food was of excellent quality, very polite staff and a lively atmosphere , will definitely visit again.
Food was outstanding. Very welcoming. Service was very good. We had 2 waitresses. 1 was very happy and clearly enjoyed her job, always smiling. The other did not smile once. It was incredibly hot so maybe a few fans would've gone a long way.
Fantastic food for our special anniversary. Service was very quick despite being busy. Would definitely go again.
Really good service, steak was lovely as were empanadas and squid starters. Chorizo little salty for my liking could do with more spice, black pudding a tad underdone in middle. Sauces (chimmichurra and malbec) really nice accompaniment, churros nice to share for dessert. All in a really nice evening out
An excellent steak meal - always good but this was the best yet
Great friendly service lovely food table by window not advisable due to continuous grinding of ice for cocktails !
Was supppsed to be a celebration of 33 years married but at times we could barely hear ourselves speak !
Very tasty food and dxcellent service...cant go wrong!
We visited for Father’s Day as it’s one of my husbands favourite restaurants. Once again absolutely mouth watering food :)
First time visit. Everything was really really good. Will definitely be going back
Excellent food and service but atmosphere ruined by horrendous loud shrieking laughter from woman on next table! Felt sorry for the restaurant and hope they blacklist her.
Great all round
The sausage starter was over cooked with a hard skin. The half spatchcock chicken looked like it had freezer burn before it was cooked and had hard yellow edges. The fries were like hard matchsticks. My grandsons 8oz lomo was much too salty and he couldn’t eat it all. I was charged full price and not offered the 2 for 1 which is advertised on a Tuesday evening. The service was polite. I would not recommend the restaurant.
Third visit and each time the staff have been helpful and friendly. Only one niggle when one of the meals was served with cold fries so they replaced them and warmed the main meal up. We had a range of steaks between us and would say that the lomo steak was the best and the sirloin was a little tough. We have found that medium rare here is quite rare so go for medium. Good place to go for any occasion and we always have n enjoyable meal.
Very enjoyable meal and experience.
Staff were attentive, food was cooked to order and it was all good value.
Great service, very friendly staff, short wait times. Excellent find!
Our 10 year wedding anniversary - had a great time. Brilliant food, great service and a great price - what more could u ask for?
The food is beautiful. It is not cheap but the service is friendly and efficient.
We went there for my fiancee's birthday and enjoyed the experience. We had a very pleasant waitress (a young Spanish lady) and the food was really good (although I wouldn't say it was exceptional). My only criticism is it's pretty pricey for what you get. Nonetheless, I would probably be happy to return.
Booking worked well, service was friendly, food was nice but not as nice as the previous visit.
All in all quite expensive.
Really enjoyed it good food attentive service thankyou
I booked this on-line and had a very disappointing table for 2 at the top of the stairs to second floor dining room, with everyone walking past my back. There simply should not be a table there. The steak was well-cooked as medium-rare, and the Malbec sauce was OK, but the salad garnish was a mockery (2 miniature lettuce leaves) and when I asked for extra salad I was told could only have a salad bowl - at cost. I declined. Sweet potato fries are an extra costs - when will normal restaurants open up to a free healthy alternative to potato fries? I have been to proper South America steak houses - this is not one at all. There whole experience was artificial. It is a great steak meal in Horsham as opposed to other restaurant offerings for a steak - but please do not expect a proper steak house experience. Look at Fogo de Choa for example in the real world.
Food was good, however they mixed up the steaks - my wife's Ribeye was originally presented as blue when we had ordered medium, my Fillet was ordered as blue but delivered as medium - this was, however put right without too much fuss.
Cold Beer hit the spot.
"Kids eat free" on Sunday was a bit misleading - only the main course is free, the icecream was chargable.
Best steak around, food great. Unfortunately a large noisy party sat next to us spoilt the evening. Not the restaurants fault but meant we had to rush our meal to get out of there which was a shame
We love good steak and the rivets steak we all had was excellent!
