BRIO Tuscan Grille - Miami - The Falls
Enjoyed a Birthday night dinner out for my son. It's his favorite place
This has been a downhill experience at this restaurant for some time. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our entrees. When they arrived, they were either cold or undercooked.
I sent back my steak (requested medium, warm pink center) and got rare. When it returned from “re-fire” 10 minutes later it was still rare! Common guys - this is the basics!
No apology at all for the wait (which I mentioned to the manager) and no apology or acknowledgement for the two botched attempts at the meal.
Disappointing to say the least.
It was a great experience, the food was excellent.
I was a little bit disappointed with my food selection on this visit, very mediocre and served on the cold side. And even though it wasn't crowded, the noise level was high and our party of 3 struggled to hear each other across the table. (Probably hearing is going with our age). Service was EXCELLENT. Hopefully my personal selection will be better next time.
I’m very disappointed because I write only one which that was a dessert with a candle and sing happy Birthday when I made my reservation AND no body did it ! So difficult? Was my son birthday and nobody had a clue what’s happening at that moment. So it’s better when the People do reservations don’t ask for anything extra, by the way the food was excellent, thank you
I love it here. My favorite place
Muy lento el servicio además de tener que pedir las cosas mas de una vez porque se les olvidaba traerlas
My poor review is due to the following, service was beyond slow! The waiter kept forgetting to bring items that we asked for, waited over 45 minutes for an appetizer and over an hour for our main meal to arrive. The restaurant was half empty on a Friday night so no accounting for the poor service due to high levels of traffic. I ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta and it was so salty I ended up drinking water the rest of the evening.. My spouse ordered the stuff chicken parmigiana and after 20 minutes the waiter comes back to tell us that the kitchen ran out. Manager did not come by our table wants to see how our meal was or how service was. Extremely overpriced for the poor service and horrible meal we had. Will definitely not be coming back.
The perfect restaurant for a quiet New Year’s Eve meal.
We sat outside, the weather was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was pretty good. It was New Year’s Eve and so it got very busy for the servers.
Excellent service, excellent food. Definitely will be back and recommend to friends
Always amazing one of the best Italian chain
Wonderful lunch with grandchildren. Terrific luncheon menu. Anna our server was terrific.
It was a nice, quiet atmosphere. I had dinner reservations for 7:30pm, arrived a little late, but the host sat us immediately. The price was decent for menu selection. They give a lot of food and it’s good. Definitely worth the price. The waiter was nice and very helpful. Overall great experience.
I enjoyed my dinner, Food was excellent, service was great the waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and all her suggestions. We were celebrating our anniversary dinner and the ambience was quiet and the lighting was romantic for us to talk and eat. Overall great night.
The food was very good as usually, however the service was not as good as the food, it was slow, the server looked very distracted, and food took forever to be served.
Food was served quickly and was delicious!! Great service,
Outstanding service and food. Great night out with co workers for a holiday party.
We love the food, the drinks and the place. But the service has always been consistently lacking and very slow. On this occasion we split the check four ways, but my friend got charged twice, one fourth of the bill, and the complete amount! She didn’t even get an apology or explanation from the waiter. She had to dispute it with American Express. I truly wish the service was better, sometimes it’s the determining factor as to whether we come here or not.
Food was amazing, drinks were disappointing lemonade tasted like water had to ask for a second with better taste and other drinks over all were watery and had to flavor.
Everything was wonderful! We sat outside - the service, food and ambiance was excellent- best tastiest lamb chops in the world! Thank you-will be back😊
The ambience outside was noisy the crowd was a little loud
The food was good but the service was very poor. It was not crowded yet there were extended periods of time between soup and main course and between main course and dessert. No one even came to refill our water or pick up dirty plates. We had been coming here a lot but it has really changed.
Excellent food and service. The atmosphere was perfect.
The calamari was like bits and pieces left over in the bottom of a freezer bag. No rings, but pieces like chopped green beans. The bread took forever to come out. The fillet was way over done and burned on the edges. The broccolini was very spicy and not editable. We have eaten there many times and not had an issue, but even with many staff, the service was just not there.
We see not reason to return.
We've been here a few times but this is the 1st time that service was very slow. The kitchen must have been short-staffed but the food was good once we received it. We will try again.
Terrible service. Our waiter was extremely rude and seemed extremely bothered when we would ask for something. We never got water after asking several times until I went to the bar and asked for waters and brought them to our table.
The worst part was at the end when the server walked by and almost shoved the check in my face. No thank, nothing!
I have never had wonderful service at this location but this was probably the worst service I have ever had in my life. Brio needs to really reconsider who they hire as servers.
The service was not good. The table was dirty. Wine glasses were not clean. We order 3 of the same dish and one came with a different pasta without any advice from the waiter.
New management has this place delivering Quality value priced food .
My wife and I are so happy that David is back. We went Saturday night to give Brio a try again, our lat visit was not good. When we saw David was there running the kitchen staff we were delighted to know the professionalism was back.
Thank you Brio management and David.
Birthday for my daughter
Elizabeth our server made our birthday dinner very special with all her recommendations and friendly service
Food was bland/tasteless. Service was terrible with a dash of rudeness by the servers. With so many restaurants in the area, BRIO better get it together.
Wonderful. Enjoyed the meal and the ambience - lovely evening.
Went to celebrate my brother’s B-Day. Appetizers were good; However, main course was a disappointment. VERY small portions and did not taste that good. Presentation very bad. Don’t go by the picture you see in the website. Very disappointed.
We came to celebrate my birthday after having eye surgery and it was just a terrible dining experience overall. From kitchen staff arguing requiring management intervention, to servers passing by complaining and making derogatory comments, the quantity and quality of the chicken carbonara and super untidy restrooms with toilet paper left both all over the floor and on toilet seats in the stalls were undesirable and unacceptable. Despite being a regular customer, I am very disappointed. My husband and I were sitting at a vantage point next to the kitchen and back register. In addition, our server took over ten minutes to bring us water , which I had to request and I later had to ask for bread, (never getting the usual pita bites as appetizers) because he was overwhelmed possibly being understaffed. Also, he decided to take the order of a party of four that sat after us. UNACCEPTABLE!! The restaurant was not exceptionally busy for a typical Saturday night as it was raining. I will say my husband's carbonara plate seemed that it was prepared in a mad rush by a five year old as it was just a blob with minimal sauce. We usually order an appetizer and two entrees and have plenty of left overs (take home). However, it was such a small amount that I was only able to nibble and there was no left overs. One of the main reasons we are regular patrons is for the great reputation of nice sized portion/plates. Also, after this particular Brio in the Falls was previously reported in the media for sanitary issues, in November 2018, we gave it another chance; however this is possibly our last visit.
We were a party of 6, 3 couples. Our server was nice and we all shared a dinner salad per couple. Dishes chosen were Spaghetti bolognese, grilled chicken Marsala under the brick, shrimp Capri with pasta and mushroom ravioli. Everything was very good and portions were more than ample. We had a nice, relaxing dinner with friends.
BRIO has become expensive and the food very average.
As always it was great!
