Named after the small huts that Burgundy winegrowers have within their vineyards, the feel of the restaurant is that of a traditional local bistro in the French countryside. With traditional dishes and modern twists, the seasonal menu and daily specials will showcase the very best ingredients.

Went for a business lunch, my food was excellent and the client also raved about his fish. Very professional service, would recommend.
the level of service is exceptional at Cabotte.
staff are super friendly and food is perfect.
one of my favourite places for dinner.
Very friendly staff, great food and a solid wine list.
I would eat their pea and mint mousse every day if I could.
The service was amazing. The manager gave a great wine recommendation based on everyone's preferences and was also extremely knowledgeable about the food. The food was delicious and presentation was very nice as well. Highly recommend.
It was quite expensive and the food just wasn’t that great. I had a gnocchi type dish for main and it was swimming in oil and really tough. One of my colleagues had a steak and a good 50% was inedible fat. The staff were attentive and friendly but the food couldn’t really justify the cost. Impressive wine menu, but the bottle we liked they only had one of.
Warm welcome by a nice staff. Food is amazing and the wine list is great. If you liké deserts dont miss the apple pie tarte tatin, a French delight.
Another very good meal which my guests all enjoyed
The service was fantastic. They really know their wines!
We had a bottle of wine when we were waiting for food and the pour was a touch aggressive, but overall very nice food, great attention to the table and really nice and friendly staff
Great restaurant, made all the better by skilled and friendly staff
Really nice food nice decor and friendly service
Outstanding. Simon and his team truly excelled themselves and should be proud of this Burgundian gem! Exquisite food (compliments to the chef) and an absolutely magnificent wine list, with all the greats and plenty to discover. Will be back for sure - thank you so so much for a magnificent evening. Also: the tarte tatin is heavenly.
Limited menu with fresh ingredients and expertly cooked. The wine list is superb, specialising as you would expect in French wines.
Great service and a really enjoyable time. A lot of business lunches were going on when we went so quite noisy.
Great French food and wine with something extra and special focus on Burgundy, but let down a little by slightly inattentive service. Colleague had to catch a train but we had to ask 3 times for the bill then forced to pay at the counter.
I would go back, however.
Excellent food and wine Great staff too!
Having spent a few weeks in France we were missing delicious French food, and excellent wine. We were absolutely delighted at our experience! From the quaint corner table to the attention to detail by the staff, we have high regards for their efforts to make our anniversary special. Our meals were paired with a delicious 2010 Vosne-Romanée, a special bottle to share. Thank you to the staff, and a huge thanks to Dorianne for sharing her excellent knowledge of wine with us. A true highlight of our vacation!
Elegant, subtle, delicious food. Smooth, intelligent service. Excellent atmosphere. Large and smart wine list. Sterling, classy restaurant!
Great place but temperature in the room was quite low on the day, I hope they fix it
Lovely small restaurant with friendly and efficient servers. Sommelier Simon is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge; a pleasure to discuss wine with him. Excellent wine list here is especially deep in Burgundies, and given the quality of the listings, fairly priced. Small menu highlights quality ingredients, prepared well and nicely presented. We especially enjoyed the fish dishes, after starting with very fresh oysters and nice assortment of charcuterie. One of our must-go restaurants in London. Delightful!
I need to thank everyone who looked after us during our dinner last Friday with special mention to Simon and everyone on his team who made us feel like home.
Thank you so much, Looking forward to my next trip to London and have dinner at Cabotte.
Terrific as always. Immaculate service. Great food and excellent wines
Food, wine and service were all outstanding. What more do you need? Just fabulous.
Lovely, independent and fresh and love the focus on Burgundy wines
Lovely food, waiter was great. Wine is beautiful, quite pricey overall but an enjoyable experience.
What a lovely place! Having walked past it many times, I took the opportunity to take a friend as a birthday treat and was not disappointed. It looks quite small from outside, but opens up at the back to a charming and cosy restaurant. The service was excellent, as was the food - we both started with asparagus - divine garlic mayo - and then had the beef with a side of new potatoes, and it was all perfectly cooked and just the right size serving. We couldn't resist sharing the tarte tatin afterwards - so decadent with whipped cream - before we tore ourselves away. The sommelier chose the wine for each course at our request, which was good, although we did swap the first 2 glasses as we each preferred the other's taste! I would definitely return.
Excellent food, all well prepared and imaginatively created, with very good service and in a pleasant modern Burgundian bistro atmosphere. The wines were excellent and from an extensive and varied list, with a price range from thirty something to three thousand plus. There is unashamedly an emphasis on the great wines from Burgundy but many others from around the world.
Delightful resteraunt with superb food and attentive but discreet service. My personal favourite in the City.
It's a city establishment, so a bit over priced, tables rammed in to maximise yield.
The food is of a good standard. The wine list is operating on too high a multiple really, but with a broad selection from Burgundy , as you'd expect.
Tables VERY close together. A touch of French arrogance in the service.
Great food and service - pity I had to pass on the wines on this occasion! 👍
Imaginative French cooking and friendly service in an unexpected location in Gresham Street
Exquisite - lovely service and food was beautiful, wines superb.
The wine list is superb and the sommelier was very ! knowledgable. My only real criticism was that my ”stuffed lamb saddle” was a single lamb cutletb, which at £29 was disappointing.o S. Ii
Really like this place. The food is so very good and the staff v friendly. Two observations were that there was no break between starters and main! Secondly my dinner partner was wanting a glass of wine but the somellier had to be involved and 20 mins later we got a loverly bottle of wine but there was way too much faffing around.
This is an excellent restaurant which is the least “City” restaurant in the City. Decor is shabby chic, wine list is affordable and delicious, service very friendly and food excellent with plenty for different tastebuds.
Great ambiance but very noisy when full. Food was wonderful and oysters I had were amazing. Very good wine choices. Would definitely visit again.
Special ;let’s keep it a secret . Great food , a brillaiant team and amazing wine list
Excellent catering for gluten free and dairy free needs. Great help with the wine list, I would only add that there was not much choice for vegetarians.
Seated next to an extremely loud party when there were plenty of other tables. Food was so-so, not nearly as nice as french food I've had in other locations. Lamb was extremely fatty and very little meat.
