The service was great; very attentive. There was a discrepancy as to what was served at what time. The menu listed was not available on weekends, but the staff was very accommodating.

Located on the ground floor of a hotel in mayfair. You walk through the lobby to reach the restaraunt. Lot of extremely casually dressed tourists hanging about in lobby with kids on i pads sitting around. Service is fantastic- fast and friendly. Excellent vodka martini. All of the food completely delicious.

Booking not found - even though I had the confirmation. Service slow and things forgotten and order not taken correctly. Order a pot of coffee and they bring a single. Order a juice and they forget. Tell them no toast with the eggs and it comes on toast... as for them to bring a slice of lemon, and they don't bother. I hear it is 'tough to find staff' these days - well sorry, that's not my problem - especially when you are happy to charge full price... Food was perfectly fine.

The restaurant could not find my OpenTable booking made a couple of hours prior to the reservation: the restaurant was empty, there were 5 of us and they kept us waiting for 15 minutes before finally seating us. This reflection of poor management needs to be resolved, as otherwise it was a good dining experience.

Reservation was for 8pm, didn’t seat us until 8:45pm (despite the restaurant being fairly empty). The menu is very limited, and no T-bone steaks which were the only interesting thing on there. Three of us ordered steaks (at just less than £40 each): they took another hour to arrive and when they did they were all over-cooked.

The waitress brought he wrong order. We told her twice but she was confused. Seized the plates on our table and left. We ordered a Breakfast that included juice. Never came. Coffee was included in the meal we ordered but she charged us for coffee and then said the machine was broken and did not refund us. A 50 pound breakfast Renee up costing 95 pounds. So I paid 132 dollars for a breakfast I did not order. Also we got charged for for cafes cause the waitress took my husband drink when it was still half full. This is a nice place to eat but I would never return. I should have just told the manager but I didn’t want to be a Karen. But ordering breakfast is not that complicated.

I hate to comment negatively on any restaurant knowing the terrible situation the sector is in. Particularly when service was friendly and pleasant even it not entirely prompt. Some food was good (the steak, fresh salads, bread) other nowhere near a Jason Atherton standard (fish and oysters did not smell or taste fresh). There seemed to be a problem with temperature as oysters arrived lukewarm and butter was melting. Finally, our first two choices from the theoretically extensive wine list were not available and the sommelier's reccomendation was average (although at a decent price). Hope things improve as the place deserves to succeed.

Was like sitting in a car park under a glaring spotlight with music banging from a speaker above our heads. The service was very good. Apart from. That we could’ve find a reason to longer and left to go somewhere else after the main course Wine list was poor, the non alcoholic cocktails just tasted of sugar. Generally the food was below a barrage with a couple of exceptions (the rigatoni and the fish). The pizza was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the name.

First time at Cafe Biltmore. . Not a great experience. Food very average. Would expect better from such a high quality hotel chain! Would not go back. Staff very nice and attentive. Other point it is next to the garage and not blocked off adequately. You can hear and smell car fumes! .

Didn’t meet expectations. I assume the dining area was on a rooftop terrace. However, the hotel has converted to a ground floor courtyard, surrounded by tall buildings. The hotel has made great efforts to make this place look pretty with vertical gardens; nevertheless, don’t book if you’re expecting a terrace with a view.

Great location, quiet in a lovely Terrace in an oasis of plants but overlooking the car park. Service was on the slower side which I prefer to being rushed. Food was good. Amazing Chocolate Molten Pudding!

The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a place to have dinner and be able to hear those your are with, this is certainly a great choice - not overcrowded by tables and not noisy either.

The service was absolutely awful. Our waiter was extremely rude and didn't go around the table to get orders. He asked had a nonchalant attitude as we were deciding what to pick. The food came very late and he blamed it in the kitchen. When we asked to speak to the manager over 5 times, the manager ignored us and was setting tables. We had to walk up to the manager ourselves and the manager let us know this was the first time he had heard there was an issue with our table. I then had to call our waiter who we saw speak to him to ask him if he did tell the manager we wanted to speak to him. After the waiter said he did inform him in front of the manager, the manger said that he was dealing with something urgent (he was setting tables for a restaurant that was closing). I had the work experience of my life there. Please never go there unless you want to eat disappointment for dinner.

The setting itself is lovely and I’d wanted to visit this Hilton for a while. The seat had cob webs across and the services was non-existence with the server not speaking at all when he delivered food or collected plates. The service was bizarre. The mains and desserts were good, especially pea risotto. The starters of fennel and orange not so much. Id marked this as a birthday lunch, no mention at all yet other tables had desserts served with candles and songs.

Visited with girlfriends for lunch yesterday 19th June for al fresco lunch. Having read some not so favourable reviews about the outside seating area I was somewhat apprehensive however, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left [and without being rushed off of our table] I cannot fault the experience in any way whatsoever. If you are a little surprised to find yourself seated in an outside car park which has been 'done up' to accommodate outside dining regulations at the moment, then you are mistaken. The outside area, in normal circumstances, is in fact a small in /out access to the rear of the hotel and Ballroom entrance. There is plenty of cover overhead, blankets on your seats as you arrive and if you wish, a hot water bottle to keep the elements from settling-in but, not required by all of us yesterday. The food was excellent, as was the presentation and arrival time for any of the food / drink to get to the table. There was a variety of diners, socially distanced from us, all of which seemed to be enjoying an equally pleasant afternoon's dining. The pandemic and the now recent opening-up has meant that the hospitality industry has had to rethink how it can maximise its offerings and if this temporarily equates to a bit of an alternative al fresco seating area as is currently at the Biltmore then, in my book, this is well thought out and without any complaint from six ladies who enjoy fine dining - we are used to eating out at the more established of establishments [when we have been able to] so we know good food / service levels. Therefore, please visit the Biltmore, it was a lovey occasion, food / drink reasonably priced and given its kitchen host, a certain Mr Atherton, you know before you get there that you will not be disappointed! Will definitely visit again even if only for a quick cocktail in one of the rather swanky looking bars / lounge areas. Thank you to The Biltmore for a lovely afternoon yesterday!
