   My family and I went to Brio recently and I must say the food was outstanding. The lobster and shrimp fettuccine was delicious. This was my first time at Brio, but certainly will not be my last. Outstanding service !! Highly recommended

   Food just was average my girlfriend had a seafood dish and you could tell that they used frozen seafood waitresses was hardly around and unfortunately we will not be going back.

   The waiter was lovely but appeared to have too many tables. It took us two hours + to complete our dinner. We were on our way to a work related event across town that had a specific start time. We made it with literally 30 seconds to spare. Thank goodness they started late.

    My wife and I had Valentines dinner date at Brio yesterday and we had such a wonderful experience. The venue was exquisite, the food that we ordered were super delicious and to top it all, our server Michael was very professional, funny and very courteous! Even though it was very busy that night, he made sure we were taken cared of. He was quick but very efficient. Would give 5stars!

    Unfortunately each time we go service is getting worse and food not as good as we were used to. Today after 45 min waiting no drinks, silverware or bread. They "ran out of silverware" and they as most places were understaffed. Salad was old and meal just mediocre.

    We have mentioned Anniversary & First Outing of our New Born. No mention by Server or Manager. We got the Pasta customized but it wasn’t done with the same ingredients & reason given by server was that there was an issue of language communication with the Chef, that’s why. Overall was a very ok experience !

    Its a con. Avoid!!! Owner please change the name. Nothing like Brio of the past. Close it down or change the name. Just sad. Bad service, subpar food. This is a hub restaurant for Door Dash or something. I was forced to eat here after the last time I experienced this tradjady and nothing has improved. Avoid!!!!!!

    My compliments to the chef. If you like to eat food then this restaurant should be seriously considered. As an added feature they also serve beverages. Apparently only Pepsi products though. If you prefer Coke products then I guess there will be an additional decision point. Food was delicious except for the sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were undercooked. I cannot stress this enough, if you enjoy sweet potatoes do not order them here. You will be greatly dissatisfied and may fall into a shame spiral. It’s just not worth the risk in my opinion. But I suppose everything learns by making their own mistakes. The choice is yours: sweet potatoes or no sweet potatoes. The john could use a little updating too. Maybe a design that includes live birds in a cage. Bon appetit!

    Generally the food is really good. This time, not so much. Calamari was chewy and the chicken Milanese had no taste. Very bland. Expresso martini was not very good as well.

    Brio was our place for a Mother’s Day celebration. We enjoyed the strawberry chicken salad which has the best chicken ever, thinly sliced and seasoned perfectly. This salad has everything I love, strawberries, blueberries, pecans, a sprinkling of blue cheese crumbles. Very yummy! My daughter had the chopped salad with chicken. Again, excellent seasoned chicken strips that made it a meal size salad. My martini (as always) was perfect and my daughter very much enjoyed a frozen peach Bellini . Service was excellent! We do miss having those delightful crunchy wedges they used to serve with the bread.

    I absolutely love the lamb entree and the way it's prepared, but the vegetable sides leave a lot to be desired as they are all cooked/sauteed in oil. Both the asparagus and broccoli rabe were so unhealthy that I could only eat a small portion. If I go again, I will ask if they are able to simply steam the vegetables. I am glad Brio is back, but there have been some tweaks here and there that change the dining experience.

    Very nice meal, in a great atmosphere. Staff was accommodating and very professional/friendly. We were acknowledged as soon as we waked in, and again as we waited. Customer Service at it’s very best!!!

    It's food at a mall and it tastes like it. The carpaccio is cut far too thick and is served with too little of the crisp bread and the aioli. What you end up with is tough to eat and not seasoned. The lobster ravioli were flat and watery and the sauce was very acidic, not balanced. The crust on the margherita flatbread was tough and chewy. It's a shame. Other Brios we've eaten at had the same menu but the food was better. All that said, our server was nice and attentive, but you go for the food and that needs improvement.

    What happened to this previously consistent good food chain restaurant ? I think Brio is a casualty of the COVID era. I have frequented this place for many years and its just not anything like it was. The menu is limited. The atmosphere/vibe is dull, boring, and dark. The service is uninspiring, and the food is just as boring as the atmosphere. They even stopped making the flat bread/crackers they use to serve with regular bread. This location closed for a while and then reopened. Why open to be something different than you were? Maybe call it Brio Lite. Better to stay shutdown. Maybe they are trying their best but it doesn't inspire me to go there when I dine out.

    I got the lobster and shrimp fettuccine I wasn’t too pleased with the lobster it didn’t taste authentic and it was somewhat fatty and plastic like which is very odd for seafood. I hate complaining and so does my bf so looking on the bright side. We had a nice evening out on Valentine’s Day celebrating us.