We went to Buenos Aires steakhouse for the anniversary of our engagement and were pleased to find that there was a special offer on Tuesdays of two main courses for the price of one if starters and mains are ordered. The friendly waitress told us about the deal as we were seated so we decided to both go for the fillet steak. My fiancé chose the calamari to start while I had the prawns in white wine and garlic. Both starters were delicious. Our steaks were perfectly cooked to order and the chips were exactly right (I had chunky chips but fries are also available). I had a lovely gin cocktail reminiscent of Parma violets but it was a little on the small side for over £9. A service charge was added to our bill but we were asked if we were happy to pay it before the card payment was taken (we were). The restaurant was very busy at the time we were there - 6.45 - 8.00 pm but service was very speedy and courteous. Word had clearly got out about the two for one offer which is well worth taking advantage of. I would recommend this restaurant for a date or meal with friends.
The food was excellent and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant did close at 10.30 on a Saturday night, which was a shame because the cocktails and the wine list are both excellent and I would have enjoyed another hour at the bar or the table with a good drink. On the whole it is a great restaurant thought and we both had the fillet steaks with chimichurri sauce which were out of this world. I used to travel to Argentina a lot and the restaurant brought back lots of happy memories. It is not the cheapest restaurant in town but is well worth a visit.
Excellent food which fully met our expectations, the chocolate tort was simply amazing. Service was tip top and could not be faulted
Superb fillet steak and excellent mushrooms - highly recommended
We generally enjoy Buenos Aires and this was no exception. A busy Friday night, and sat upstairs which has little ambiance and high noise when full. Downstairs is better. We all had steaks, which were very good with ribeye and sirloin the best, but cooked slightly less than we asked for. Beef Empanada starter was exceptional taste, but two is a big starter ahead of a steak, we shared it. Wine special good value and service friendly but a bit slow.
Very good steakhouse.
Food was lovely , service was efficient and not fussy.
Ate here with four others. Choose to eat early due to other commitments so was more of a late lunch. Not busy but noticed later in the evening it was full. Food was amazing.
Had empanadas, black pudding (so good) and calamari for starters.
We then shared the four steaks board with fries. Was no disappointed great way to try what this restaurant is set up for. Everything cook perfectly and tasted delicious.
The restaurant was rather dark and the tables close together. I had the burger and chips which was average compared to other eateries and my partner had the £10 steak and chips. The steak was tasty but chewy he said. Our waiter was extremely pleasant. The ladies toilets were rather dangerous with an unmarked step in front of them which I fell down coming out! Nice for yougsters maybe but we won't be returning I am afraid......
I can only assume the Chips were from Frozen. Steak was OK cooked well, but for £100 for two of us, this was not at the standard of food I was expecting. Overpriced.
Excellent food best steak in years would totally recommend to friends
A very nice restaurant for meat lovers. We have the steak taster platter which was great, well cooked as we liked it and very tasty. The only let down was being sat by the toilet and kitchen entrance which was not great for a date night.
Excellent food as always, we attended for my Dad's birthday and we had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and helpful as my mum is quite fussy over her food due to her medication. They had a great deal on wines, 1/2 price for a bottle on the monday night. Would dine there every day if i could!
Superb; if it wasn't quite so expensive, it would be the personification of perfection.
We have visited this restaurant on a few occasions now and we have never been disappointed. Not the cheapest place in town for a steak but by far the very best quality, therefore worth every penny. They have special offers throughout the week which make dining here very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had heard that this place is really expensive and not worth the value but was really pleasantly surprised as the food was delicious and worth every penny. The mushrooms side order were veey tasty. Obviously it is a place for pure meat eaters and we had medium rare steaks...which were cooked perfectly and was a change from other establishments were medium rare usually means medium and overcooked! Definitely recommend but do book as it was packed on a Tuesday evening.
