Couldn't get a table there so went to West Regent Street. Service was slow - 50 minutes to get our food, but the staff were lovely. I had chicken and waffles, the chicken was a little bit dry this time. Wouldn't put me off going back though.

The service was spot on and didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. You know that it must be good when they have to turn away people because they are fully booked. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

The service was decent as well, lovely staff however it felt a little awkward as there were so many members of staff on just standing around. The Mac and cheese had a really weird taste to it so we didn’t touch that, but the chicken was amazing :)

This has put us off returning, which is a shame as the food is fab. If customers were allowed more time they would probably spend more!

                                                                                                                      Last minute booking for Bucks Bar, Glasgow, but managed to get a table. Amazing service, as we arrived a little early for the reservation time, we were invited to order drinks and wait by the bar for our table. Bar staff were helpful and allowed me to photo the specific syrup used for my cocktail so I can make at home. Also remembered for future orders that I was drinking diet mixer. Table staff were great and even brought extra sauce after we had ordered (added to bill, but forgot to order with meal). After we finished our meal we asked if they wanted us to vacate the table and were told we had 20 mins remaining and not to rush. Amazing service all round, great food and a great atmosphere. Well worth booking in advance.

The staff were amazing and made no issues of taking her food to heat and plate up to accompany our food. Milkshakes were amazing. Definitely recommend.

                                                                                                                      Food was fantastic and brilliant value for money. Cocktails were amazing as well. The waitress, Rebecca, was fantastic and very polite. She sorted us out with our meals and drinks and nothing was a problem. She needs a wage rise!

                                                                                                                      Food and drinks were great, but I had wrote in requests section when booking asking staff to sing happy birthday to one of the party members but they never even mentioned it. The boy was very sad they never done anything for his birthday.
