Cafe Rouge Cardiff St Davids II

We had a lovely meal on what was a very busy evening. The team there were efficient and friendly even though it was quite a hectic time. Our time was very enjoyable, we were not at all rushed and we were free to keep our table for as long as we wanted. I have to give the gin cocktails a mention, they are very nice indeed and a new find for me.

Food was delicious although I did have to ask for the herb mash to be reheated

Excellent service despite the fact that it was extremely busy -as usual it was quite noisy , not the place for a romantic meal . Food is good quality but fairly pricey , you defiantly need your Tesco vouchers if going for 3 courses & wine !

It was the perfect night. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazimg, sat near some lovely people that added to the atmosphere. The staff was amazing. A really nice place to go

A group of 5 of us had early dinner prior to attending the boxing at the Millennium Stadium. The staff are always very friendly and efficient and we were seated immediately as we had booked in advance. The only concern was that my fillet steak was not as requested, it was medium to well done instead of medium rare. This was rectified but the others had finished eating their main course by the time mine arrived. My steak was perfectly cooked and everything else was freshly served too. The manager came to say that there would be no charge for the steak and also we were given a free bottle of the excellent Rioja Crianza. I was very impressed by the no quibble promptness which left a very good impression on us all. Thank you.

Good service food delicious an enjoyable evening overall

We have Cafe Rouge often in the last, this visit was up to the high standards achieved previously.

Love the breakfast trio offer. Great value. Recommended for breakfast!

Food was awful, no air conditioning, waiters where great but overall not a great memory.

Good quick service with excellent food. Would recommend.

The waitress who seated us and served us was very rude and kept looking at us with apparent disgust. The food was cold and when i asked for my bill she ignored us for ten minutes after. Terrible place to spend our anniversary but TGI Fridays made up for it.
