Great place for the entire family, great value and the food is delicious

great service, great food. we had a party of 5. We ordered a salad, a pizza, and an entree, all in large sizes. Everything was delicious.

I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day. They claimed to be packed and behind schedule so we would be seated about 10 minutes after our reservation.

When our names were called they tried to sit us at Mixology, which is a BAR across from the restaurant.They sat us at a high table which would only have enough space to fit two drinks, not a meal from a restaurant (hint hint, this place is a BAR!).

After asking if they could sit literally anywhere else (we didn’t mind waiting), they sat us in the restaurant which turned out to be nearly empty. You could imagine my confusion when seeing this. Why did they try to sit us and the other couples with reservations at a bar across the way, when they had plenty of room inside the restaurant? It’s get me upset just typing this.

They ran out of chicken Parmesan, which was the reason why we chose this place. Out original server was great but he introduced us to another that was supposed to help us, but she rarely stopped by to check on us.

So between trying to sit us in another establishment, not having chicken, and the extremely slow service, it is safe to say that we will not be returning.

Popped in after the Britney Spears The Zone experience across the street and got our table quickly, served quickly and ate some good food.

The waiter was the worst. He forgot both of my son’s kids meal. He was not attending to our needs like refilling our cups with water. He just seemed like he didn’t even want to be there.

Pasta flavorless, kids would not eat Mac and cheese.
Pricing only for big party sharing.
Arribiata done with noodles not penne which is standard.
Not spiced well.
$18.00 Sunday mostly whipped cream.
Server overworked doubled as bus boy.
Chicken dish did not arrive until rest of party finished.
Safe yourself aggravation and go to real Italian restaurant.

Birthday celebration at year end so the place is packed. Luckily made a reservation. Since they were sooo busy, service was down a bit and we had 14 people. This is always a good place and some servers will help you decide how much food is enough and make suggestions. Ours did not so we ended having too much salad which could’ve been replaced by an entree

Granted it was Christmas night. Awful service and worse food. The salads came after the entrees and the entree large portions were supposed to be 5 but were 3 at best and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked the day before and reheated. It was simply awful! Won’t make that mistake again. 😳

I love this restaurant but that night We had to send everything back twice. Salad was drowning in dressing And the spaghetti and meatballs were cold. I know they’re always busy but this was tragic The server was awesome and certainly not her fault. They need to get the kitchen together

The food is horrible and the location is filthy

The place is nice and with fun Italian decoration, I asked for a penne and it was not the best ... lots of garlic and pepper . Unfortunately not my taste!!! Maybe I will give another try and ask for another plate .

I made a reservation for Thanksgiving Dinner on November 9, 2019. I had to confirm my reservation 2x with the restaurant. My family and I were going for Turkey dinner only, we were not planning on ordering anything but the Thanksgiving dinner for 6. When we were seated for our 4 pm reservation, we were told by the waiter that they had run out of turkey. I was there with 5 other people who were all expecting turkey for dinner, including two 5 year olds. We were so upset! I still am upset..just unacceptable! We actually got up and walked out extremely disappointed. Very poor planning by the restaurant..my family will never go there again. They didn’t even seem sorry that this had happened.

This was a low point in restaurant visits. An embarrassment for The Grove

The price has gone up significantly. I was shocked that we only ordered small sized salad/appetizer/pasta and some soft drinks (no re-fills); and the bill total was over $115. The food tasted bland to awful. I will never go back to Buca di Beppo again.

We have been coming to this particular location over the past year. The appetizer took close to an hour. Our waitress was kindly to remove it from my bill.

Great food, great waiter. Just an all around great experience.

We were a party of ten. We asked to be seated in a quiet room with
few guests. Our request was granted and we were alone in a separate room.
This worked out well for our group.

Our servers were good and checked on us periodically.
The food was brought out in segments--salads and pizza first
then entrees to share. All was fine.

This is a good place for large groups and families.

Way over priced for what is essentially mall food! They took so long to bring our food out that the kids were loosing their minds and it wasn't even crowded. Maybe 2 other tables. For the price we paid I could have had fine dining

I had a lovely dinner with an oId friend and enjoyed the quietness of the restaurant with oldies from my generation playing in the background!

It was so bad we sent a letter to the manager.

Host didn’t seat us on time even with reservation and I had to walk up and remind them despite letting them know we were here and there were plenty of seats available. Waitress was way too chatty and aggressive. Beer menu is not up to date on menu and was told that they might have beer we ordered. Woman came to our table and took pics and even though they said it was free, came back and brought the pics and asked us to purchase them. We ordered food and waitress tried to tell us what to order. Asked for spinach dip and was told you ran out. Had to ask multiple times for takeout boxes. Food was good but overall very annoying experience. Won’t be back.

Kitchen only partially working when we went. Lasagna was very bad. Salads ok. Not a good dining experience. Music was very loud.

The food was just good, not great. Nothing innovative or new as you’d find in a real Italian restaurant. The front desk could not find our open table reservation and made us wait a long time. The 1950’s stereotypical Italian American decor is slightly funny but way over done and actually offensive to any real Italian. Italy has an extremely sophisticated food and design culture. I get that it’s a jokey themed place but struck me as blackfacing Italians.

Poor service and food quality

My husband and I came out for a prevalentines day date. We were looking forward to the usual incredible, delicious Italian food.

Instead we were seated in an area right beyond the kitchen and the outside. The noise level from the kitchen was so loud it was hard to make conversation.

The food took about an hour and a half to come out. It was dry, lacking sauce, and flavor. We did request chili flakes and extra marinara but finished our meal before they both arrived. The portions are grand though.
This is the first review I’ve ever given that was this poor.

Non working phone number, no greeter in attendance (I waited and waited). I attended the 'so called' Meatball Monday when the sub and spaghetti meals were to be 50% off. How ever, it was not listed anywhere in the restaurant nor on the menu. As a result, instead of paying about nine dollars, my meal was over $16.00 instead!!! I will not attend any other Buca di Beppo establishments as a result (of my own volition...)

They couldn’t find our reservation and the waiter was not attentive at all

Food was very tasty. Buca has changed their recipes a little bit. Like the chicken limon sauce before. Much better than today's creamier sauce.
