Cadillac Ranch All American Bar & Grill - National Harbor
We were looking for beer flights. They had very few beers to choose from.
After being seated and waiting for 21 minutes with no service - no water, no "hi, I'm your server," no napkins... I had to go to the hostess station and ask if anyone was coming to take our order. Then, at about the 25 minute mark, someone first came by to take the drink order. Food was good, but the service was some of the worst I've experienced.
Food and drinks were amazing. Service was very good. Will definitely be returning
The food was mediocre. The wings were good and my daughter liked her Cajun pasta. The burgers were very disappointing, almost like they were cooked from frozen, very bland. Our server was friendly but was very busy and would sometimes forget about us. We probably will not go back. Like most of the restaurants in National Harbor, this is a tourist trap.
Waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. My in laws have rated this restaurant as a "must visit" when they come down from upstate New York. This time didn't disappoint at everyone was extremely satisfied by their delicious entrees and cold beer! Will always be back!
Asian chicken salad was tasty. Fun atmosphere, good for groups.
Food was great
Our service was outstanding. We were celebrating a birthday and were in no hurry. The birthday girl truly enjoyed herself.
Cheer competition at the Gaylord. We have come several years n a row and have now learned to make reservations. Always a good time...prices went up a bit but overall we will be back.
Thanks for the great service and putting up with our large group. Servers were very fantastic and kept everything organized. The food was great! We will visit again
Waiter was overwhelmed. He did the best that he could.
I've been attending conventions in National Harbor for the last decade, and Cadillac Ranch was previously a go-to standard for me and my friends. But the most recent trip was pretty much garbage. For whatever reason they were blasting hip-hop at unbelievable volumes (no issue with hip-hop or R&B as genres, but for a place that's otherwise more country-themed this just felt out of place and made it feel like some kind of downtown club). Service was slow and the kitchen screwed up our orders. The Gaylord at National Harbor has been hosting huge conventions like MAGFest and Katsucon for more than a decade now and yet these people seemed completely unprepared for the volume of customers.
The lights around the bull pit were a little distracting and randomly in my face.
The onion tower appetizer was good as was the Cesar salad. My burger came over cooked from what was ordered and I got the wrong fries, which were replaced quickly. My Mom enjoyed her jambalaya, my Dad his half rack & my husband his steak.
The food was great as was the service. The music was a bit loud and it was cold at our table. Overall a good time.
Had a reservation and a group of the same size walked in and sat down before us. We had to ask 20 minutes later what was going on before they seated us.
Table was extremely sticky when we seated. Dinner was served and we had no napkins or silverware. The kids menu says that all kids dinners come with a side but my daughter ordered the noodles with butter and ordered a side of apple sauce and we were told by the waitress that the side would not be included? What the menu says all kids entries come with a side we don't understand. We won't return.
Food was good, bar service and waitress were mediocre. Overall we will be back.
This is my favorite restaurant at National Harbor. Good food, great value, and fun environment. Eat there at least once a month
Good thing we arrived early for our reservation because restaurant filled quickly
Service was very slow, soda machines were mixed wrong one too much seltzer and one too much syrup
When food did arrive plates looked thrown together burger and chicken sandwich were small for the price and side of fries were small as well
We dined at this facility after an event at The Gaylord Resort next door. We had a reservation and were seated right away, then things went door hill from there.
We were able to get a last minute reservation on a Friday night which was a plus. Upon arrival the noise level was high but at least it was Christmas music. Our server was spot on. Super friendly, attentive and quick. The food was great. The pork chops are some of the best I've had. But after about 40 minutes the ambience changed into a night club with very loud urban music which took away from the meal. But if this is the status quo for this place and I didn't know it then that is on me. Meal was super but had to leave because couldn't carry on a conversation at our table.
Good restaurant in national harbor. Kids loved it because of the decor and bull riding, but the food was just ok. Nothing great, but a decent meal within walking distance to our hotel.
Awesome good night
Good for families
We were seated promptly but no one from the restaurant came to our table. After 20 minutes we left the restaurant.
Took 20-30 minutes for our table to get our first round of drinks. Subsequent drinks took just as long. We noticed this happened to other tables as well.
We had a table of 9 including children. There is something for everyone on the menu! The service & food were great. I liked the music playing, but it was SO loud. We had a hard time conversing with our visitors across the table.
The place was practically dead. We had 7:45pm reservations. We arrived at 7:30pm amd were told we had to wait 20 minutes. They wanted to give us a specific table, instead of pulling 2 tables together for our party of 11. They admitted that they didn't look at the reservation system to see if they had any. After being seated we waiting 5 minutes for the waiter to take the drink order and then 20 mins for the dinner order. The food took 35 minutes to arrive. The waiter was nice but not attentive. He didn't even realize that we didn't have silverware until the meals were being served, nothing during the appetizers. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the person across the table from you with out yelling or repeating yourself several times. 3 Stars.
Our server, Jessii, was awesome!! She's a great ambassador for the restaurant and was extremely helpful and attentive.
We were visiting from out of town, but will definitely be back.
Took awhile for a server to get to us, 10-15 mins after we were sat but all in all it was a nice lunch.
Food was lousy alarm was going off very loudly the entire time we were eating we couldn’t even hear eachother speak very bad experience
The food was decent. I had the Rockfish and the other guest had a burger and onion rings. The rings were very good. The server was new I think and forgot quite a few things, salt on the margarita, onion rings etc.
The inside needs a little updating. The wait staff kept giving us the wrong food and drinks( probably meant for another table). The wait staff was very friendly.
Comfort food. Good service. It’s a bar. Ride the bull etc.
Great server. Birthday celebration
Food, Service & Price were good.
Fun atmosphere. Food was good. Service was lacking. Food came out well before our drinks. Server said bar was backed up but the place wasn't all that busy so that was no excuse.
Brother in town
If you like bar and drill with lower quality food, not a bad option. You could be there for atmosphere, drinks, location. It’s not necessarily a bad thing. Just know before you go.
All of our food (esp Steaks) was EXCELLENT! Service was EXCELLENT!
Atmosphere is great.
Online reservations hit some glitches, otherwise it was a fantastic dining experience.
