Food was good, staffs were amazing with good customers service and the atmosphere was great very welcoming
Great tasting food in the bottomless dinner range however I feel at the beginning the service in regards to the drinks were slow, one glass in 30 minutes was not what we expected. Ambiance was great, and staff were super friendly especially Ghizlan who ensured our glasses were topped up from the minute she was on duty. Would return, but not for the bottomless dinner option.
Had a fabulous bottomless brunch yesterday. The food, service, prosecco outstanding. Myself and 5 friends will definitely be back and I will be mentioning to all my other friends how awesome a time we had xx
A great sports bar in the heart of the City. Great atmosphere, good selection of beer and plenty of TV screens to get a good view of matches and very good sound system. Loved watching Champions League matches in there.
Really friendly staff and excellent service! Thank you!
Brilliant service and the most amazing chicken dish I've ever tasted! We are already planning on our next visit here!
Another good night out at Broadleaf. The service is very good, one of the staff called me to advise that the football was being shown after I had asked for a quiet booth For the City it is good value and a lovely bar. We will be back.
Great service, good food and value for money.
Went there for Mother’s Day and everybody loved it! The value for the bottomless drinks is brilliant, the food is delicious but the best thing about the restaurant is the staff, who are extremely warm and helpful. Will definitely return!
Staff very attentive, food was delicious, drinks were flowing and quick to arrive!
Went here 23rd March for bottomless brunch. The food and the staff were brilliant. Loved it !
Had the bottomless lunch with friends. Great food and service. Would definitely go again.
I have visited Broadleaf many times and this is the first time I have been very disappointed. My main of salmon was very small and definitely not value for money at £19. I will not be returning
They called at 3pm to inform us that the kitchen will be closed by the time of our 4pm booking (booked approximately 2 weeks in advance). Very poor service.
We came here before going to the ballet. One person from the party was running a little late and they were accommodating. We asked for all our food to come out ASAP, so we were not late and they did this without any stress and we made the ballet on time and had delicious perfectly cooked food too!
We dined on the "bottomless" Saturday dinner menu. The service, as usual, couldn't be faulted, however, we all felt that the food was very disappointing especially compared to previous visits. The squid was particularly unappetising with soggy batter. It's also a shame that they no longer have live music to accompany dinner. We might give it another go for brunch just incase we were unlucky this time round.
Our waitress was the best thing about this place. I rarely ever give out a tip on top of service but had to as she was so brilliant. I can’t remember her name but she was a black girl with glasses and short hair. Our glasses were topped up before we had a chance to ask, she was just a joy. Very good value for money so would defo recommend to friends.
Visited Broadleaf for lunch. The menu is small, but there was something for everyone with a good selection and at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back.
Really nice place to spend a pleasant evening and watch football matches, food is decent, tables and service are great, the television quality is outstanding
Had a team Friday lunch with work colleagues at Broadleaf - found it a bit strange / annoying near the end of our lunch when the waiter came over and poured the entire remains of our bottle of white wine (which was a fair amount) into just one of our diners’ glassware as a top-up, rather than spread it out between the 4 diners. As it just so happened the diner in question did not want anymore wine, so it went wasted.
Service was good - friendly and attentive. Menu looked good. I ordered a cod dish with sea vegetables for £18. The waitress suggested to get a side as it was quite light. She wasn't kidding. Roughly a tablespoon of cod in a sea of sauce (which was nice) and a garnish of samphire, i.e. more for appearance than satisfaction. This is taking the p!$$ for £18. Had to use the chips (not included) to mop up all the sauce - who designed this dish?
Other meals looked more reasonable, size wise, but were pasta and salad based so still expensive for what you got.
Plenty of competition in The City - won't be back.
Went for a bottomless brunch. Great food and atmosphere and I was also really happy with the service. My glass was never empty 😊 Definitely worth trying👌🏼
Broadleaf is a great place for a city lunch. Nice staff and pleasant surroundings. Menu could be a little wider but on the whole, a good place to eat
The waiter was very rude about the amount I left as a tip and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
I've been here several times for informal lunches with work colleagues and have never had a bad experience. Service is always fast which is important when time is an issue and the staff are attentive and always have a smile on their faces. I have recommended this venue to colleagues and will definitely be back in the future.
It was very nice service was very good and the food was good
Overall a good experience, the food was well prepared and presented and the service was snappy. My only gripe is with the gents toilet facilities which were in poor order at the time of our visit i.e. buckets collecting leaks below the urinals. For the price and size of the venue the toilet facilities are inadequate in my view.
Great evening, our waiter was very good and friendly . will visit again
Reasonable food. Ideal for a quick business lunch. Not out of the world, but simple and straightforward for a quick bite.
Wonderful service, great ambiance. Loved the live music mixed with football. What’s not to love
Service was fine, 2 of the 4 meals were good portions and quality. The 2 fish dishes were starter size portions, of average taste and overpriced. Nice venue, would request a booth.
Good brunch menus and good value for money if you take up the bottomless option. The deserts weren’t amazing but it is what it is. Would say great place for a group watching sport upstairs
Helpful and quick service. Lovely place. Calm but merry vibes. Would defo return and loved the soup to start of bottomless dinner.
Came to Broadleaf for my friends birthday and had amazing food. The service was incredible and we felt welcomed as soon as we set foot in the door. Would 100% go back!
Absolutely amazing!! Great service!! Have already booked again for next weekend!
Friendly and very professional staff who are always willing to help. The restaurant serves delicious food with no fuss. There's always an amazing atmosphere.
Enjoyed the meal. Lovely vegan salad. Waitress was very attentive. Table was a bit cramped as it was next to a booth where there was a large group celebrating. This resulted in lots of traffic... not ideal for a quiet lunch catch up. But otherwise all good. Will book again.
Was lovely, food, atmosphere ( live band) drinks & staff , me & my friends throughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back.
Marked down given my water order! Asked for still and was presented a large bottle. My friend arrived later and asked for a glass of sparkling water and they proceeded to bring another large bottle which she opened. Sorry but neither of us would drink a full bottle of water each. Also noticed tap water was served to other tables. £8 for 2 glasses of water and on top of that could not provide coffee as machine was broken.
Great service. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. The portion size was fine and in fact I couldn't finish all of mine. Front of house waiter - polite and welcoming. Waitresses were very attentive. The sports TV was not intrusive and the noise / ambience was about right really. Recommended.
