Appetizers and salads were never delivered. We thought Service was a bit slow, and then our entrées just showed up. The food that we had was terrific. We sure didn’t get the full experience

Buca is normally good place to dine but when we went there the air-conditioning wasn't working properly. It was warmer inside the dining rooms than outside.

Nine of us attended for my moms birthday. Our waiter and the manager (who just stopped by to see how we were doing) were amazing! Food was all hot and delicious. A great place for a special occasion.

This place needs to go out of business . My 7 year old can cook better food. It’s sloppy Italian food . They nickel and dime you for everything. There’s two people working , the waitress is the bartender and dessert maker and hostess. The manager is the chef and manager. Dirty. Dusty. Horrendous

Three of us were seated at a table for 8 in a back room between 3 other large, very noisy groups. We walked right by 2 smaller booths in the bar area that were empty, so I didn’t understand why we weren’t seated there. I requested to change to one of those booths, so we changed tables. Our waiter was very eager, however, the food was less than mediocre. Our orders of fried calamari and spicy shrimp (served in cast iron pans) were not hot. The mixed green salad for &18.50 is so ridiculously overpriced, I would never order it again, if I ever go back. It was supposed to have green and black olives, but it was just lettuce , tomatoes, 2 pepperoncini, and onions, which we requested not to include. We sat for a bit after we were done and a server came over and took one dish off the table, but left everything else. The table was never cleared. I’ve been to Buca many times over the years, but would not go back. I think it’s a place for people who don’t really know what a good restaurant is and think that quantity is better than quality.

We came for my husbands birthday and had some issues with the service and food. We had the garlic bread and it was overpowering with garlic and we asked for it to be redone. They redid it with more garlic. No bartender. No juice in the limes. This was overall not the best experience for by husbands birthday and this makes me very upset because he only gets a special day like that once a year

They were obviously short staffed. Our waiter was literally running from table to table, but the food took forever. When we finally got it, nothing tasted good. This wasn't our first trip to that location, but it will probably be the last until staffing and quality improve.

Took 7 people for dinner for a yearly Birthday/holiday dinner. We had the apple walnut salad to start, salad was limp and seamed old. Next we ordered the spicy chicken rigatoni . It was not spicy and had barely any chicken, it was laughable actually. We needed to wipe plates off before putting food on them. Our waitress, who under the conditions did well, told us only her and three other people were working in the entire restaurant. In my opinion don't open then if the food and atmosphere can't be properly done. The prices were still normal, which are high. Full price for a substandard experience and poorly done food. I contacted Buca with my concerns and expectations and never heard from them.

Poor service, understaffed, and poor food. Restaurant didn’t have a bartender during my visit so my area’s waitress was doing orders, delivering food and drinks. This caused her to be very slow and missing for long periods of time. She had no problem telling another group that was waiting that they were understaffed but didn’t come to our table to relay the news. Our drinks didn’t taste like they had any alcohol and our garlic bread was barely cooked. More than an hour after arriving, our food still hadn’t come. We paid for what we had gotten so far and saw that the front of the restaurant had many more groups that came in after us and already had their food

Understandably the place, like many others, was short staffed, but the waitress did her best. The food was overpriced for what you get , but probably should be expected from a chain whose goal is to siphon money from people who are too lazy to cook, like me- Limoncello is a far better option and has chefs that care. Specifically, the chicken parm is clearly deep fried (which makes it yummy) but two of the pieces were burnt, then hidden in the middle under loads of cheese.

The floors/environment actually had a dirty mop odor and it just did not smell clean. Waitress was great, drinks were great. Food was good but not great. Expensive for what it was.

Waiter didn’t really help us in understanding how much food was with the large. The large portion feeds 6-8 if not more and there was only 4 of us. Ordered two large and ended up with a bunch of leftovers but some guidance would’ve been appreciated. Overall good food and good value.
