I've been to Butta Burger on several occasions when in Edinburgh on business trips. Always excellent service, nice friendly atmosphere and the best chicken breast in a bun I've had anywhere. Add to that the delicious truffle and parmesan fries, it's perfect. I will return with colleagues later in the year!

Staff were superb, patient and kind with the slightly indecisive children. They were clearly understaffed but provided great service nonetheless.

Did not live up to hype unfortunately. Burgers ok but had much better just in Edinburgh. Fries cold (they did replace them). Staff really good

Great service although check your receipt as I swapped vegan cheese for normal cheese and was charged £1 .....also if your offered extra pickles.....your being charged for them. Not much honesty with that.... however food was lovely and service was good. Staff member shouting out silly things from the kitchen. Unnecessary. Overpriced burger and chips that tastes nice but I wouldn't go back sadly
