Brio Italian Grille - West Palm Beach - City Place
Fresh salmon, field greens, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, feta, crispy flatbread, balsamic glaze
Sauted jumbo shrimp, wild arugula, roasted tomatoes, lemon sauce, extra virgin olive oil & white wine tossed in casarecce pasta
New Zealand double-cut, grilled asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes
seems portions of salad , salmon Fresca were smaller
as always, lasagna delicious
Went fir lunch with a friend. Everything was fine as usual.
It was ok. Nothing to get excited about. The eggplant shrimp appetizer was delicious. Chicken Milanese was really chicken parm and very dry. Shrimp and lobster fettuccine was good. Probably won't go back since there's so many other restaurants in the area to try.
Poor slow service with poor food
Food was not hot and several entree were not acceptable
Only positive was drinks otherwise very unhappy with overall experience
Mgr did remove 3 main entree from check
Our waiter was very preoccupied. I had to wave over a manager 10 minutes into our visit to ask for a bread basket. The manager never brought it and 5 minutes after that, the waiter finally gave us a bread basket. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, he never acknowledged me and when I asked again, he said, "I heard you the first time". But other than that, the service was fine and the food was good.
The waiter was not very professional and super slow.
Dinner served while cocktail were not finished. Therefore no wine. Wrong plate served to my wife, then she received her plate Carbonara the bacon raw and did not taste Carbonara at all. Son’s steak way over cooked. We ended up taking my wife birthday dessert and coffee elsewhere. Not a pleasant dinner. Not Brio that I knew
Good dining experience
And wait staff was very
Accommodating making sure
all our needs were met and got
Us out in a timely manner So we
Could get to The Kravis center for the
Also we were seated on time.
Service was spotty and slow, calamari was way too salty, chicken caprese was tough... but the servers did try to be accommodating. Better luck next time.
Would not recommend at this time due to overall review. A dish I normally order looked like they were running out of this dish items. the sweet potatoes were very few .I realize it was busy but not managed properly.
Both the food and service were excellent, especially considering how busy they were. Both of our meals were served hot and tasty. My wife had a glass of their house Cabernet which wasn’t very good. It would be best to pay for an upgrade. We enjoy going to this BRIO and have always been treated very well.
Consistently good, if not very good meal. Reliable for iris consistency.
Food was great service was professional and welcoming.
We dined outside under the overhang and it was pleasant, a bit noisy, but bearable. The food was great, but the wives thought the pasta dishes could have been better. Good place to meet for an inexpensive dinner and drinks in Rosemary Square.
Decent place. Nothing special about the food. Location is nice with outdoor seating.
Food was good but not hot. For the price I would have expected better.
Terrible experience. Had reservations for party of 10. Arrived on time, party was seated quickly, however, after 40 mins and 2 different servers and never recieving our drink order we finally ordered our entrees. Drinks were not correct. We were then told by another server that our dinner ticket had been lost and we would need to re order. At that point we left and went to another restaurant for dinner. I have never experienced such unprofessional service! Will never go back!!
Outstanding Lamb Chops! A must try. Carpacio appetizer was also amazing. Make a reservation, as they tend to have a wait around 630-730 pm.
Overall good experience. We had a 7:30 PM reservation on a very busy Saturday evening. We were seated right away. Our adult beverages arrived promptly. Salads and entrees took awhile to come out of the kitchen but we chalked that up to the crush of customers. The food exceeded our expectations; it was delicious and plentiful. It's a very noisy place when it's running full tilt so it wasn't a good choice for casual conversation. We had to holler to hear each other. Dessert was scrumptious, especially the fresh fruit zabaglione. Would like to return for an off peak meal some day.
Great experience...... but noise level was a bit much.
Great service, food was good, but it was a little too loud.
Last night was our first time at Brio and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was not only very reasonably priced, it was delicious! We didn't even mind the slightly longer wait time, because it was clear they were cooking from scratch, not reheating in the microwave! We will be back!
The ambiance was nice but I made a reservation and they sat us outside not even giving us the options to sit inside it was humid night and I definitely didn't want to be sweating outside as I try to enjoy my night.
This restaurant is usually very good. The server was horrible this particular time. Left us alone and never checked to see if we needed anything for long periods of time. When she did eventually check on us, she seemed annoyed to even be there. Food was delicious as always. Our server should not be working in this industry 👎
I made a reservation. Our table for two was ready when we arrived. Wait staff was terrific. We both loved our meals; I had Chicken Marsala and he had Chicken Parm. It was great TV st the portion size was edible as we didn't want to carry doggie bags around that evening!
Yes & NO. Disappointed that for a VALENTINE's dinner, there was NO special anything, not even a dessert to share. Instead, you selfishly promoted a coupon to be used with a week or so.
My friend ordered Lamb chops and requested mint jelly to go with them. She orders it in every restaurant and BRIO'S had NONE? I thought your restaurant was upscale? Lamb was overly salty, Filet as well as the pasta dishes were overly salty.
Won't be choosing Brio's for a special Valentine's dinner out again. Waitress was pleasant.
Arrived for a 6:15 reservation and was told they where sitting the 6:00 reservations ,it will be a few minutes
Waited patiently when they finally asked us to be seated they where directing us to a table outside, never mentioned this before
An outside table is not what I wanted they informed us that if we wanted inside it would probably be 15-20 minutes
This was not acceptable as we had theater tickets as a result had to sit outside
We then waited for a server, he gave us bread but no plates, asked for drink orders and when they arrived we asked him to take order
Waiter was trying to handle three tables at the same time
I ordered a flatbread and a Caesar salad with chicken, the flatbread first
What came first the Caesar salad no chicken
They took the salad back
Flatbread arrived and it was enjoyable
Then came the chicken Marsala
Comment, the chicken was over cooked and the sauce tasted like it came out of a can
Caesar salad was not as plentiful as expected
Waited patiently for check but had to go to front desk to have them find waiter and get me the check
Not sure I would return to this restaurant
Sebastian is an excellent server. Great food great service.
Ambiance was very nice and the service was good. We had calamari and the meatballs for an App and they were tasty. I had the special fish of the day. It was grilled bronzino and it was tasty but nothing spectacular. My friend had the shrimp and lobster pasta and ate it all up. Overall, I would dine here again and try other menu items.
Preshow dinner was perfect! Great selection.
great atmosphere, perfect for after the theater, good value, friendly staff.
Services was very slow the forget or appetizers
Bad table near wait staff sration
Wonderful restaurant!!!! definitely will be back. Our drinks and food were excellent.
We were there for happy hour on a Friday night. Ate at the bar. Food was of its usual good quality and the special happy hour pricing was a bonus.
The food was good, server was great. We were able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time to walk to the Kravis Center for a show.
Brio is consistent in providing fresh, tasty dishes and maintaining some favorite selections. I love the Fried String Zucchini appetizer, Wedge Salad and Chicken Milanese selections. Always tasty and served at the appropriate temperatures, the wedge chilled, all else hot. They also maintain a decent Gluten Free menu. Service is excellent, never missing a beat, even during the busy theater crowd. Mangia!
Had a 6 pm seating for an 8 o’clock show at the Kravis. Food was on time and good, service was what I have come to expect from Brio (good), and walked to the show with plenty of time to spare to grab a pre-show cocktail. Hamilton was great, too!
Everyone was very happy with their meal, service was great .
