We love life here at Cafe Mylor, right in the heart of Cornwall at the beautiful Mylor Yacht Harbour. We are open during the day time serving Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch with coffee and cakes served all day.
Every Friday Evening enjoy Caught AT Cafe Mylor with a selection of freshly caught seafood from the harbour.

Availability will be on a first come first served basis for evening events only. We are currently fully booked every Friday evening as we open CAUGHT at cafe Mylor - locally sourced fish from the local fisherman with a variety of other non fish options. Subject to numbers and availability we would be happy to accommodate parties larger than 6 as soon as Covid restrictions are lifted. Currently from 21st June 2021.

I have been often for brunch . Thier poached eggs have always been cooked to perfection; solid white with runny bright yellow going to orange yoke .. no mean feet as normally busy . So always book … and if you need a chair with a back or space for a wheel chair , say so when booking . During these covid times doors are always open at mylor cafe so ensure your clothing is layered to accomadate weather forecast , as sitting inside is not necessarily warmer ; although guatemteed dry of course.

It was perfect. Staff were very accommodating even when I made a mistake with the order, we sat outside despite an inside booking. The food is great, inexpensive, varied. We sat for 3 slow courses and were never hassled to leave. Great experience.

Lovely setting by the harbour with great views. Really good food with plenty of veggie options. Dog friendly inside as well as out. We didn't realise you have to order at the till first before sitting down so waited at our table wondering why no-one was taking our order. A sign to say 'order your meal then sit down' would be helpful.

This is first time We’ve been disappointed ☹️. We are regular customers. Chips were far too thick and whitebaits too big. My grandson loved his chicken nuggets though. We had to wait 1hr for food to be served!

I brought my wife and daughters to celebrate one of my daughters birthday's. We stated this in the booking. We also highlighted this when ordering our brunch at the till and said we would be ordering desert later. The lady we spoke to said they would find a candle to bring out with the deserts later or they would do something, nothing happened and nothing was said, we feel that this was poor as they could have made a bit more effort. The service was good and food was very good. The setting is nicely done with decent views. Our experience was not as positive as it one thing to allow dogs in but another to have so much barking going on.

Sunday brunch - a happy atmosphere with a wide range of age groups and lots of dogs! Very, very impressed by the young friendly staff who were kept very busy but every single one was polite, friendly and helpful. Loved the food - a good Cornish breakfast with hogs pudding (!) , lovely coffee and cake to round it all off. Seriously impressed at the change in the cafe and a huge thank you to the staff for remaining so lovely under pressure!

First time at Cafe Mylor, lovely setting overlooking the sailing harbour. Booked online and availability was for outdoor seating only as clearly very popular. However, on arrival a table had been reserved for us inside which was very welcomed. (February, so quite chilly!) Having booked through Open Table, when we arrived the booking was down for the following day even though Open Table had emailed me with confirmation. Apparently they often have problems with Open Table. Fortunately they were very helpful and after a short wait they found us a table.

We were with some older friends who have hearing issues (with hearing aids) and I think the music was perhaps a little too loud to be comfortable for them and it was very bustling and busy which of course was lovely after all the quiet of the pandemic but probably wasn’t the best place to brought them for a lunch. It was very disappointing that your fryer has stopped working as we had all hope to have fish and chips but of course that was outside your control. So overall it quite wasn’t quite the lunch catch up together we had hoped for.
