Cafe Gratitude - Arts District
Enjoyed eating vegan at Cafe Gratitude. The food was good and plenty of it. It did get quite crowded around 12:15pm which did slow down service and the noise level did get a bit high but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a true vegan. A word of caution, for people who have allergies and asthma better check to see what ingredients are being used.
Best vegan food we’ve had. Enjoyed the creativity and all of the flavors! Best of all, our server was great and was a perfect person to represent this restaurant!
Awesome place 💜💚❤️
Loraine was amaaaaazing 👏👏👏👌👍
I love this location! Spacious and open. Great service and friendly people. Food is always amazing!
It’s always a great spot to have a meal or just some coffee. I love it. Food never disappoints.
Always an excellent choice for great comfort food . . .
I didn't think the food was very good. My dish was tasteless and barely warm.
3rd or 4th visit here. Service good. Flavors overall not like they used to be in my opinion. Still will likely come back here again in the next year.
Love Cafe Gratitude. Huge selection of food from this plant based restaurant. Even my non vegan friends like the food served at this restaurant.
excellent food and very attentive service . . . Hannah is a knowledgeable and friendly waitperson.
Amazing experience! Amazing vibes! The food was absolute delicious and filling, yet so fresh and unique. I will definitely go again with my family and friends. Such a warm environment - I love it here at Cafe Gratitude. Make sure you go! You will love it!
We love EAT! The food is always amazing & the staff are all super friendly. The atmosphere is fun & creative. I recommend EAT to my friends with small children too as it's very chill & family-friendly.
great as always!!
lower the music - too loud you have to talk really loud to hear each other......
the best food and service anywhere
Chose the restaurant because it is close to the Morrocan Lounge and it was vegetarian. The food and service were outstanding. Had the Watermelon Poke which was wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit to the Arts District so we can dine at Cafe Gratitude again.
Easy parking for L.A. , good service, good food and drink, a little loud and echoey.
Very loud but service was wonderful and food for the non vegans among us was surprisingly delicious. Apparently one of the better branches of this chain according to the vegan.
we've been to Gratitude Beverly HIlls 4x and Arts District 3x including this visit.
Obviously we like "Gratitude" restaurants.
This experience was NOT typical Gratitude.
The place was practically empty on a Sunday 5:00pm.
Food ordered by 5:15
meals came out at 6:00pm...........45 minutes ........serving 4
One meal came out cold.
Ordered crispy French Fries with meal.
Go extra brown, limp cold french fries.
Not a Gratitude we will want to come back to.
We'll just have to wait until we are in Beverly Hills, where the food is always good, and the servers very pleasant.
I love this place!! The food tastes really good! The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The waiter is very patient. He helped us change the seat we wanted. Definitely will come back again!
We come here often but this visit was below our expectations. We were celebrating Father's Day and there were guests kids skating on the patio. It was loud. The service was also very slow.
We love this vegan only restaurant. We are regulars and are treated as a member of the family. They know me by my name since I’m the one that makes the reservations. I love the décor and the entire ambiance.
Great food. Love brunch. Amazing flavors in food. Options for everyone. Friendly, warm service.
Rude server, overpriced food, was charged for a dish we never received, even the French fries took 40 mins to reach the table and they were cold. Super disappointed :/
A really fun place to get delicious vegan lunch.
A friend of mine was in town and every time she is here, we meet at a cafe gratitude. Love their food and amazing service!
Great good, very different choices compared to your typical vegetarian restaurant!
Food was outstanding! A bit loud, but that is understandable because we entered during the lunch rush. Service was terrific.
Nacho is my go to appetizer!
Love the atmosphere and the staff were so cheery and helpful
Amazing for gluten free! Loved it.
With a vegan friend on our first visit to the Arts District. Parking was easy on a cool, early Saturday evening. We had cocktails at the nearby Here and Now before dinner. All the dishes we had were very good. I particularly liked the Brussels sprouts starter. The curry and Hawaiian pizza were hits and the portions were generously shareable. Prices were reasonable and our server was attentive but unobtrusive when we were talking.
The food was extra delicious, and our server Sarah was super cute, but the location is so manufactured :/ Beautiful space, but I’ll still with Larchmont, thanks :)
Slow service for not being busy at all. Overpriced, overhyped salty food. Worth a try like once? The words of affirmation menu concept is stupid. Seems like our server got offended that we didn’t buy into the “I AM______” style of ordering. This restaurant should add the following three new menu items: “I AM salty”, “I AM sorry” & “I AM over it”. Will not be back unless I’m forced to go.
I am not a vegetarian (or vegan). Both my dinner partner and I were impressed with the menu variety, ease of ordering (one word descriptions like "original" and "terrific") and the flavor of the dishes. We both said we'd go back.
Great vegetarian place to eat. Has a variety of food that tastes amazing! The vibe is hipster which is not my cup of tea, but a great experience. You order your food by saying "I am..."
Parking is awful but staff is great!
The host made me wait for 10 minutes waiting for a table and came back to just tell me that she would come back to me in a few minutes. I thought it was rude, considering I already had a reservation and the place was not full
The food is quite good. It makes a meat lover believe being vegan is not too much of a stretch. It was a bit noisy, and I do believe the prices are a bit high, but the place is trendy, so I guess we are paying for that...and we have to be thankful for this too....hmmmm.
Food was not good. The bread and the French fries were burnt. The server was not friendly. Some of the food items were out of stock. When we ordered pizza we were told they did not have anymore and we received the same response when we ordered one of the drinks. We were very disappointed. I would not return to this location nor recommend it to a friend.
