So many better Italian restaurants in NJ than this chain. I've been there twice and was disappointed with the food both times. I only went the second time as I received a $25 off coupon as a gift. I won't go back.
Delicious, DELICIOUS tasting food. Excellent service from the moment we walked.
Thank 'Drew' for your service.
Highly recommend this location
Great & DELICIOUS food
The all crew was great
...our server wasn’t the best, ...but we know them well from previous visits, they usually good.
Service was on the slow side but everything was done well except for glassware. Most food items were excellent but steak was excessively salty.
great food great time always enjoyable New Years Eve a wonderful local place to celebrate
Amanda and Jeff our servers were great! 5 stars! The problems were with the amount of time it took to get food and drinks! They didn’t have olives for the martini, didn’t have there famous flatbread crackers with the bread, they ran out of certain appetizers as well as desserts! We were served one pizza so under cooked it could not be eaten.
Good food and nice atmosphere! Chicken Milanese was crispy and perfect ! Appetizer
My husband’s and my favorite place for a dinner out. Food and service are always good and the atmosphere is so comfortable. It has also become our New Year’s Eve tradition to eat here with family.
We were seated promptly. Service was great. Food choices were outstanding for adults and children. Would highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
This was our second time visiting Brio Tuscan Grill and it was another fantastic experience. We were seated immediately, our server was knowledgeable and cordial and the food it delicious. We’re looking forward to visiting again in the near future.
The grilled asparagus with the salmon fresca was VERY BURNT. I had to scrape the burnt asparagus skin.
We waited 10-15 minutes between being seated and placing our drink and entree order. The server did well refilling our drinks.
We also did not receive any bread while we waited for the entrees to arrive. The table next to us and other tables received bread.
This was far from our best experience at Brio.
Never disappointed with this place.
Always a nice experience.
We have been pleased with BRIO restaurants in the past, but this was a disappointment. There were only about a dozen diners in the restaurant during the dinner hour. Even though it was a Monday evening, the mall was busy and I would have expected the restaurant to be the same. The service was slow and the food was mediocre. The stuffed chicken parm was overcooked and didn’t seem to be stuffed at all. The spaghetti carbonara was only fair. The highlight of our meal was a mushroom ravioli dish with a delicious cacio e pepe sauce. Don’t know if we would give this location another try.
First impression, all very friendly. Victoria very friendly and cuts. The food was delicious, good portions, well prepared. Applause for the Chef. We will return.
Food was tasty, service very good and a good value.
The service and ambiance were good. The food was also very good
Great restaurant. The decor is very nice. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious. This is perfect for an Tuscan dining experience.
Excellent food and a very nice environment. Totally recommend this place
Our waitress was a little forgetful despite it being a very quiet night in the restaurant but overall it was very good.
Food took longer than normal. We have dined here more than 15 times last night was the first time the kitchen seemed overwhelmed and the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded
Food was good and server was pleasant
Everything was great food the Service would be going back soon
Waiter was great .The atmosphere was great .Quiet clean, but the price of the food for the quantity and quality was just not worth it. I Mean for a dating couple maybe but a family with teen kids not realy.Portions were very small on the pasta dishes .The chicken I had was very fatty and had a vein in it,but my wives dish seemed good.So just not our thing
In the middle of our appetizers, they brought the entrées. We asked them to bring them back to keep warm. By the time they brought them back out the food was completely dry and inedible especially seafood. There seems to be a disconnect between the waiter the kitchen and the servers. The food still seemed to be mediocre. Would not go back or recommend.
Always delicious food and excellent service. Thank you 'Drew'.
I always liked Brio, but since they changed their menu, not so much. The quality of the food is not the same. But the prices are still up there. The old ,menu had more diversity and it was unique. Very different from other restaurants. Now its just the same.
Had Drew as our waiter. BEST waiter ever!
Brio is terrific... we enjoyed delicious main meal salads ... salmon was perfect .. we'll be back
I've been to Brio many times and like its consistency of the food, good drinks and nice atmosphere. Will continue to go there.
Lovely spot, very good food, convenient and many steps above the typical "mall restaurant" fare. A little pricy for lunch, perhaps, but it was delicious. I recommend!
2nd time here for brunch. Delicious food and great service. Definitely will return and try dinner.
There to celebrate a birthday. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake and cut it up for us. My food was delicious however some people in my party complained about the portion size to price ratio (however that can be expected at this style of restaurant). Our waiter was great, and very attentive(it’s not easy to keep 15 water glasses full). All in al s good experience.
The service was very good. There was no issue with the food
My girlfriend and I enjoyed our lobster bisque, I had the grilled salmon salad, she a crab cake. Both were delicious. Our waiter Drew was very attention e but did not rush us. We would go back again.
Always, ALWAYS great tasting food and excellent service (thank you Drew)!!!
I made a reservation for 14 people for my niece's 15th birthday. We were seated in our own private room and the waitress was very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would definitely book another reservation for a large party at Brio again.
The fillet mignon and salmon were very good and the service was spot on
My pan-seared salmon was so delicious. Enjoyed my peach bellini even more. I love this place and service. 🤗 I’ll definitely be back soon!
The food was great, our server was not. Had to ask him 3 or 4 times to please bring us some water. Our entrees came out before our appetizers.. the manager was nice enough to take it off the bill. When the server came back around he didn’t offer any dessert or coffee but asked if we were ready for the bill.. the check was paid and we still had our dinner plates all over the table. Hoping when we go back we’ll have a different experience. I should also mention the restaurant wasn’t even busy.
It was horrible. The food was cold & undercooked.
The server was to busy on the phone instead of asking us if we needed refills.
We had to continuously ask the server to bus our dirty dishes off the table. Very inattentive to our table. Need to do better.
Came with the family for Father’s Day. The food was great as usual. But the service was sub par. Our waitress had every table in the restaurant (it was 11am). She was running everywhere and somethings took a while to come out. It was not her fault, she had a lot to handle.
