Got the 100 gr steak sampler and chorizo al Malbec. Both very delicious. I was full half way through the main and I try not to give up but unfortunately I couldn’t finish it.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely go back.
Amazing meats, great ambiance & decent service. A good early afternoon dinner for our small but lively group. Tried the steak board which came on a plate(?) but was delicious.
The steaks were lovely, however it was a VERY hot evening and the restaurant was closing at 9.45 , at 9.30 our plates were removed and we felt that we were being pushed out. We have been there previously and that was not an issue but it rather marred a good evening.
Like very but tables so close together you feel like your having dinner with the people next to you
Steak was cooked beautifully and the staff were very lovely
The people were friendly, service was excellent, didn't have to wait long and the food was delicious. A fantastic find.
Great food and amazing staff. Not cheap but it's definitely worth it.
I would not recommend. Service and organisation was ridiculously bad
Buenos Aires in Richmond is always reliable for a nice steak and have some nice and helpful staff - so go here regular for lunch and have never been disappointed.
Really tasty food and friendly service - I would highly recommend it for a fun meal out
Fabulous restaurant, I’ve been there lots and the service and the steaks & wine are amazing.
Unfortunately there has clearly been a change in Rogel torte recipe for the worst - it was a must have and I recommended people to go there even just for it in the past, now I will no longer order it and am telling friends not to too... such a shame!!
But as a steak place, you can’t beat it!!
We went after 8 and there were families. Now we have a family but prefer somewhere a little more intimate as it was an anniversary. Steak was excellent.
Fantastic steak; good for one person and for sharing. decent price and good atmosphere.
High quality meat, very good service, many selection of wine.
We satisfied and will visit this restaurant again.
Service became a little slow once the restaurant got busy meaning they started to rush us at the end.
Excellent staff I dropped my knife accidentally and a clean one wrapped in a napkin was provided before the other was still bouncing on the floor!
The food was great value along with great taste.
Just book and go you will not be disappointed .
Love this place. Great food and great staff.
A must for any meat lover in an lovely atmosphere.
My partner brought me to Buenos Aires Argentine Steakhouse - Richmond for a date as he had been previously and rated it very highly. Unfortunately our experience wasn't so good. The service was exceptional, wait staff very attentive. Entrees were very tasty and wine absolutely lovely. However our main dishes were both over cooked - mine the 5 hour slow cooked pork belly sadly had the delicious bbq sauce poured over what might have been the crispy skin and the bottom was burnt black (inedible) and my partners dish was completely overcooked beef parmigiana so dry that the beef had curled up at the edges. The thin piece of beef was more crumb than actual beef. Extremely disappointed as we'd been very excited for this meal. Given how varied the reviews are I am assuming it may depend on the chefs on the day as to how good your meal will be. Sadly I won't be risking going back to find out.
Managed to feel intimate but somehow open here. Great service and reasonably priced. Maybe a touch too much salt on the dishes but prepared and served very nicely
Great food friendly efficient service lovely restaurant Would recommend it!
My only criticism is out diner was slightly rushed.
Other wise great place.
Excellent food and service, would recommend and will visit again
As we had been told by friends, the steak is very good indeed. We had the sharing platter of four different cuts, all of which were tender and succulent.
I am on a ketogenic diet and this was the first restaurant I have been to that had choices without carbs! I will be going again.
Out to celebrate a friends good news. Service was outstanding. As for the food, well the steaks were out of this world. The wine selection was great and we were given great advice. Fantastic all round.
Great food and atmosphere- just felt a bit rushed at the end and like we were being pushed out as they needed our table
Food was average. All steaks were quite tough. Did it appear to be the best quality meat. Atmosphere was good and staff very attentive.
I love this restaurant. The food is excellent. Unfortunately some of our items were not very warm, but this was rectified immediately!!! They have amazing staff, fantastic food and a great atmosphere.
I do love my meat and the steak at Beuenos Aires was very good and fairly reasonably priced. The decor and atmosphere complemented the food well. I particularly liked the chocolate filled churros, crispy and filled with plenty of the runny-brown-stuff.
Excellent food as always and great service. It does get quite noisy when it's busy, which doesn't bother me, but could annoy some people.
Booked in advance and was really looking forward to the meal as heard steaks were the best!
Not the case, ordered the fillet and was bitterly disappointed with the steak being so rubbery and fatty.
We ate what we could but luckily ordered starters and some side dishes.
Overall very disappointing we did pay and didn’t complain at the time.
Any feedback back would be greatly appreciate
Amazing food and service as usual! Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Most perfect anniversary meal. Food was phenomenal and service was faultless. All round fab value for money and can't wait to come back!
I always like this restaurant. beautiful space, well decorated. Food is especially good and value for money. steak always seems better than Gaucho down the river, and non-steak choice are good. Service is always very friendly and good. a solid choice every time.
A great find! “Best steak I have ever had” said my children and they have already asked to go back again! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and we will be back very soon!
Really disappointing. We arrived to be told we had no reservation. No big deal: the maitre d just couldnt find it on the system. We joined our friends to be told - for the first time - we only had the table for two hours: again no big deal. In fact they didnt throw us out after 2. The place was busy: post rugby match and the tables crowded together. It had the feel of a faceless chain. But it was the food which was the big disappointment. The starters were okay: chorizo in merlot, garlic prawns and aubergine with goat's cheese. All so-so: nothing special but not terrible. Then we had the small steak sampler, each choosing chimichurri sauce as an accompaniment. It was so badly presented: just hunks of meat slapped on a plate. Not a sliver of effort to make it look appetizing. And the chimichurri sauce was a tired greasy mess, with no zing, no punch, no fresh parsley. And to follow Argentinian cheesecake which seemed to be a dense slab of sickly sweet food colourings and preservatives. Oh and charmless service. It was my choice for a night out with friends and I'm embarrassed to have suggested it. Never again.
Excellent food and good service, although a little noisy, which I suppose can’t be helped as the restaurant isn’t large.
Food was really nice but the ambience was ruined by children being allowed to race around on their scooters. It's a restaurant not a playground.
Lovely food, & wine. Service a little on the slow side but it was Easter Saturday & they didn’t seem to have masses of staff...didn’t detract from the evening, in fact was nice not to be rushed so maybe we’ve all become a bit too used to “ quick” service! Steak cooked exactly as asked. I found it a little odd one empanada was hot the other cold but still very tasty! Their Weds eve menu looks very good value for money! Will go back to try that for sure!
