    The decor and location were nice. The service was mediocre, our waiter barely checked in on us. Food portions were small. I wouldn’t rush back to this location but maybe would try the downtown one.

    The food and the service were good. I should say the food taste amazing and very delicate. Seating was not that comfortable. The table looks a bit small and lower then the regular table. The plates were just cram together. We were having dinner here but felt the place was better for just lounging and chill.

    Food portions have decreased significantly. Plates that are labeled to share would not really feed one person. Great taste however the prices for something so small are hard to justify. We left the restaurant still hungry with a bill over $110 for 2 people without any drinks.

    Always a pleasure at Byblos. Food is incredibly tasty, and the sharing approach makes it fun as a group. The food also comes out very quickly and yet despite this, you manage to linger a few hours enjoying each course. Never rushed for the cheque or for extras. Smart casual attire, yet never stuffy or pretentious. It’s no wonder this is one of our faves in the city. Best of all—midtown location means more reasonable parking and much less traffic.

    After a long Covid absence it was so good to have a meal again at Byblos. It is still my favourite restaurant. My granddaughter was visiting from NZ and had not eaten there before. She was every bit as pleased as I was with the meal. The lamb rib appetizer was exquisite and we shared the branzino with sautéed greens. Perfectly cooked! Well done Byblos! You never disappoint.

    Extremely beautiful restaurant - very lovely staff. They know their menu. I would say I expected a more Lebanese style menu. It seemed a little too modern when it came to the palette they chose. I wish they infused more traditional styled options as well. Plates maybe should be changed so more food can fit on the tables.

    If you want to try the food and location is not a issue then i suggest you hit up the Downtown locations - the portions of the uptown location were very small compared to the downtown location but the price was the same. the food is always good at both locations - Lamb Shoulder Dish was delicious and the wagyu hummus is always a great starter!

    We had such a lovely time and the staff made sure that hubby and I's anniversary was memorable. Shout out to the team there, especially Louis who took such great care of us. The Baklava was top notch!

    Good was super delicious. The decor inside is also stunning and we got a great table that was a couch on one side so we had lots of room. Our server was also awesome. Nothing bad to say!

    It was too noisy. Tables were very close so i could barely talk to the friend i went out with. We most stayed quiet because of that. The food was below average. We ordered hummus for starters and fried chicken as the main course. It was pretty bland. Our server was very friendly and took care of us nicely overall. One of the best services for sure. The ambience was nice too. My issues were with the food and noise level.
