When I turned up they said they didn’t accept open Table reservations and basically me and my family may have a reservation but we could frankly stand in the cold for 1 1/2 hours or get lost ! It looked very dirty and unpleasant on the pavement with v stressed staff so nothing lost ! Went to Lebanese i. shepherds market where they were totally welcoming

Our table was booked for 8-9:30pm on this app but told the restaurant closes at 9 so very rushed. The service was slow and they forgot the drinks order

Love busaba, so healthy and flavoursome

Been to Busaba on many occasions, A good place to grab a simple quick bite to eat. Good basis food . So manage your expectation. Having said that we were disappointed with the chicken satay which the meat was pretty tasteless..

Made a late same day reservation here for 8 people. On entry into the restaurant we were greeted almost immediately and seat quite promptly. However all the staff seemed really flustered and not in any control of the room.
Our order was taken fairly quickly but when the food arrived some dishes were missing, there were drinks that we had to ask for several times before they arrived.
Our main course dishes arrived after a little wait and there was one dish missing which obviously has not been put through.
The waitress was trying to do her best but there didn't seem to be anyone actually in charge of the floor controlling what was going on.
I like the food at Busaba but I do not think i would return back to this one.

Tom yum soup was a joke. Lousy service, empty plates remained on the table for a while before even being noticed. This is an average thai restaurant

Food was cold, service was spotty. Not a good experience

Usually it’s good. Today not really. To be fair it was Black Friday weekend. I think it was just our personal waitress who wasn’t very good because another one was lovely. And after half hour that nothing had come through and we asked to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about us, she reassured us they hadn’t and then instantly came back with our lukewarm food.

Was an amazing experience the manager made sure he went above & beyond to accommodate more guests for the dinner. My partner enjoyed his birthday meal

Not particularly impressed with this place overall. They beer was warm and so were the glasses. The food was OK but overpriced.

You need to check, I made reservations and received confirmation for the reservation but when I arrived, it was closed. I'm not sure if it's permanent or not.

It is ok if you want to grab a quick dinner, food is good but nothing special. Service was lovely and they play music on Saturdays so it was a good night out

Service was terrible, starting from the host who could not find my open table booking, he said that I was the first one to arrive, had me waiting at a big table on my own while all of my friends were already there!!!! Menus did not arrive until we asked for them, the order was taken in a rush. No deserts except from vanilla and coconut ice cream, we asked for ice cream but it never arrived!

Solid food choices and good standard of food. Super slow and chaotic service - we got our side dish when we had finished our main and it wasn’t that busy!

I booked Busaba Bangkok Thai in St Christopher Place to celebrate mine and my friend's birthday It is very centrally located and easy to find. We were just surprised how busy it was as we had booked a table for us but ended up sharing the table with some other diners.Food and drinks were tasty and were served quite quickly. Not the cheapest place but okay experience. Gets very busy especially on weekends and therefore may book another place next time for a bigger group of friends.

The seafood Red curry and green chicken curry were great.
Look forward to coming back.

A great place to grab some lovely food whilst in the West End.

Arriving 30 minutes before it closes makes you eat fast and preassured - reservations at this time should not be accepted then

The service was very rushed. Also when as a customer who is a tourist in the UK, I asked the server to get us a taxi, her manager refused. It felt very insulting that this is how they treat you. We reached there at 9 pm and were told that the kitchen will close soon. So we ordered quickly. The food was good. But after every 5 mins the servers were either coming to our table to pick up dishes quickly or asking us if everything was okay. Even though we rushed and finished our food on time, when asked if we can get a taxi called the server advised us that the manager refused. Even then we tipped her.

London is a tourist hub and for restaurants to not help out tourists shows their true character. There are some a dozen Thai places and many are friendly and good. So this attitude will one day bring this company down.

The waiters were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a spicy G&T, fishcakes for starters and a very impressive Pad Thai for main course. Definitely recommend it and we’ll be there again soon!

Great food and really good service. A little bit pricey but delicious!

Reliable service and quality of food at great location, just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. The food at this branch tastes better than the Westfield one. My husband is very impressed by the design of their high chair too, but then we are first time parents.

The food was great and given the location, the price was also great. But because it was too busy, servers didn’t really come to us frequently and the seating was somewhat uncomfortable (we had to sit on the same big table with 4-4 other parties).

The staff totally forgot us after seating and taking orders for the appetizer. The party sitting next to us who actually arrived after us finished their meals and payed. This is when I had to pull a waiter and ask what’s going on.... ?? Food was good but this event killed our appetite.

Really liked the ambience, seating structure, and the the food was exceptional. The only issue - and it was very slight - was in respect of ordering drinks/requesting the bill... it just took a tad too long.

However, I would thoroughly recommend, and will be back for sure!

As usual, Busaba delivered brilliantly. Still an all time favourite and the fact that the menu always has new seasonal dishes mixed in with firm favs is always a plus. If you can handle your heat the spicy chilli beef with rice dish is blow-your-head-off amazing. Other recommendations are the Pandan chicken, the calamari, the Chang beer to accompany everything, and the spring rolls.

I was rather dismayed when my booked table for 4, tuned out to be a shared table for 10+
IF I'd been there first, there is no way I would not have stayed - but as I was slightly delayed there was no option but to make the best of it - turns out not all that bad as on the upside, the food was great, service was excellent and the atmosphere vibey.

Disappointing Thai green curry. Probably would pick somewhere else in future.

The food and waitors were nice, however the place was very busy and very noisy and so we waited some time to get the food, water or drink. The place at the table was a bit small too. I would not come again to that branch at that time of the day (friday dinner)

Aubergine Curry wasn’t properly cooked and the place was very crammed with tourists and noisy.

The service was terrible! The food took a long time to arrive as they got the order wrong. It was really loud and it was impossible to get anybody’s attention. I like Busaba in general so I would say it is this particular branch. They need more staff.
