BRIO Tuscan Grille - Plantation - Broward Mall
Sauted jumbo shrimp, wild arugula, roasted tomatoes, lemon sauce, extra virgin olive oil & white wine tossed in casarecce pasta
Fresh salmon, field greens, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, feta, crispy flatbread, balsamic glaze
Maine lobster, light cream with a touch of Sherry
Every time we dine here our service is good and the food is always fresh and served in a timely manner.
Great Food. Enjoy going there for a nicer dining experience. The Steak is A1 as well as the Lamb Chops. Always enjoy the restaurant.
Everything was fine, other than no hostess being present for 5 minutes to seat us or other patrons.
The food was great and the margarita delicious, the service that night was a little slow but it's totally worth it
The server was considerate enough to ask if we wanted our child’s meal out first or with our meals. Which, didn’t matter. But, I ordered a salad and meatballs and asked for both of them “as my meal” .... and got the meatballs first. Then had to ask for my salad. Just a tad bit underwhelmed on the service. We usually get such good service when we’re seated in the back, in a big booth. But any time we’re sat at a table towards the front, it’s like the servers are too busy to listen and the service is less than. ☹️
Food was delish, but the best part of our meal was our server. He was attentive yet let us have our space to enjoy a wonderful evening out with friends just as a lovely, non-rushed dinner in Italy would be. We all really appreciated it.
Have been to this restaurant many times and it still does not disappoint me.
Love the chopped salad.
Good place for a business lunch or dinner
I went with my family for dinner and we had a great time! Hostess (Taylor), manager (Kassandra) and servers (Jose, Beatriz) are very friendly and attentive. They have a variety on the menu and the quality of food is great!
Food and service was excellent.
Food was cold, orders were messed up, had to ask for things several times
If your going to use your open table rewards, make sure you have the card sent to you because they will not take accept it even if seeing it on your phone.
I normally love Brio but would probably not ever go there on a holiday especially Valentines Day. They were definitely very busy and the staff couldn’t handle it. The appetizer was good but Filet and steak was over cooked and our potatoes were under cooked. I requested a different side and was brought the wrong one. The food runners looked completely lost. I waitress was very polite and good with our drinks but beyond that the rest was up to the kitchen. The kitchen didn’t not seem to be able to handle the rush. For the price you expect your food to be cooked even on a busy night. On a normal night I have not had any other problems and have been there many other times.
It was Valentine’s Day, The service was Fantastic, and our Server she Fantastic but one one small problem my wife’s lamb chops was cold along with her potatoes, but over all ever was Fantastic
Valentine’s Day celebration
We all had the steak dishes and the lobster bisque. Everything was delicious. The server was great too.
We like the food and the service. Our table was ready at the time of our reservation.
Service was ordinary, had much more pleasant experiences in the past. Had a serious discussion with the establishment manager with regards to the loyalty program. I felt I was entitled to a reward on that visit, but the explanation I got was very much different from what I have been used to in the past. I have eaten at this Brio location many times before and I feel the customer service is degrading lately.
Our server was so welcoming and overall polite. I would definitely go again but for brunch
Always enjoy eating here
Great food but we did not get any bread :-(
The food was good and the service outstanding. But we had to eat outside because it was so cold inside. They go crazy on air conditionning.
Our service was outstanding. Vincent and Caleb did an awesome job. We ordered several things from the menu and split them. The kitchen was very accommodating and split them onto separate plates. Great Classic Italian
Wait staff are inattentive at best. Food is not as expected for the price level. Reservations were not honored.
I went with my family and we had a great time. Since we arrived with Rachel (GM) welcome us and then with Jose (server) taking awesome care about us. Food and quality was excellent. Thank you!
BRIO Tuscan Grille - Plantation - Broward Mall is an awesome place to dine with friends.
We had the opportunity to meet a friend that we hadn't seen in 10 years who was driving between Miami and Orlando. We chose the Brio Tuscan Grille in Plantation because of prior positive experiences and for its proximity to north-south highways, such as I-95 and Florida's Turnpike.
Our 6 pm reservation was honored and we selected an outdoor patio table. We had a very friendly and efficient server (Taylor) who took great care of us despite the huge crowds that developed as we were ordering and awaiting our meals.
We enjoyed our dining experience very much, as did our dinner guest, who was new to the Brio experience. We are certain to return to this or another Brio location in the very near future.
We like Brio and usually the food is good. This time the Lamb Chop was burned and over-cooked. My wife had asked for medium to medium rare. The wine was very good and the price is very reasonable.
I selected Brio for a special occasion and regret that choice. BRIO should be ashamed at selling a shrimp and lobster dish for nearly $30 that consists of that much salt and so little lobster. That dish was one of my fave dishes, but that price + that salt means that it's now a no for me.
The chicken soup was chalk full of flavorful chicken. Can’t beat the bread and my. Chicken sandwich was terrific too.
It was a very nice evening. We enjoyed the ambiance and the food.
Fine time with friends - we all enjoyed our lunches and the service was excellent.
Meat was not done as requested and took forever for waiter to come ck how everything was after food arrived. Sent meat back n came back burnt on outside but still raw inside. Glasses smelled like dirty soap as well. Not a good dining experience
Love the new menu, great service. I had the special of the night, the Branzino. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would order it again.
I have been to this particular BRIO location several times and the service and food has always been really good. I have always had a great experience. The only issue that I noticed this evening was the hostess, Taylor. Usually the host is welcoming, with a smile on their face, they actually say “welcome” and they don’t look like someone stole their pet. This young lady was certainly not happy to work there and while my mom and I had our dinner, we noticed that her overall manner was the same with everyone that she seated. She mumbled whatever she said, had a sour vibe and no shape or form was she welcoming. I spoke to the manager, Bobby, about this, who was gracious to apologize for the hostess’ behavior, but I could tell that this was not the first time that he had heard this complaint. Hopefully they will “fix” this problem. Otherwise our food was delicious and our waiter was attentive and very polite.
Some portion sizes are so small and others are large with not a large difference in price. Pasta dishes are extremely small for the price. Manager’s response was very to the point and rude.
Upon arrival was told over an hour wait as they couldn’t locate our open table reservation. At my suggestion I asked they check by the phone number which they immediately located; we were then seated in 5 minutes. Service was very good but food not so much. Server made mistake with my order, different dish altogether and my youngest daughter asked for no chicken and hers came with. We didn’t complain about anything but Chicken Marsala extremely salty and with a sauce not typical of this dish, ate two bites and left the rest, husband also tried and agreed. No sauce on other daughters mushroom ravioli...why? Forgot what hubby ordered (and he will eat anything) but said it wasn’t great; very unusual for him. Our third and last time trying this chain.
Yes this is a chain but the food is very good. Loved the Chicken Limon; tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake. The lunch special with wonderful lobster bisque and great shrimp capri very good price. Service here is quite good as well
The service was excellent as always, but the Gorgonzola Filet Mignon has been so good time over time, we will come back again for sure. 10 out of 10, excellent meal, excellent restaurant.
