gone to the OSF less than a mile or two away. One final thing to say…NEVER AGAIN.

    Mother day weekend so it was crowded, was seated with a wobbly table, requested new table, order Salmon and was too small for The price we paid, complained for a 2nd plat no charge overall it was a 4 star experience!

    It's never too loud here and since my reservation was on a night that a craft/vendor event was going on, it was great to check out afterwards. The outdoor mall always has something going on. The attentiveness to our table was great. They have gluten-free options if asked. I enjoy the sangria, red and peach one. The bread is always hot, crispy, and fresh and the butter is warm. I really appreciate warm butter with my bread so it can easily spread. No hard rock butter LOL I ordered a ravioli brown butter dish with mushrooms and it was really good. Overall, good ambience and good service.

    It took us 20 minutes after being seated for a server to visit our table—and only after we asked the front desk twice. Very disappointing! We love Brio and have eaten there dozens of times but you need to improve the promptness of your service.

    Food was good and had a great catch up w one of my dear friends. The only thing that was a little odd is that our waiter and some of the wait staff seemed like they were bored but also in a rush. My friend and I would be talking and the waiter would ask if we’re okay every 5 min and ask if we wanted any more of anything

    There were 3 of us dining together and we ordered steak medallions with Gorgonzola and a couple of pasta dishes. We started with calamari as an appetizer and it came out quick and was executed really well. Me and my wife ordered a Caesar and a wedge salad and they came out seconds before our entrées which was extremely disappointing. Additionally disappointing was the steak medallions dish was severely over cooked and the plating was disappointing for a $34 dish (asparagus looked like it sat under heat lamp for a while). Thankfully our server noticed this also and offered to send it back without prompting. The plate that came back was really good and resolved the issue. My wife’s pasta with shrimp and lobster also suffered from quality issues. The shrimp was cold in the center (improperly reheated?). Additionally both of the pasta dishes didn’t look freshly prepared and may have sat under a heat lamp for longer than they should. The costs are a bit staggering given the lackluster quality, it wasn’t particularly busy from my observations either. I’d seriously reconsider going here again with better options at this price point in the area. It’s still better than many of the chain restaurants but this place can and has done better.

    We had a 3pm reservation for Easter Sunday, upon arrival we were promptly seated in a very nice booth. Our waitress, Rosemary was excellent in providing great service and menu recommendations, she was very attentive. Both of our meals were outstanding. I had the Salmon Fresca, and my partner had the Pasta Alla Vodka, our cocktail was Strawberry Basil Limonata and dessert Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake. I highly recommend Brio, this is our 3rd time at this location.

    Everything was amazing like always at this location. We have dined at the Brio in Irvine Spectrum which was a horrible experience 6 months ago. Service and food was a nightmare. So we decided to go back to the Victoria Gardens location for my wife's birthday and our waitress and the food restored our faith in the brand name.

    Had been to two different locations on prior dates, Irvine and Southlake and was very impressed. This location is Rancho didn’t disappoint. Great food and service, all staff was very friendly. Even went to the bar after we completed dinner and had a great experience there too.

    The mashed potatoes with the chicken Marsala reminded me of cheap, buffet potatoes. They were cold, grainy, flavorless and dry. The same can be said for the chicken. Very disappointed in that $25 dish

    We had a wonderful time at our dinner with friends. The food was great! Martini was good, wine perfect! Fast seating ap on arrival, requested table near window and was seated in a large booth, not near the window. But it was ok. Definitely will come back.
