Buffet breakfast was a bit pricey if not included in your room rate but it was outstanding. Lovely waitstaff.

I made a reservation but when I got there breakfast buffet was closed for several days. It was not made known at any point before arriving since making the reservation that there would be no buffet. It’s too expensive to pay à la cart for children and 5 people so the buffet is a better value. We didn’t eat. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful location and wonderful environment and clean venue. The front desk did provide concessions for our next visit to accommodate for the mix up.

The waiter was very pleasant and professional. Breakfast food was good. We enjoyed our meal. It’s attached to a hotel area, which was convenient for our needs that day.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m sooo disappointed in the entire experience. We tried the Christmas Buffet — described as “exquisite.” For the price (nearly $300 for 2 people with tax and the automatically added 26% gratuity, which is crazy for a buffet) it was comparable to Golden Corral. We were surprised we had to prepay, and the staff said they have many guests dine and dash. Seriously? Service was The Worst. All the staff seemed exhausted and unhappy to be there. No one smiled. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills and sweetener. Some staff were just standing around with nothing to do. The check-in process was a cluster. Food was average — some too hot, some too cold. Oh! And the day before, someone called and asked for my credit card info, even though I already gave that info through Open Table. That felt sketch and a poor guest experience. Not my problem your system is flawed. Never going back and would not recommend. :-(

Booking process was easy, arrival process was easy, food was excellent. We have enjoyed Christmas day buffet for several years and the standard has always been very high.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving experience we had to return and dine for Christmas. The menu was delightful and so was the service. 10/10.
