I realized I had never eaten real wagyu until I visited this restaurant.
All the wagyu beef they served was amazing, melt in your mouth.
Their sushi was something you could have at fine dining sushi restaurant.
It was so delicate and fresh.
One more thing I really amazed was that they use Matcha-ya soft serve (famous Japanese matcha cafe restaurant)
I definitely will comeback here soon!
Amazing food, great service and will definitely go back!
If I could give it 10 stars I would. One of the best dinning experience I have had in a very long time
Nice clean atmosphere, friendly staff, food is good. but more variety would be better for the price we paying for all you can eat.
Amazing place, high quality meat with great service. Pricey but worth it
$88/per person for all you can eat. No one has explain the menu, the food was absoltely disappointed. Wagyu beef looks like left over food, all sashimi was not fresh ending up we have to put it for BBQ instead eating it fresh. Drink was not including it, $5.50 for 295ml glass bottle for a coke. Dessert was lining up in a tray with no cover and get it by ourself. No one has asked us how was the everything. Nothing is worth for the price, will never come again.
Nice meat, and other dishes. good service. Just a bit rush while we have 6 people using one grill only.
Was a great experience, and was definitely alot better than the previous restaurant that was also JBBQ.
The customer service was a highlight as service was not only quick but staff members were very polite and cheerful.
Will be back again!
Good environment and fresh food, thank you
Great service. Meat was good. Seafood was fresh. Will go back again.
Everything was satisfactory until we pay the bill the attendee who is completing the bill which I found to be quiet rude other than that it was an acceptable experience.
The ambience is nice. Staff are friendly. But It takes a while for the order to arrive.
We had a very pleasant experience for Mother’s Day as they seated us in the private dining room. Service was friendly and food was fresh. I have already booked to return!
Some of the wagyu meat that we ordered didn't even reach to our tables. The clock was ticking and we had to ask where was our order.
Amazing food but service was poor. Salads came out last even though they were ordered first.
Already left 5 star review on google :)
Will definitely coming back
The food quality was very good, fresh sashimi and high quality meats. However, I feel like the food options are very limited.
Great quality meat for a decent price. Would happily keep coming back!
Compare with North Sydney store, I have to say there was no service for burwood restaurant, the gentleman who was working for reception was very hard to communicate with. He was like a Robert, no smile and no any emotion. we did not felt welcomed. as a few years loyal customer, I have to say food was great, but service standard was too much under our expectations, especially for a Japanese restaurant. If it is not improve in the future, we might not come back to this store anymore. I am not gonna recommend this store to my friends until the service has been improved.
The quality of the food was great. I would have hoped that there were more flavours of icecream other than vanilla. It took a long time for someone to direct us to our seat and bring us the iPad for ordering but apart from that the service was great. I would have it more often if the price was cheaper.
The staff were very nice and delivered excellent service. The wagyu beef was top quality, sashimi was fresh and have a wide range of sake available. Highly recommended and would go back with family and friends.
Very spacious and the food comes pretty quickly. Extremely family friendly. I could not ask for more.
I dined here during their soft opening and really enjoyed my experience.
It’s a 120 minute all you can eat experience and within this time, you are given an iPad menu and 75 minutes to order all that you can eat for the price of $88. In my opinion, it was well worth the money.
The dishes were of quality and tasted really good. Each selection on the menu we tried did not disappoint. There was a good selection of side dishes, meats, seafood, sashimi, soups, salads and desserts.
The vanilla soft serve tasted very much like the Chinese white rabbit creamy candy which we all enjoyed.
Service was friendly, swift and our water glasses were never left empty.
I also loved the restaurant fitout, the open space and comfortable dining booths which made the dining experience even better.
I would definitely come again and recommend to others.
Selection was very limited. Compared to other restraunts with the same price range, you lacked oyster, fruit, kingfish, and desserts.
